I heard great things about this place for alterations, so I took my bridesmaid dress there. I couldnt be happier with it! She really took the time to make my dress just right and how I wanted it.The price was even lower than she originally estimated, which Im so thankful for as well!Absolutely would go here again.

Eva altered my daughters wedding dress that we purchased at a salon in Westport - we opted to go to Eva vs. having alterations done at the salon. BEST DECISION EVER!! Eva is so talented and her workmanship is outstanding. The dress fit like a glove! Eva also altered MOB & MOH dresses. Eva did all of these alterations in 2 weeks because we had pushed up the wedding last minute from Dec to Oct due to the virus. Cant say enough about Eva and her professionalism, artistry and kindness she showed us. Thank you Eva!! xo

We were recommended to go to Evas for altering the dresses for my sisters big Wedding day. She was wonderful! Pricing was so fair and she did an A+ job on all our dresses. I felt like mine was a bit too old for me and she changed the entire neckline!!! My sister looked fab in her wedding gown and it fit like a glove. Could not have been happier!!!

I had such a great experience at Classic Brides by Eva. I felt safe being the only one in the bridal room trying on dresses during the current climate we are in with COVID-19. Eva gave us the space we needed during the appointment, but was quick to answer our questions and offer a helping hand. I had to walk away from the salon to think for a couple hours. In fact, she encouraged me to walk away and think before deciding on a dress. I called her later that same day and asked if I could go back to try on the dress I couldn’t get out of my mind. She let us come back the same day and I ended up saying yes to the dress. Couldn’t recommend her enough 😊

I just brought home my second gown purchased from Eva. I bought my dress for my daughters wedding 3 years ago and knew I had to return to her for a gown for my sons wedding. She is so talented with her alterations and she usually doesnt charge for them at least on certain Mother of the Bride dresses and maybe others. She was so patient as I drove her crazy with minute little tweaks to the gown. She did them all with a smile and kept saying I want you to be happy! She is great with communicating any changes or updates on fitting times. Easy to park on her street or in her shops driveway. She is just the best. I hope to use her again one day. I am so glad I bought my dress from Evas shop. She gave me all the time I needed to try on dresses and kept encouraging me to shop around and think it over, she wasnt pushy about making a sale at all. I ended up buying my dress off the rack there and the alterations and bustle were perfect. When I wasnt sure about the fit one day Eva let me come back and of course, it was perfect to begin with, but she was patient and understanding the whole time! I highly recommend her shop over any other in the area.

If you are getting married, are in a wedding, going to a wedding or just a special event in general, you need to go see Eva. Eva helped me with my dress, my moms dress, my mother in laws dress and my bridesmaids dress, all last minute! I referred her to two friends who are getting married and they both bought their dresses and their bridesmaids dresses from Eva. I am so grateful that I went to Classic Brides by Eva when I was looking for a particular designers wedding dress. Not only was I able to order my dream dress that I could not find anywhere else, but I also had the privilege of working with the owner Eva who is wonderful! She was so kind, patient, and hard working. My dress came in right when she said it would, she did a beautiful job with my specific alterations, and always did her best to fit me in her busy schedule for fittings. I couldnt recommend her any higher, shes the best!

Eva has been fantastic during my wedding planning process. I contacted her late last year asking about a specific bridesmaid dress I had a very difficult time locating. While she didnt carry it in her shop she offered to bring in a sample of the specific dress I was looking for. All of our communication was over the phone as I live in New Hampshire, and my bridesmaids from CT called me and sent photos from her shop to confirm if the dress was the right fit. Since we all agreed on the dress she took orders and I had my bridesmaids all call her individually for sizing and payment and she took care of the order. She has made this experience so incredibly easy for me and my bridesmaids.

As the mother of the groom, I had the great privilege to go gown shipping with the soon-to- be bride. We went to a few shops but Classic Brides by Eva was in a league all its own. A small shop that gives incredible attention to detail and Eva was as delighted as the bride when the perfect gown was found! The bride to be was out of state (graduate school) and wasnt available for fittings until nine business days before the wedding. Eva not only accommodated but made sure that everything was perfect & the bride felt like a Princess! Sounds to good to be true? Please, go see Eva....youll be delighted!!!

I spoke to Eva and she told me to come to the shophopto pick up my dress on September 8th. When I arrived at the shop I was ignored for about 15 minutes. I was then told the dress was not in. Keep in mind I had arranged the pick up as I was coming from Boston and had confirmed two days prior. The only came in 3 weeks before the wedding after Eva rushed shipped it to my home out of state. The dress arrived 3 sizes bigger than ordered.Definitely not worth the money. I will not be back.

This is THE ONLY SALON to go to for any special occasion!!I got married this year and went to numerous bridal salons and experienced attitude, ridiculous dress and/or alteration costs, and/or poor dress selection. I was beginning to think I wouldnt be able to afford a beautiful dress.I was recommended to Eva from various friends who used her for their weddings and said I would not be disappointed. I live an hour away from her salon, but it was hands-down the best decision I made and I would do it again in a heartbeat!Eva has a ton of gorgeous gowns from well-known designers at a reasonable cost with FREE alterations and veil! Eva is the owner and sole employee, so she has a ton of pressure on her. Through it all, she had a smile on her face and gave me the biggest hug when I went to pick up my dress.Eva stresses she wants every bride to be happy for her big day. She really came through for me when we had a mishap with my MOHs dress, which we also purchased from her. We originally chose one color, but as time went on, we realized it wouldnt look right. I called Eva and asked to order the dress in the other color and offered to pay for the original one on order. Eva said no problem, and ended up doing a rush delivery. When we came to pick up the dress, Eva only charged me for the final dress and said she would keep the original and sell it at her shop. I was so touched from her generosity.Eva is not only a genuine person, but is also extremely talented. Her alterations on our dresses were done in a timely manner and with excellent skills. The dresses came out beautiful and we were more than satisfied with our experience at Classic Brides.Highly, highly recommend!! Dont waste time going anywhere else, go to Eva!!
