In my 20 years as a boat owner, Ive never had a worse experience with a Marina. They had my boat for two months and failed to fix a simple problem. They called me back only once. I had to call back the other dozen times. They lied about parts ordered, told me Tues, then Fri, then Mon. They tried knocking a part of of my drive the wrong way. Should I go on? I finally took the boat back (apart) and took it to a real marina on Thursday. The guy told me it would be ready Tuesday ...and he called me to tell me it was. Thats how a marina should operation. Thanks Boardwalk for ruining the second half of my summer. Next time, if you cant get a job done, let your customers know so they can go elsewhere.

Bought my boat here 3 years ago and have been very happy with the overall service. Purchased new for $1,500 less than every other dealer was quoting. Scott + team are great and have always been available nights and weekends for any questions I had. Annual maintenance is easy plus they are not charging crazy rex marine prices. Highly recommend. A+

Worst place to buy a boat from. Bought a brand new boat from them had a terrible experience took over 3 weeks just for them to get the boat ready. They got glue all over the paint finish then they buff the black finish and burt all the top coat off. Then it was missing the licence plate screws, the safety lanyard, console cover, no safety kit. They scrape the whole bottom of the motor. Didnt even wash the boat out it was so dirty. Scott the owner didnt care and is a jerk. The worst marina to buy a boat from and they lie about everything. There very inexperience.
