It used to be so much better when I would search for cards at two for a dollar. They also had very cool Halloween decorations that I couldnt find anywhere else. I miss the quality and excellent prices and service. Not so much anymore. The Dollar Tree is still a better bet for cute decorations and inexpensive cards. The cashiers are very friendly and hard working too. Skip RSVP.

Very happy with the staff at the store. I called and needed balloons for an event the following day. They gave me a lot of great information and I was able to pick them up that night. I was impressed how quickly they got my bigger order done. I will be going back.

Very impressed by the wide selection- like Gordon Foods meets Party City meets a beer store. Lots of options and prices are very competitive.

THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND 4 THE MOST PART I CAN TELL THAT THEY FOLLOWED THE CDC GUIDELINES ‼THE STORE IT SELF WAS NOT UP 2 IT. THE 😱 RESTROOM IT SELF TELLS A WHOLE OTHER STORY I WISH I HAD TAKEN PICTURES. CALLING IT DIRTY WAS A UNDERSTATEMENT‼ I DONT CARE IF IT WAS CLOSE 2 CLOSING OR NOT.‼WHY ⁉️WOULD ANYONE LEAVE IT LOOKING DISGUSTING 4 THE MORNING STAFF‼ AND IF I DIDNT HAVE 2 GO REALLY BAD THAT DAY I WOULD HAVE JUST WANTED UNTIL I GOT HOME. THE CDC GUIDELINES DEFINITELY WASNT FOLLOWED IN THE BATHROOM. SO AS A RESULT I CAN HONESTLY ONLY GIVE U ALL 2 STARS AND THATS BEING GENEROUS.

The staffers working the balloon counter were wonderful. They handled a line of orders efficiently and cheerfully. I’ll definitely come back again for balloon needs.

Usually can get most of what I need from here, only this time they were out of black or white table coverings, but reasonable prices on disposable aluminum pans.

After getting back to Akron, the #s 4 & 5 deflated for our balloon release. Disappointed but the 2 young ladies that helped me were GREAT!

Friendly staff, quick service, great prices. Brought in my own balloons to get filled and they were very helpful and attentive.

I made an order for balloons over the phone. Our phone call was professional and they were able to answer the questions I had. Though they dont have a curbside, they did offer to bring to the foyer for me to pick up easily. They even allowed me to purchase a few other small items for my small party set up like tape and streamers. I felt taken care of. Thanks!

I love that they carry 36 count cartons of pepsi at a good price. Anything you want to throw a party. Terrific.

Great party supply place located in a nice area. Easy to see with easy access from rt 59.Great balloon and decor items. Snacks, beverages and candy. I have made many balloon orders and they are always correct. The balloons sometimes deflate quickly, I recommend getting the stuff to make them last longer it’s worth the slightly extra cost, especially for the kids parties!!

For the word outlet being in their name, the prices dont represent outlet prices. They are great for when Im in a pinch and cant make it to other places.

Took out the table of desserts that were about to expire from acme, which made this rating lower since that was the best part! they have lots of inventory and the people are nice.

Prices could be lower, especially on things like paper towels which I would NEVER EVER spend the money on there. 2 rolls for over$5??? Noooo!!! Color choices for party supplies are good though. If you are in a hurry and want to get everything all in one place, its good if you want to spend the money. Dont go there for balloons. They have cheap quality balloon weights with just a few balloons attached that are $13.99!!!??? Youve got to be kidding me. You could get that at Dollar General for $5!

They reworked some aisles,and it seemed cleaner. Fully stocked with party supplies. Somethings higher then has some lower. I like this store because of selection of theme merchandise,as well as food and bulk items.

They have lots of party supplies and thats great! If youre going for bulk foods, theres not much of a choice and it seems expensive to me. I prefer GFS and BJs.

Great party supplies the food is less than par. I wouldnt buy any of the frozen food it sometimes lois like expired or pre opened. I wouldnt hesitate to buy boxed (non perishables) or canned items. You can get cake or cupcake boxes too.

We will only go to Party Center from now on. My wife and I had terrible experiences the last 3 times. We figured the first time they were having a rough day. Then the 2nd and then the 3rd. So 3 and out. Its your typical party supply store but with short fuse employees (I am sure not all) but the 3 times we went it was pretty bad. We will take a longer drive to the next party supply store that will at least have the decency to help do their basic duties like greet and smile.But if you are looking for a local place around stow. They do have good supplies. Just dont expect nothing else.

Good selection of party supplies. Actually got cheaper deals than online shopping. They also have a wide variety of bulk party food and drink. The staff was friendly and helped me find what I was looking for. The selection of milestone bday stuff was limited to mostly black and gold.

We came to this store for first time. Not knowing where the invites were at, we were directed to a few isles being told they would be mixed in with other items. We looked and were unable to locate. Came back up to the same two employees standing together talking (no other customers) asking again where are they? We were told we must of missed it? I would of preferred one of them to volunteer and come show us the location, but that wasn’t offered I guess gossip is better then paying customer???Needless to say we left store empty handed. Went to Walmart where we found an organized section of invites.

Was told they had 80th Birthday decorations, several to select from. Wrong! Only had two designs and only one was nice with limited items to select from. I would not recommend waiting to make your purchase for someones special day, put us in a really bad spot with a party half decorated.

The interior of the store is ugly. For some reason the look reminds me of Toys R’ Us or Chuck e’ Cheese. The pricing is okay but you can’t get items cheaper online or through distributors. I would shop here for a local business when they would run low on certain supplies. I’m not really a fan, but it’s the only place in the area that carries certain items.

Courteous, found everything I need

My experience has always been a nice one there. I regularly play the lottery there with the self-help machine they have in the entry way. The employees there have always been kind and given me change whenever I needed it to use the lottery machine. Ive also have shopped there for food, ballons, and other things. Kudos to rsvp!
