Got it for both my daughters birthdays this month and last month and it was delicious. Wording was clear and got no complaints.

Their website online said they closed at 10 pm. My friends and I arrived at 9:20 pm to get some ice cream, as soon as we pulled in all the lights were on and the open sign was lit. As soon as we got to the door they turned off the open sign and locked the front door, they just stared at us and waited for us to walk away. Completely rude and uncalled for. They never said a word to us.

Ive always loved Carvel since I was a child and this location is no exception. With their lovely assortment of flavors such as their Reeses and Maple Walnut, its always a difficult decision when deciding what flavor to pick! The staff was very friendly and willing to help me out whenever i had any questions or wanted any samples of flavors. In addition the store also had a very nice selection of handmade ice cream cakes that were made in-store. How awesome is that?! Ill be sure to make a stop here the next time Im in Stratford. Til next time Carvel.

I have had many great experience at carvel,staff is generous they greet me as I walk in. The girl with short hair always have a big smile on her face, makes me feel that she really enjoy her job. All and all great place to go for ice cream.

Me and my daughter got icecream tonight. She got a waffle cone I got a waffle bowl. The Cones where so stale we felt like we would gonna break my teeth eating them. It was gross. We should of walked out when we seen the Thanksgiving Turkey icecream still on display in January. Does not look like they get rid of anything when its old and outdated. Probably a health hazard.

Girl with very short hair rolled her eyes & shook her head while I was looking at the ice cream menu. Carvel needs better customer service, my first time there and it will be my last time. Came in at 9pm June 5.

Ice cream was pretty good, staff were friendly but it’s way too expensive. Two shakes and a small cup for $15.00, that’s outrages. Better off going go DQ just down the street for better prices.

My favorite chain soft serve ice cream place since I was a child. Great service and quality, plus Wednesday is still Buy 1 Get 1 Free soft-serve sundaes. What more do you need???

I go like everyday because the staff is always dope, and they actually talk to you. It aint just about the money here. I appreciate the extra crunchies too. Keep it up!

Zoey from this place should be fired. All shes good for is staring at you when you first approach the counter like you just came down from outer space no hello nothing. Definitely ruined my experience here, would not be going back. Rather go farther for better customer service.

This is a cute little corner shop in stratford-- it has a huge customer parking lot and outdoor seating. The aesthetic of the shop is pretty cute, very colorful and retro. Theres never really a line and the staff is so friendly and helpful! They welcome dogs if it isnt a busy or crowded day. I brought a small dog in a carrier he was welcomed! There is also a clean handicap accessible bathroom. I love coming here in the summer since the DQ across the street is always crowded and and wed have to wait in the heat for a cone; this ice cream is a lot fresher as well and there is plenty of seating inside. Their chocolate dip is better than their cherry dip-- the cherry flavor is very prominent though, definitely try it if you love cherry. Their sugar cones are so good!!! Much better than the regular cones. If you come here you HAVE to get a sugar cone. Less waste to buy a cone rather than a cup and spoon anyways. They always have new limited-edition soft serve flavors. I love the Nutella and snickers! Last time I went I tried the raspberry sorbet-- its VERY GOOD! Definitely try this if you like raspberry or berries in general. Dont be shy to ask for a sample. Id get it with crunchies on top next time. They have a wide variety of toppings-- nuts, m&ms, fudge, whip cream, sprinkles, oreos etc.. They make amazing custom ice cream cakes where you can print PHOTOS onto the cake. This is perfect for graduations/ themed parties. They have really nice script handwriting too. I received a free fudgie the whale cap with my cake last time I ordered!

Im sitting in front of this place at 9:45pm and the lady worker inside has already locked the doors and shook her head no when I approached the door.. If youre going to advertise your open till ten then business shouldnt be turned away before the hours stated. I drove here because the web page stated 10pm.. My time wasted for nothing!!!

Horrible. The girl who worked here tonight 8/9 Zoey, should really look for a new job. She clearly did not want to be there. Didnt even greet me when I walked in. She didnt say not one word actually. What when I requested toppings on my ice cream,she looked at me like I was crazy. Never coming here again. Customer experience should be Carvels first priority. That regenerates new customers. At this point, you lost a customer.

So many cones with different things on them!They have the best ice cream ever!!! My favorite flavors are oreo/cookies and cream and pistachio!!!!!
