Process initially started out well but come move day very disappointing. We paid to have breakables packed and unpacked (basically my moms breakfront...crystal, collectibles, etc.) Turns out a number of items the movers packed ended up breaking. We were then informed that we were not covered because we had not declared a separate cost for the breakables. Nothing was mentioned to us when we had them out to quote the job and showed them all the fragile items we were having them pack. Truly a waste to pay them to pack these items. We had a few hundred dollars of broken items and we ended up receiving a check for $40. In addition, if you have them unpack the items they packed, I suggest you do not have them take the boxes away. When we were trying to consolidate all the wrapping paper to breakdown the boxes we came across 6 items that were still wrapped in the boxes the movers had unpacked. Also suggest taking a picture of everything. In addition, my parents dresser collapsed after the movers left (two back legs were broken) and they would not cover. And lastly, they did the move in fewer hours and no credit.

Very happy with the agent and the movers. Communication was good. Price was excellent. Movers were kind, respectful, on time and helpful. Delivery 6 days later from CT. to FL. No damage. I would use them again.
