Great service! First, Solvit called me to remind me that a free electrical review was part of our service plan with them and asked when they could come out. Their rep, Joe D, did a tremendous job reviewing our electrical panel and system and recommended upgrades and safety improvements. He even was able to complete one while he was there. In addition, he was very engaging and displayed a pleasant and friendly attitude. Look forward to continued service from them

I was happy that this time when I was contacted that the technician was on his way, that he actually arrived within the time frame that I was given. Matt A. was extremely thorough and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about my heating system. I would recommend him to others and feel that he has done the best job servicing the unit out of the other two times I had it serviced.

We just moved into our new home and we needed an electrician. Joe D. came out, was very professional & more importantly- listened to what i needed and provided his expert recommendations based upon my concerns.Ive been meeting with different companies & various people for multiple projects during the past few weeks-- some good & some pretty horrible... I was VERY happy to see Lukas show up as our serviceman when we were having issues with our water pump. We have complete confidence in him and his work. He is calm cool and collected. He recommended a solution and had everything fixed by the end of the day, Erika was always nice and very patient with me when i called to set up the appointment as well as when I called back a few times to check on things. Solvit came and ran a wire for a new thermostat and a new control panel on my HVAC unit. I am not sure if I got the cheapest deal I could have... but I did get A.) reliable people who SHOWED UP when they said they would & B.) A job well done. I had to call for my elderly neighbor who is hard of hearing, they came out in under 2 hours and the technician was very good and patient while explaining everything to my neighbor. I would definitely Call them again!

The customer service representative called and set appointment for our annual heating system maintenance. She called again to alert us that service representative was on his way. He arrived promptly as scheduled and preformed the maintenance successfully. The service representative put on plastic shoe cover ups when entering the house to avoid tracking in any dirt.

Only good things to say about this group. Each one was very professional and competent, a pleasure to have around. I would rate them highest.

Solvit provided a very thorough health and safety assessment of our home. Karl spent about 4 hours measuring and testing various aspects of weatherization including crawling around in the attic to determine our needs. He utilized quite an assortment of toys... relatively high tech test equipment to conduct the surveys. He was personable, professional and knowledgable and did a fine job for us.

Joe D came to the house to fix our lamp post. He was very professional, got right to work, and told me everything he would be doing. Solvit is a great company, a little pricey, but I would definitely hire them again.

During fall checkup, Chris found leaking pipe and repaired in a professional manner. He was on time for the appointment and left the area clean. We have used Solvit for many years and have found them thorough when doing their checkups.

I called to set up an appt. which I was first told was 9am. Only to be told the day of that there was a 2 hour window. So this window would now would be 9a -11a, so why did the guy show up at 12:15pm, UNACCEPTABLE. I lost my whole morning waiting, Ive had a better response from the cable company. This was the WORST experience EVER, and when the guy got here he tells me it would be $350.00 just to change a $25 valve.

Massimo and Jeremy came to our house to do the annual furnace and boiler cleaning. Massimo noted that one of our smok-pipe elbows was cracked and needed to be replaced - I tracked one down while he was cleaning the combustion chamber on the furnace and he installed it. (A previous repairman had put some tape over the leaking pipe rather than telling me that it needed to be replaced). Massimo also noted that the combustion chamber on the boiler was extremely sooty and speculated that the previous repair person had not cleaned it. He took the extra time to clean this combustion chamber. Massimo took the time to make sure our boiler and furnace were in tip-top shape going into the cold season - thank you for taking the time to do such a good job.

Joe D was a very helpful and informational when providing his electrical services. I highly recommend using his services and will use him again for future issues.

Omar was prompt and courteous. He showed extensive patience & knowledge of the tasks before him. His supervisor, Jamin, was also present, and displayed experience beyond his years, and professionalism.I would recommend SOLVIT to anyone who asked based on the two gentlemen that were in my home today.

Servicing was performed according to my expectations as Is usually the case with my experience with Solvit. The front office called during the appointment window and the service person arrived according to that schedule. What was unusual is that I normally receive a call the day in advance confirming the appointment. That didnt happen this time. This is not a huge issue as I am usually around the house most of the day anyway.

Matt was very polite and competent. Very knowledgeable of the system. Katie is always helpful and pleasant.

I have worked with SolvIt for my heating and cooling issues in my house for about 6 years. Massimo a technician from solvIt took a servuce call for my house due to not having heat. We were without heat over the weekend and he came and fixed the problem in record time. He was very thorough and kind. He figured out the problem and then brought me back to my heating system and explained in detail what went wrong. I really appreciated the extra time he took to discuss the problem. When I have future problems with my heating or cooling systems I will continue to call SolvIt.l

The inspection and then installation processes were both above and beyond what I was expecting and were very satisfied with the repairs made to our boiler and our new water heater.

I was able to have someone over within an hour of calling and the electrician was very personable and easy going and worked to give me the best rate and best service he could provide

I called solvit to take a look at my furnace that was making a funny noise, I spoke with ashley who set the appointment for me, she is very polite and understanding. She was able to get a technician out to my house almost immediately. When Chris H came to look at my furnace he was able to point stuff out that I would have never seen or knew about. You can tell he is very educated and cares about his job and quality of workmanship. He took care of some issues at the furnace which could of been harmful had I not called in. Chris I am thankful for your work and you did an amazing job, thanks again Solvit!! I would definitely highly recommend them to my family and friends.

One minor negative: I was told that I would receive a heads up call to let me know the technician was on the way. I did not receive that call.A.J. S., HVAC Technician, was friendly and appeared very knowledgeable. He quickly and efficiently performed his task. He asked if I had any questions to help ensure I was satisfied and OK for him to leave. AJ was here about an hour and Im satisfied my boiler will serve me well for the coming heating season. One minor negative: I was not reminded to return the thermostat to normal operation.

Aaron my tech was extreamly profesional was able to come early. And made sure to finish job even though that ments staying a bit late i would definetly recoment this company. And will most definetly use again in the future.
