Felt super grateful to have had Terry as our Verizon service rep, his knowledge, patience, kindness, professionalism, and a great sense of humor was so appreciated. He is probably one of the best customer services reps I have ever worked with! We had 3 phones to upgrade and take care of and Terry made the time wonderful. My wife and I both upgraded our phones a few months apart and the customer service here is excellent! We both had very old phones and when my wife decided to upgrade, Anthony there was super patient and helpful, even staying late to make sure all her important texts and photos were transferred to her new phone, a cumbersome task with her phone being so old.I was so impressed with that experience, that when I finally threw in the towel with my aging phone, we went right back for a new one, and Anthony was there to help yet again.Great customer service! We worked with Kenny and he was very knowledgeable very intelligent and not intimidating. He let me take notes and was very patient with me. Best customer service Ive received from any cell phone carrier! Didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes to talk to someone and both Anthony and Kenny were able to answer my questions right away. I walked in having lost my phone the previous day, and was trying to switch from T-Mobile back to Verizon and they made it very smooth and painless. Anthony set me up with everything I needed, including making sure I had all the info I needed for the rebate and to apply my veteran discount after leaving the store. He even honored the discount for my accessories I purchsed in store, and set up my screen protector and everything for me. Could not have asked for better service. These guys are truly top notch reps.

In search of a iphone 12 for myself, and after having had a bad experience at another local store the day before, we wanted to get a feel of this store before we went in. My husband called the store and spoke with Kenny. He was very helpful and professional.After speaking with Kenny on the phone, we went right to the store. Kenny was even more helpful and professional in person! He was very patient with our questions and remained focused on us. My husband felt so comfortable with him that he decided to get a 12 for himself also! While the other store had advised us to go home and back up my phone before getting the new one (which took about six hours since I had never backed it up), Kenny backed up Marks phone right then and it took about 30 seconds!We were more than pleased with our experience at this store. They were extremely nice to work with. No pressure in the least. We will head straight here for any future phone needs.

Manager Mark, needs to know the following: The Verizon Store in Stratham truly has an asset in their employee Anthony. On a Saturday, with the store slammed with customers for a solid one hour and a half, I was being helped by Anthony, with a complicated switchover issue from AT&T, and during the entire 1.5 hours, Anthony was on hold on two landlines, trying to get through to the correct department, while taking customers and cashing them out, and managing the steady in-flow of customers and how long they were waiting. My issue, took a very long time to resolve correctly, and Anthony did so as efficiently as possible, while keeping all the other customers happy and moving through the store. Anthony performed professionally and gracefully under a high stress situation. Anthony deserves a raise, Manager Mark. I just wanted to let the Verizon Store know how great an employee you truly have.Thank you for your time.

My husband and I just upgraded our phones. It was a great experience, very easy. Our son upgraded the day before also a great experience. James found out that my son was not getting the correct buy back amount for his phone and corrected that unknown to us issue.

Wow! Customer Service is not dead! My phone was totally out of service, a true crisis :), and I went to Verizon to be there when they opened with the hope that I could get in and out quickly. When I got there another woman had gotten there ahead of me--and there was only one person working. And lets just say that this customer had a complicated situation and the employee had his hands full. Throughout the hour that he spent with this customer, he could not have been more respectful or helpful even though the situation was extremely challenging. And to his huge credit, about 20 minutes in, he took the time to announce to me and the others waiting that he was the only one in at the time, that he was sorry for the wait, told us it would be a bit longer and again apologized. True customer service. He literally spent over an hour with this woman and when he finally got to me, you would never know that he just spent the last hour in a trying situation, he gave me his full attention, explained all my options and quite to my surprise, found me a really great deal and taught me a few things along the way. You have to know that the customer service has to be exceptional for someone to give 5 stars after waiting for over an hour for help but Kenny was respectful, professional, helpful and accommodating, the Verizon Store is incredibly lucky to have him!

When it was time for a new phone I went to the store in Stratham to see what was available. I was greeted right away and was shown my options for a new iPhone. After determining the 12 was the best fit for me, set up was done efficiently and all my questions were answered as we waited for my photo albums to load. I was able to get the accessories I needed before leaving the store.Service was quick and thorough by friendly sales people. I left the store satisfied that I had the phone I wanted with the accessories I needed. I will return to them for any needs that arise in the future.

I work in the Auto industry and have had a ton of phone questions and they have proven to be a great resource over the years. So when I crushed my I-phone again they were on the job for me this time. The deal available to me was fantastic and I felt appreciated as a customer. I also saw a review that wasnt so good on there review board and if you read it, it was obvious to me the person didnt know what she was talking about. Me and my mother went in today and upgraded my phone. We were only expecting 470 or something like that in trade but we actually got 500+ so I was very happy and my mother also was. Justin helped us and when he was doing my transfer of phones he noticed my Apple ID witch was avatar related and we talked about that as he was setting up my new phone. I was very happy that I was able to talk to him about that and he did an amazing job on my phone. He also didn’t try and talk me and my mom into anything. He didn’t try and sell me a case or a screen protector witch I appreciated because I hate trying to be talked into stuff. I knew I would need a case and a screen protector so I purchased them anyways but I’m still glad he didn’t try to sell them to me. He was very professional the entire time and I will for sure go back there to upgrade in the future or even just get a new screen protector.

AMAZING customer service by Terry Thompson! The update on my phone caused a nightmare on my cell phone ! I had no clue what was going on. Contacted The Verizon Store. Terry said. They screwed up my account when I went to get a new phone for my wife. Their attempt to fix it did not work. I subsequently spent more than four hours over two days to get my account working properly...and there are still lingering problems. I will avoid this location in the future.

Very unprofessional experience, I was upgrading an iPhone and attempted to transfer all info/data from the 10 (X) phone to the 12 . This guy Andrew switched my SIM card without my consent - moving my upgraded 5G SIM card to my old 4g phone and vice versa - He stated that 5G is just simply not in this area right now... I don’t believe this to be true. 5G is everywhere and growing- why would I want to upgrade a 5G phone but downgrade to my previous 4G Sim card? I suspect they tried to switch the SIM cards and get me to “turn in my old phone” yet with the new SIM card. I didn’t fall for this gimmick... on the phone with Verizon support for 1.5 hours in their store on their land line. While the call was finishing up - the coward staff (both Andrew and another gentleman I was working with) in the store purposely fled into the back room as they knew my call was ending. I literally had to hang up from Verizon support on their land line and leave the phone on the chair because no one was there to retrieve the landline phone from me. I was never angry or confrontational in any of my conversations - they simply knew they tried to pull a fast one and didn’t want to get caught. I will never return to this store of unprofessional schemers.

We recently went to wireless zone (Verizon) in Stratham, NH to get upgrades on our phones and we had the best customer service we have experienced with Verizon. After years of terrible service with AT&T we decided it was time to switch providers. We went to the Stratham Verizon Wireless location and had the pleasure of working with Steve. Steve was very knowledgeable with the products and worked hard to find the best phones and plans for our family. I left feeling confident in our choices and have been pleased with the cell service so far.
