Came to American freight and they have amazing customer service. The manager Moe is really nice and helps you out with your purchase. Other employee Christian was really helpful too by answering some of my questions and wrapping my items I bought. I would 100% percent would recommend this place if you need any appliances and furniture for your house or apartment and there prices are fair and they have financing program too.

The customer service was amazing at this branch of American Freight. They had great selection to chose from. They accomodated us beyond the call of duty especially when loading the refrigerator. Due to our mistake Christian and Mo had to wait outside for half an hour while we rented a new truck and even then they were extremely courteous and polite. Would recommend them 100%. They delivered the wrong color couch and when I tried to contact the manager about exchanging it for the correct one, all of my calls and emails have been ignored. Because of that I don’t recommend this place! Cheap product = no customer service.

Total bait and switch store. Advertise cheap inventory, then when you get there they have none of the cheap advertised items, only expensive alternatives. Stay away.

Bought a fridge from this American Freight. Paid for and scheduled delivery/installation. The day before delivery I hadn’t heard anything so I called multiple times only to find out at the very end of the day that the gentleman who sold me the fridge quit and “left behind a mess” - their words. So now I’m moving into a home with no fridge? They could not get the delivery rescheduled so I had to pay $300 to last minute movers to pick up and install the fridge. The store associate told me he would “do me a favor” by refunding the $80 delivery fee I paid. Don’t buy from here if you actually need your appliance.

Needed a mattress set soon as possible. Mariah was able to help me pick a great set for a good price.

I bought something 5 days ago they where going’s to deliver it to the store in the next business day and that never happened! I am still waiting for my merchandise to arrive at store, you call and they never answer. Then when you go in person to ask what’s going on they “apologize” but don’t do anything. It sucks I have to for something that I still have not even used!! Very unprofessional!!

Great outlet store, for affordable furniture, appliances, and miscellaneous stuff. This store is for everyones budget of whatever the amount that youre trying to buy items for. They have pay as you go plan, and also free layway very small amount down to purchase your items.

They are hit or miss for things to buy at a good price. Not to bad of a find today. They also had a swing set for 118 a metal one. Looked nice and decent but our kids are too big now. We did pick up two weighted blankets. Love them.

Friendly Staff. They didnt have ANY microwaves. Was hoping to find an Over The Range Whirlpool model. They have some great looking deals on their current inventory though.

At 1st this wasnt a good experience at all. When our fridge was delivered there was extra scratches and dents. When I tried calling the store to talk with the manager they recognized my number from caller ID and would not answer my calls. After 4 days I called again from a different number and a new manager Matthew answered my call and addressed my issues immediately. I thank Barb and Matthew for everything they did to make this a good experience for us. Thank you!!!

Unit as shown, everyone very helpful, loaded it into the car for me, nothing negative to say. 1st test load in if that goes as good as the purchasing experience I am a customer for life. The price of our our dining table and chairs was good ($440 including tax). However, 1 chair rocks back and forth and I have checked my floor area and my assessembly to rule out that being the cause. The company has no options for us to get one that doesnt rock. The only option was for me to change my new one out with their floor model chairs that all rock the same way. They cant order me a new one. They cant fix this one. Maybe I shouldnt expect better at that price point, but Im not sure. Seems like chairs that dont rock would be basic quality.

Sears Outlet changed their name to American Freight. They need to change their employees attitude or send them to Customer Service training Classes. I went to purchase a $1300 Sectional Couch and received nothing but an attitude from a young man. It started like this: I found what I was looking for and that Sectional wasn’t in stock . Second, he had no idea when it will be available. Third, he stated he couldn’t sell floor models. Fourth, didn’t try to up sell or suggesting me to the other locations I had to force all questions out of him like I was trouble him. Ex: if you have another location? Ck if anymore are coming in? Etc. I walked out stating I’m bringing my business to Ashley Furniture!! My comment STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

This a review of delivery and store customer service, not reflective of any product.When fridge was purchased stated we would get a call on Saturday between 6-8pm for our Sunday delivery window. Never received that call.... Sunday, Jose calls and gives me the delivery window, then call back and states exactly when they would be there. All is looking good so far!Here is where the fun begins... When taking the fridge off the trucks lift gate the let it tip onto the ground. Thankful the snow was soft it cushioned the fall and no new damage was noticed so I let them continue with delivery. New fridge goes in fine. Old fridge going out (i paid for this service) they manage to put a 5 gouge into the hardwood floor. With Jose we noted the damage and he suggested I also call the store to discuss with Javier (the store manager). Called at 2:40 (held for 10 minutes) Called at 2:50 (held for 3 minutes, disconnected), Called at 2:55 and immediately placed on hold. I finally got a chance to at least get a message to Javier and was promised a call back in 5 minutes. 4:05 I called back as I still did not hear from anybody. I finally had a chance to speak with Javier and discuss the activity of the delivery. He sated he needed to look into the pictures and then he would contact me the following day (Feb 3). Well, today in Feb 4 and still not contact from store or resolution to the issue.Javier so far has been disappointing in resolve to the issue.

Very helpful staff. We had to make an emergency purchase and went with both our little ones. We were in and out in probably 20min. Clean store and bathrooms (for anyone that may need to do any diaper changes while visiting lol)

I was looking for a refrigerator and I was interested in a model available at this location. I was helped by Rick and Jack and they couldnt have been more helpful. We had a house fire and we repurposed an old closet into an area to fit a 33 inch fridge. We explained what we had in mind and they both explained what options we had as far as brands and the pros and cons of each. They helped steer us in the right direction and we love our new fridge. The price was great and the service was as well.We were also on the hunt for a dishwasher. After trying other stores and not being satisfied with the available options we decided to come back. We were grated by Jack and Rick again and they quickly showed us some of the options they had on the floor. They had a kitchenaid dishwasher we knew we liked. They explained all the features and the advantages over this brand compared to other competitors. There knowledge on the different kinds of tubs and drying features was great to have on our side. We bought our new dish washer and couldnt be happier. Great service and great warranty options as well. This is my go to store from now on and totally worth the drive. Thanks guys!

Purchased an oven online for pickup. Never received an email, nothing. Go to the physical store to pick up the oven, and it was not in stock. The staff in house were very helpful. However, they claimed to request/provide a refund. Now, here I am, typing this 16 days after my initial purchase and 4 to 5 calls back to the store. They keep claiming my refund is in process and that it was refunded 10 days ago. Not the case. I call again, and the store gave me a number which I called and spent an hour to speak with multiple people......they end up telling me they will have to call the store.... So currently I am in an infinite loop and am out of a lot of money. Every call I have made I have requested an email with the status. Still have never received an email. Its no wonder Sears is closing 80+ stores across the country. Will never be shopping here again.

Mr.Aaron Givens did a wonderful job persuading me and my fiancée to purchase the refrigerator I was in dyer need of. I was hesitant at first because I wanted to weigh my option, but Aaron’s energy made me extremely sold on the product. I will definitely be back again! Fantastic selection and prices. My new dryer was 60 % off sales price. What a deal. There was only a small minor cosmetic blemish that is barely visible. Otherwise it is brand new. Im beyond happy with my purchase. Delivery included set up and removal of the old dryer!!!

We walked in looking for a king mattress and not a greeting from anyone in the store or a we will be right with you after spending about twenty minutes looking around we exited the store. Not before asking a gentleman at the cash register how someone can get assistance. Well its only two of us here was his response. Horrible experience and we definitely will not be back.

They scam. I bought a refrigerator there and less than a month later it stopped working. Even though it had a warranty I tried to get it fixed for weeks and got no where, no response.

Great items for the prices they offer. Ive bought some large appliances and their warranty offer (for an additional price) is well worth it.

Good value on most items. Some not. Damaged appliances need heavier discounts. Furniture seems pretty fairly priced. Didnt buy anything this time, but will consider for future price comparisons.

Friendly staff. I went in for a new dishwasher. They assisted me quickly and helped me find a great replacement for a new dishwasher and even ensured I had everything such as the right hoses to go with the unit. Everyone there was great at helping me out.

It is not owned by sears now . their deliveries are more expensive and they will not hook up gas lines and cost more to take away the old appliance
