The prices are good and the people are friendly and helpful. ShopRite needs a better ventilation system. I have to go straight home after shopping because my clothes smells like all the food they prepare in the store.

Good selection of products, but you need to use coupons. Watch what you buy, as certain items are found cheaper elsewhere. They had some cleaning issues behind their bacon on the shelf, but otherwise acceptable level of clean surfaces. Shop the best and dont forget the rest (Of the stores) Shop smart and stay healthy.

I go to ShopRite for groceries specially fresh vegetables which I cant find at other stores (I love cooking and Im picky about the vegetables I use).Its not expensive and customer service is great.

Great store! Very clean and good staff. The customer service desk though is often occupied by an associate that does not greet you, doesnt ever smile and just appears to be inconvenienced when approached by clientele, work is definitely needed in this department. As far as my overall experience goes with the store itself, these Garafalo family owned Shoprites are some of the best Ive seen.

I was an every day shopper but since the pandemic I was doing the online option. The only problem I had was items not being available. I am shopping in store now and Im glad to be back! I love this store and the older employees are a lot nice. The younger teenaged ones arent rude they just dont interact with you. But other than all that I say 5 stars.. cheap prices great fruits awesome prices on the meats.

Whenever I go to this location always stocked and they have what I need and if I need help I can always find someone. Always clean. This will always be my go to place for groceries.

Nice place to shop. I dont go here often, I normally go to the one in Milford. Their bakery, particularly the donuts, are really good. Overall I didnt realize how expensive they are until I started skipping at Walmart, but thats another story. Their brand is usually worth trying over the name brand. They do online shopping/ pickup. There are designated parking spots for online pickup, but Ive seen regular shoppers park there, ( including myself! ) so there is absolutely no monitoring of that. Aisles are clean, they have self checkout and assisted...I mean its an ok place to go.

Purchased 3 packages of Shoprite brand cheese that had expiration dates in June, 2021. I opened one- moldy. The other unopened ones were solidly moldy and green. When I went to exchange them, (04/18/3021 at 2:30), the woman at the customer service desk stated ”there is a 7 day policy on perishables.” So, how does an opened, refrigerated cheese go completely green before the expiration date? Avoid their cheese brands and their perishables, because they clearly take your money and sell garbage to their customers.

Nice and quiet night at shop right. The associates are catching up on straightening the store & I even saw the manager on duty taking part! After I was almost done shopping I complemented Matthew Gray. Now thats what I call team work! I run customer service in the Notorious big aka Christopher Wallace old store! Yes biggie bagged groceries, hemis a big part of the Bedstuy / Clinton Hill community even though its been over 20 years!/ Little Kim aka Queen B, use to do her thing im front of Metfood, now Key food Gourmet. With that being said I can attest that this store is on point and Im very impressedAlso thank you Jose in dairy for getting my my simply orange juice, Martini for helping me check out and Tyrone for helping me with a bag for the meat I purchased to make beef stew! I will be back! A lot of variety at fair prices. Cakes are fresh and taste so good. I can find a lot of products to make puertorican and ethnic food. Its my favorite supermarket!

Tried the grocery pick up three times, what a joke. Either people are gone for the day and dont fulfill your shopping order, items are missing, or you have to go inside anyway to get them. Associates can be rude and stand around talking and cursing. Use Stop and Shop pick up, they charge less and put the groceries in your car for you.

Their hot foods bar is always filled with delicious dishes. Prices are reasonable.

Quick shopping trip, was surprised by the digital receipt for my shopping order. I guess signing up for digital coupons automatically signed me up for digital receipt that would hinder my checking my purchases for price errors. My cashier, was in a hurry and didnt tell me before or after about getting the print out from them. Oh they did let me know they couldnt fix it either. Hence the missing star. Thank you customer services for your assistance in this matter.

Usually a wonderful experience, great prices friendly staff. When we asked for 3 books of stamps, knowing that it may not be possible, the cashier replied the can only give us one sheet with 7 stamps. The bagger didnt even know they sold stamps 🤷🏼‍♀️ small thing, but still frustrating.

This store should be stripped of their Shop Rite name plate. A disorganized, chaotic mess. Tried their pick up service and waited over an hour at my scheduled time. No one ever showed and I called only to be told the person was home for the day. Several items missing, never informed. Absolutely no care put in, but considering the lack of monitoring in the parking lot, I shouldn’t be surprised. Looks like a dump and a war zone. Carts everywhere, people no minding the pick up parking, parking in handicapped spaces when they aren’t suppose to. Terrible!

Excellent customer service by all of their department staff and cashiers. The produce, meat, and dairy department staff are most helpful. The cashiers are always pleasant and greet you with a smile as they insure that you were able to find what you needed. Everyone is knowledgeable and point you in the right direction. It all adds up to a pleasant shopping experience.

Good clean and friendly is important if your a consumer. This place is extremely clean great staff. Shelves are always stocked up. Produce and meats are super and prices are nice too. I been shopping here for about 10 years would not change them👍👍👍👍👍

Disappointed to see that google says they close at 9:00 pm but when I arrived at 8:45 pm to pick up just 1 gallon of milk the doors were shut. Wish the google page had just said they close at 8:45 pm because I could’ve gone to food bazaar instead of wasting my time.

Very nice and open floor plan.. All the products you need at great pricing.. I just bought a whole cooked chilled chicken for 5$ for the beach and a 6 pack delicious blueberry muffins for 3$.. Built on a superfund site as the premiere location in Stratford next to Walmart and Home Depot and BJs one stop shopping takes on new meaning. it is always well stocked with bargain pricing. Here we can get items many other groceries do not carry and the self checkout is always human supported. The machines cannot compare to a smiling human cashier and prevent smooth processing. Why not employ more smiling humans? Bad idea not to.

Lights. Lights. Lights. It is critical that a supermarket has excellent lighting. It suggests attention to detail. It suggests pride in highlighting its offerings for all to see. It suggests organisation and cleanliness. ShopRite is well lighted. When I stepped in the supermarket five years ago, it was the first thing I noticed, and I said yes!. I am usually in and out quickly, as its offerings are neatly laid out among wide isles making it easy to locate whatever I am hunting. I use their shop card to pocket savings on my purchases. I find their prices to be competitive. All in all, I tend to think ShopRite first whenever I am to stock up for the family.
