3 weeks ago, I visited Wiz Auto after hours due to my hectic work schedule to look at an Audi Q5 that was listed for $16,998. Vehicle is everything I wanted and more, there was no sold tag in the vehicle that was visible to the public. I call the following morning during business hours, ask if they vehicle is available. I am assured it’s available and ready to go. I schedule an appointment for later that day to visit with cash in hand ready to buy. I ended up leaving work late and was unable to make it so I rescheduled for the next day. After the 45 minute ride, I arrive to the dealer. I ask a salesperson for the keys so I could take a closer look. One salesperson chimes in saying, “I sold that vehicle 3 days ago, there is a deposit on it.” Even though I was told barely 1 day ago it was still available. I leave without the vehicle unfortunately, I call in a day later to see if the deal fell through, it did not. I call in a week later and now the vehicle is online listed for $17,887. I call in once more to see if it’s available. I am told the vehicle was taken for delivery, meaning the customer took it home and is no longer available. Which is odd because I was there that day at the end of business hours and the vehicle was still sitting on the lot. I call the following week to check in as it’s still listed online, but this time for $18,500! The woman told me it’s under deposit and this car has been very “popular”. You’d think by this point, I would’ve let go. But I’m actively searching for Q5’s and see this vehicle plastered on every car selling website. I’m writing this right now because it is now listed on their website for $19,837. The price has increased by 3,000 dollars over the span of 3 weeks. Each person I spoke to gave me different answers, or shall I say lies. I was ready to give them my business but it seems as though no one there can tell the truth or be any bit professional. Keep in mind, I work at an actual car dealership and have for many years now. So if you want an honest and quick car buying experience, stay far, far away from this place. Peace and love!

Huge huge shout out to Maria (my sales rep) who went totally above and beyond. From calling me on a Saturday to offer what I was looking into, dealing with the call backs since I was at a cookout. Squeezed me in on her day off (the next day Sunday) once we got there the car was fueled up and ready for us to test drive it. Went back filled out some paper work and my vehicle was ready in less than 2 days. Ed (Finance Manager) was also a pleasure to work with. Maria called me to say he had a couple questions- very pleasant I’ve the phone. She called me Tuesday morning and said it’s almost ready it’ll be ready for pick up at 5. A couple of hours after that call, I received another update that the car was all ready and it was waiting for me. Once I got there- the car again was all nice, detailed, and of course a full tank of gas 🤣. My experience overall was perfect! They were accommodating, understand, pleasant and got the job done. Not like these other dealers that take your money and drag it out over a week to then say car isn’t ready.If you need a vehicle and you know what you want Wiz Auto is the place to go. Be sure to ask for Maria- she’s amazing….

If you needed a sign to buy your car from literally any other dealership…. HERE IT IS. They sell cheap cars and do cheap work. I have had this car for a year and a half, and bought it thinking I had my dream car. Just an example of one of the terrible experiences I’ve had at wiz, I took my car there in May because my trusted family mechanic told me my car was leaking a lot of oil. Wiz said they would fix it and that it’d be covered under my warranty. It is now October and my car is leaking the same amount of oil, the same exact issue that occurred the first time. I was told by my mechanics that they did a lazy roundabout way of fixing my car and put a temporary seal instead of ACTUALLY fixing the issue. Ralph has always been the manager I’ve dealt with in Stratford but now he is in Milford and Michael is in Stratford. My mother has spoken to Michael many times over the last week or so and he wants nothing more than to make this better (um, buy back the lemon you sold me?? that would make it better). Anyways, Michael wants to make it better and we were told he would be contacting our family mechanic to get the details of what they did wrong at their shop in May. Today is Tuesday and my mechanic nor my mother have heard from Michael or his shop. Since buying this car in March 2020, I’ve heard a lot of “we’re so sorry we’ll make this right” and very little has been made right since I’m in and out of their shop every few months trying to fix another problem with my car. Sure the cars look nice, but there is so much wrong that they “can’t foresee” so trust me, BUY FROM AN ACTUAL DEALER.

Would avoid dealership, there are many other dealers that treat you like a paying customer. Owner was very cocky and refused to negotiate. “Best dealer in the country” Never had an experience at a dealership like I had at this place. Staff was nice but decided not to give a sale to a business owner with a demeaning attitude.

I bought an Infiniti Q50 a month ago and I would say I could not be happier with the service I received. First time buying a car and the whole process could not be easier. Had the pleasure of having Dean as my sales person and he was very helpful throughout the whole process which included me putting a deposit in after finding the listing on True Car and driving six hours the following day to sign and take home my vehicle. Financing and paperwork were a breeze and I would definitely make the trip again. Well worth it. Amazing service and super helpful.

This will be one of the more unusual reviews you will see, because I am writing a review of a car I purchased from Wiz 11 years ago! I am in the process of getting another car, and I keep telling people how awesome our current car has been for us, and someone said dont you owe it to the place to write a positive review?, and so here I am. We bought a 2007 Acura MDX from them in Sept 2010, and we are finally moving on to another car. But, this is probably one of the best purchases I ever made. AND, we bought it with high miles at the time, so were worried about condition. It has been awesome. I also hope this is helpful to people, as they write about their experience right after purchase, but what about a month later? or three months later? Well, anyway, their you go - 11 years! :)

My husband and I got our car exactly 1year ago good thing we did an extended warranty on it the car is no good we’ve been at the shop every month since we got the car I will never use their services again now the engine blew in the car and it’s been over two months waiting for our car and the repair shop keep claiming they only have one loaner vehicle I’ve never heard that before from any professional dealer so glad I started a case with bbb and also was approved to move forward with a court case this place is bad business very bad business. Mike was a great salesman although just was the wrong car he sold at the time.

I would happily do business with them again.Wiz is not getting 5 stars merely because the car I purchased needed an alignment. Your mileage may vary, and I didnt push to have it fixed, but it was something to note in the test drive. The pricing was generously competitive compared to other dealers we were shopping around at, so I have absolutely no complaints about having the work done at an independent shop.

I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a new or used vehicle. They have a surplus of both cars and vans. They also repair and work with your cars, so if you think your car has a problem, go and have a test to see! A dealership like this is difficult to come by, so don’t miss it and check it out! Their customer service is open till’ 6 p.m (18:00) and my experience with them has never failed to surprise me with how helpful they are. But it is always good to know what type of car you have (the year, style, brand, etc.), have some an of idea what type of problem you have, where it may be, what could’ve caused it, and when it started. You also need to understand how much things are going to be (price wise); you need to let them do their job properly. If you don’t like the way they’re handling your situation and try to bargain you are making their job harder. Step back and just be patient because you’re not the only customer they have. If you do that then you and everyone else will get helped faster and more efficiently. :)) There is much more for me to say but I don’t really want to sooooo yeah..

I had Maria as my sales person and she was absolutely fantastic !! Very kind and not pushy at all ! You can tell she just wants her customers too love the car they are in!! She made the car buying experience actually fun and not a hassle at all. If you do decide to shop here (which I totally recommend) I would definitely ask for Maria !!

Wiz, indeed! I just bought a Mini Cooper Clubman from them yesterday after a month long search full of disappointment talking with other dealerships. I live in NYC and it turns out expanding my search radius and driving to Connecticut was well worth it for a wonderful, straightforward car buying experience.Billy worked with me on the purchase and was incredibly honest, kind and helpful. Even down to patiently helping me figure out the multimedia features after I had driven away in it and couldnt quite figure it out! Im so pleased at how seamless the whole transaction was from start to finish even with financing.I had lost out on two other cars trying to make it to dealerships to test drive them. Wiz will hold a vehicle for you for a small deposit so this doesnt happen to you! I highly suggest taking this option for peace of mind. They go above and beyond to make sure youre informed and happy with your choice. 10/10 would recommend!

The wiz auto have the best team around! Today I went and met with Gabriel Rios who took his time with me, never rushed or pressured me. Was honest. And Incredibly helpful. All of the employees there are knowledgeable and have 100% transparency with every person that walks through those doors. No headaches very smooth and a pleasure to deal with. *credit where credit is due, staff I dealt with face to face were very nice and helpful*However, there is no excuse for misrepresenting a vehicle online. I went to look at a Jeep Rubicon Unlimited, was told over the phone that I could come the next day for a test drive because unfortunately he had to work (his words not mine). Drove an hour to just find out not only was it a Sahara, but it was also undrivable and up on a lift. The drivers side rear wheel was completely destroyed and I wasted a day. If they had been up front about trim level, and condition of the vehicle Im sure we could have worked something out but after the whole ordeal Im left with a bad taste in my mouth

The absolute worst decision of my life was purchasing from here. I bought this car April 2020 and here I am replacing the engine for the third time.

Spoke to Tom, garbage customer service. Asking basic questions about a car they don’t even have pictures up for yet. “Any body damage, scratches/dents?” He says he hasn’t done a 30 point inspection or whatever when would you like to come down and see the car? Yea I’m not going to drive down there if you even assist with basic questions

I purchased a used vehicle in beginning of March and the side view mirror fell off within a week. So i called the service center and brought the car in so they could “make sure they order the correct part” I have been waiting since March to get my side view mirror fixed under the bumper to bumper warranty. It is now May 31 and i still have not had the part fixed by them. Very unprofessional and will never recommend this company to anyone. I’m supposed to get a free oil change and wonder if I’m going to have to wait 3 months to get it done. If you expect timely service don’t use this company.Update: June 7, 2021 still no response from service center.Update September 5,2021 still no response from service

Came here by accident and ended up leaving the happiest with an Audi Q3! We first dealt with Ralph at the front and he was truly sweet, intelligent, and convenient. Then we dealt with Tom, the car sales man, and he was patient. He explained everything we needed to know and he even stayed after hours to guarantee my family would leave satisfied. We also dealt with Christine, she was witty and also worked fast especially considering the circumstances on our behalf! They were super and my car now has 5k new miles and still no problems. This dealership was recommended to by a friend. I was always in a lease and always wanted a nice affordable luxury car. I was stuck in my lease with Honda and over the mileage already and felt trapped. As soon as I walked in the salesman Mike Brancati welcomed me with a very nice warm and humorous attitude. They assisted with providing me a lot of information on how to break my lease and never tried to oversell to me. I felt very comfortable, and after researching the vehicle I loved, I saw that Wiz had the best price that I could find on my vehicle. I purchased my vehicle and they took my Honda lease off my hands 7 months early and I did not even face a penalty with Honda. These guys and women are awesome here. I even recommended my buddy who was in a lease and he followed suit, and they took the lease from him and he got a car he actually loves too.Overall this place is great, funny, fair, professional and they felt like family. The sale staff are wonderful and knowledgeable! Today is August 16th 2020 and I have a headache because the check engine light is always on when I drive my vehicle, a Mercedes Benz gl 450. I have had the vehicle for only two months and it has been in the repair shop for a month for the same problem. I have reached out to my salesperson to resolve this problem. The dealership is great and have a variety of vehicles to choose from, but my experience so far is very unpleasant. It is my hope that I will be able to enjoy my vehicle and be one of the satisfied customers of wiz auto.
