No new chart plotters on display...still last years models

West marine is a great place to find all your boating needs. Great for the do it yourselfers as you can find parts for repairs. They are a bit expensive but west marine does price match with defender and Amazon (only if the product is sold and shipped by Amazon). What is great about west marine is you can actually see the product and dont have to wait for shipping.

Ridiculously expensive. Only two young inexperienced employees on staff. I was advised if I needed expert advice I should come back on a Friday! Thats the last time I visit brick and mortar... West Marine values its customers so much they basically want them to solve their own problems in store... so sad.

Deplorable Customer Service. Waiting again for resolution after 3rd visit today to resolve. Prehistoric Service for Sure! Just rcvd call to resolve. Thank goodness. Operations needs retraining of the younger employees(key holders)when left in charge of store, who seem to be completely inept in Customer Branding.

Have to seek the staff out for assistance. Friendly and helpful though one you grab one of them. Similar to Home Depot that way.

Normally im positive but today i walk in to spend money and instead i get followed around the store like im gonna steal somthing and they sucked at trying to be slick about it i have never been more uncomfortable in my life and i will never return to this store ill drive the extra miles to the other location where the staff doesnt think your a pos cuz of how you look .
