More training on customer service is needed
Been asking a manager there to re order a product of the logic cigarettes for a month now. He claims where he gets it from doesn’t have it in stock, which may or not be true. It would be weird if they were backOrdered for a month when every other wheels carries it. The manager made me feel stupid for bothering him but I think he simply didn’t and doesn’t plan on ordering it.
Friendly staff, great had prices, nice clean store
The Manager Michael likes to harass patrons for donations. Asking once is not enough... he persists. A response of “no thank you” is not good enough. He persists with “are you sure?” Then tells you that you’ll have bad luck with your lotto if you don’t donate.I would simply like to walk in, make my purchase and be on my way without being harrassed, is that too much to ask for??When confronted he retorts with “its your money, you don’t have to come here!”
Convenient
