We were only picking up after getting our Jewelry cleaned, but this locations employees were down to earth and super cool.Not sure about prices, but the woman who helped us was amazing.And, no, I dont know her personally lol... Im just some guy from Massachusetts lol.

I came in and was expecting to make a big investment. This was only my second time purchasing real diamonds and gold. I forget all their names but the three ladies and man working on 10/04 were all amazing! They helped me size my watches and even cleaned earrings and necklace I wore in while I shopped. Everyone was so sweet and supportive. I’ve never felt so much love come from a group of ladies! Will definitely be shopping here for future jewelry purchases!

Let me first say that we are only speaking about the Stow manager Amy. Her horrible customer service overshadowed any good experience we have ever had at any of the Kay Jewelers. My husband and I are appalled by some of the comments that have come out of her mouth. Or she has sent another worker out to tell him, “she is too busy on her meal break !” This is after my 20th wedding anniversary ring was ruined by the jeweler. We are both very understandably devastated. But know it’s not the store’s fault of course. However, we want to be treated like a decent human should be, with respect. We have never been rude to any staff. This store manager Amy has yet to give us the time of day or even pick up to look at my ruined ring. And already said that there’s nothing she can do. She was leaving for her son in 4 minutes and next week she will be in meetings. This isn’t even half of our pleasant encounters with her. I’m so very in shock as to why are you in a customer service position if you hate people? Also why is she still employed? How many bad reviews do you need. Absolutely ridiculous.

I was able to get my daughters ears pierced here and the works were wonderful. My daughter is 2 so I was nervous about her moving and wiggling around during the process. The workers were friendly and fun and made the process less tense. Thank you Kay jewelers!

My husband bought my beautiful set here. After getting use to it, I decided to have it sized down and soldered together.After almost 2 weeks gone; my rings came back..... not soldered together but was told they could send it back out and itd he back in 4 days Im so glad we didnt pay for the service or Id caused a huge fitAbsolutely done doing business with Kays.

Definitely shop elsewhere customer services is horrible. Never had I been given such a bad experience before at a jewelry store. The manager Amy was completely Rude. I think corporate should give kindness lessons to managers. Shes definitely is in the wrong line of work. I previously shopped at JB Robinsons and alway was welcomed with kindness and a smile, not like I interrupted her day.

After finding Kay Jewelers closed at Chapel Hill Mall, we stopping in here and fell in love with the rings! We bought our wedding rings and even got a discount! Customer service was awesome!

Abrar and Britney both made my experience there a great one. I had a bad customer service experience at another Kay’s location in Aurora Farms so took the drive out to this location and I’m glad that I did. Abrar went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after hearing about my bad experience and Britney was very nice and helpful with the cleaning and handling of the 3 earrings that I bought. Abrar packaged them up for me nicely so it’ll be easy for me to give for Mother’s Day. Thank you all for a great first experience I’ll take the drive back to this location for sure.

If you are a gal who is window shopping for options to show your partner, I highly recommend going elsewhere! I stopped in yesterday to try on some options and to get sized so I could show my boyfriend what I liked and was basically told to come back with him. The lady who helped me was very unaccommodating and made me feel silly for coming in to see what my options were. This is not a small investment and I want to make sure the ring looks good before having him spend a sizable amount of money on it. Would never dream of giving this location mine or his business.

It really is not a question of quality service but quality of product. I have taken my wife’s wedding ring in every 6 months for inspection per warranty. Every time the ring has a loose stone and needs sent out for repair. That doesn’t take into account the 12 times that the ring has lost a stone and needs sent in for stone replacement. We have been married for 7 years. My calculations based on repairs is that the ring has been off her finger about 40% of our married life.The staff is always courteous. The manager offered a new style of ring as replacement. That did not go well with my wife.I sent an email to the Kay regional manager and never received a response. I keep all of the paperwork and Kay has a record as well so we both know these are not allegations but fact.Each time I go into the store to drop off the ring for another 2-3 week repair, they have the audacity to try to sell me something else, like earrings or watches. As if.Be careful of your purchase. They do stand behind their products. In my case 25 times in a 7 year period.

The employees are rude! I drive further away just so I dont have to deal with the BS! I hope they go out of business or hire people that want to work in the public. I been there a handful of times and a problem everytime. Makes me really wish I wouldnt of gotten my jewelry from Kays.

Amy the manager and Joanne the consultant were absolutely wonderful. They helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring and went out of there way to make sure it was affordable and I couldnt be happier. Will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family!! 10/10

I bought an engagement ring there. The staff are nice and very helpful. But I went back to exchange the ring and dealt with manager. One of the rudest person i dealt with in my life. She shouldnt be dealing with costumers..Not sure why anyone would be that rude, only reason i can think is that she is sooo miserable that she has to impose misery into others to make her feel good..just guessing here. Avoid her at any cost!

This has to be the friendliest store in all of the USA as a Michelle who waited on us was training and she was enthusiastic and was willing to get all kinds of information to answer questions, she was patient, and she made helpful suggestions. The selection is what we and varied and the prices are good. This was a great experience and I will definitely shop there again Nice clean store with things displayed nicely. Great job!!

HORRIBLE! The customer service there is the worst. No one there knows what’s going on and the manger is very rude. They lost our engagement rings TWICE! Highly recommend if you need a Kay’s to drive to another location

Like the selection and pricing available at this location. Had some issues with one younger staff member, but this was quickly resolved by management. Parking can be difficult since the lot is shared with all other business near by.

First of all, my engagement ring is absolutely GORGEOUS. The reason I’m giving two stars is because not even two weeks after he proposed, a diamond already fell off and I now have to wait two weeks to get it back. Also, before he even proposed I knew he had bought the custom ring from an employee posting a photo of it on her Snapchat and mentioning his name. This caused all of their mutal friends to contact us and congratulate us before we were engaged. Luckily I never saw the photo. As both a bride and a wedding industry professional, this is completely unacceptable and Kay’s employees should know better before they post something that could 100% ruin the surprise of a proposal.
