Very disappointed in this company and the way they conduct business. Met with Eli to measure and order countertops. Was told materials would arrive in a week and we could schedule for the following week. I didnt hear from him, so I called and was told materials were in but he had a couple big jobs ahead of me and I would be squeezed in the following week (now 3 weeks out). Didnt hear from him after another week so called and was told he would be able to complete job in a couple days. I was next on list. That was over 1 1/2 weeks ago. I tried calling and left messages 3 times and my husband called once. I am still waiting to hear from him after another week of waiting. We have our own business and know the importance of good customer service. If he underbid job, I understand and would have been willing to discuss this. I am now 5 weeks behind schedule on completing my house because the finishing of the floors was dependent on the installation of countertops. WE NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Do not hire this company unless you plan on waiting a long time for your service. I was promised 4 times for an installation and was disappointed when each time was cancelled. Once was a fire next door to his supplier, once he missed his plane while on vacation and was out of state (never called me, I threated to call the police if he did not contact me the next day), once all the material did not come in and the last was his truck was late getting in. He kept telling me they were coming out the last time and finally at 7:30 pm I pinned him down and he acknowledge they were not. They finally came out 4 hours from the scheduled time the next day. Now the caulk between the backsplash and counter is pitted and I have to redo my self because I cant trust when he will come to do if I call.
