Service, Production, Customer Service and Sales go above and beyond to ensure every customer has the tools they need to run a successful book. My company contracted with Unifirst many years ago and the service has been outstanding. The route manager is terrific. He is polite and efficient. When there are discrepancies in an order, the back office is there to help and make it right. We have also found the clothes to be good, solid quality.We recommend Unifirst regularly.

Terribly managed company. The so called Boss is the most rude and disrespectful person I have met in a very long time. Take your business elsewhere. This man degrades anyone for things that are not in their control. Truly disgusted that someone like this Man could be put in a position of any sort of power. He is on a huge power trip, over compensating for being such a small man. Please stear clear of this company. Save your self the trouble and money.

Keith is our driver and he is always friendly, polite and a big help. He is at our office the same time every week, never late and he goes out of his way to make sure we have everything we need when we need it. He is amazing.

Brian, our driver, is both reliable and professional. He has gone out of his way to resolve any of our inquiries or concerns. Perhaps his most endearing quality is his outgoing and friendly personality that makes his weekly delivery a pleasure.

BE AWARE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This company has been a nightmare since the first week we took on their services. CONSTANT mistakes regarding ORDERS and BILLING!! It has been three months and our workers are still missing garments yet we are being charged on a weekly basis in FULL for their garments. We were instructed by the transport driver to address any issues we were having with him directly and he would correct them. YET we have told the transport driver numerous times of the issues we are experiencing and they have never been fixed. When we reached out to Unifirst to cancel services, we received a call the next day by Scott and one of the other service managers Ed Galpin, who by the way, is EXTREMELY unprofessional and condescending. He spoke aggressive and loudly to my bookkeeper and would not let her get a word in. When she expressed to Ed that she was upset with the way he was speaking to her, she received NO apology for his harassment and unprofessional behavior. As a company that spends HUNDREDS of dollars a WEEK, you would think a manager would address us with a little respect! Ed has ever since, been harassing my company with emails, HE SHOULD BE FIRED! If I had an employee that conducted himself in the way Ed does, I would fire that employee in a heartbeat! The behavior and demeanor of your employees have a DIRECT reflection of your companys appearance to customers. But, I am not surprised because it is apparent that this company does NOT value their customers! ****This company is trying to hit us with a FORTY THOUSAND dollar buyout fee! I AM NOT KIDDING YOU! BE AWARE!!!!!Please, do yourself a favor and go to Cintas.
