Pros- Decent selection, Iv’e never had to wait more than 2 minutes to check out, ample parking, open on Sundays and reasonable prices.Cons- May not have all the things you’re looking for but may have similar items.

My sister goes here all the time and suggested I go bc they have more options than place by post office. Said Ahmad(?) would help me out. Well did he help me? Sure. Did I leave with a purchase? Yes? But where was the greeting, where was the smile, where was any sign or indication that the staff even wanted to be there? It was so blah and uncomfortable asking him for help with anything. No engagement. Not looking for conversation or to make a new best friend, but I am just a real stickler on staff behaving like they are happy to help you, even if they arent. I mean for some people thats fine as long as they get what they want. For me, I probably wont be back.

I called to inquire if they were open (yelp said they were closed). Then asked if they had a particular product. The guy got quiet then hung up on me. When I called back, thinking it was an error, the phone rang out. No worries, I WILL NOT be patronizing their business even though theyre the closest to me...

I’ve never had a an opportunity to shop here, because when I called to ask if they carry a certain product, the man that answered was very rude and did not have any knowledge about hair or products. I was willing to spend a lot of money for clients, but decided to not give the store any business because of their customer service. That was just over the phone, so I can imagine how they are in person. I will never shop there, not even for a $1.00 pack of Bobby pins. People just never know how much a customer is willing to spend and when your rude, another business can get the money.

Have no supplies or idea where products are very unprofessional

Their products too expensive!! They never give discounts! I wouldnt spend my dollars here anymore!!
