This target is horrible!!! Don’t fall for the ship to home feature. Also, No one will help you. There is nothing in stock ever in this target. Worst pharmacist I have ever known. Just keep driving to literally any other store. I have called corporate, told the managers and chatted with someone and nothing got done about my concerns. Pass the buck to another person they seem to love that! They just don’t want to work! No one person has done anything to make this better. Def if you get a Tim just hang up. He won’t help you just tell you he is a supervisor!! Target do you have training for your people? Do you do background checks? Why do you drop the ball every chance I give you. Well I am Done.

The reason I chose 10 is because the store is always nice and neat. Vast inventory and great brands.~give back cashiers though. I do not want to check myself out and makes the process longer than necessary.

One employee in the electronics department went above and beyond to help me find the product I was searching for (Ti-83) and even explained policies and further helpful information. The internet said there was 0 available for the calculators but this employee wasnt satisfied with that and walked over to the shelf and located the calculator.Very good experience and I will return to the Streamwood, Il location again very soon!

This is a great target. The costumer service was amazing. The items were properly sorted. Some items every now and then were out of place but other than that it is well organized especially for the size of the target.

I love Target! Right now they are switching between seasons so everything is very picked over and limited. Make sure to order ahead for items you are really looking for and then shop the rest when you get there!

This is one of the cleanest and most organized Target stores I’ve been in, and I’ve been in a lot of Target stores.Pickup is super fast and easy. The staff is very friendly. The employees in electronics are very helpful and know where everything is. Their craft beer section is pretty decent as well.

Sapana (sp?) at the self-check out and was so friendly and helpful to ensure I knew how to use the target app and helped me save $10! After we accidentally paid in the meantime, she sent us to the customer service desk to get the $10 gift card. At the service desk, Heaven was also quick to assist us and very friendly in the process.

Had a helpful associate Kenish (I couldnt remember his name specifically) while I was searching for a particular ice cream that I could not find. He stopped and was able to look up and see if they had any in stock. He stopped and asked while he was stocking and saw me searching up and down the aisle for it. He was helpful and checked stock to see if they carried the specific item I was looking for.

The cashier, Sapana, was exceptionally helpful - she explained a coupon on the circle app, helped me apply it and explained it so kindly. Fantastic!

The Drive-up is very slow at the Streamwood location. Hoffman Estimates and West Schaumburg Targets are much faster.

Horrible service at the self check out. Security guard runs to the self check out without any reason. Very unpleasant experience scanning next to security. I spent a lot of money there last weekend since my daughters birthday is coming up and I got her some toys. I shop there once a week and last weekend was my last time. Ill take my money somewhere else. Will never shop at Target Streamwood ever again.

Has all the stuff I need and great selections. Stores are bright, cheerful (colorful too) and inviting. Makes me want to browse the store even if I only came for one item. I usually leave spending way more than what I came to originally buy. I usually see something I’ll need.

Elder lady at the self check out line was extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable as she didnt give me any space to checkout. I have never had such a horrible experience shopping.

Online on target.com it says one price, then you I go to this store and is more expensive and they didn’t want to do the price match. That’s why people now prefer to shop on Amazon

Marek from the electronics department has amazing customer service. He was patient with assisting me with an item I was looking for, he’s really great at what he does. I can’t forget about Margarita as we’ll, she is friendly and great with providing customer service. Thank You both.

I prefer target over Walmart when it comes to electronics as there variety is greater. meaning they have more of a selection When it comes to cables adapters,3.0 USBs, devices and so forth, also they’re usually not completely sold like there Competition such as Walmart or Best Buy.

I ordered a cake through the Target bakery in Streamwood and I was so pleased!!! We always order cakes for the kids birthdays and they taste good, but the decoration done this time with just my explanation was amazing! My daughter wanted a Camp Rock cake, so the decorator improvised and did a wonderful job!! Thank you!

I was shopping online and I found that the taxes made the item $10 more than it was supposed to be. I chatted with a Target Agent and the Agents name was Rose. She was very kind and she actually ended up paying for my delivery fee for me. I love Target and I have and will always have a great experience there!! Thank you Rose!!!

I came here after work today and it was a very nice trip not too busy and I was super excited that they finally have some of the Halloween stuff out. I went to go check out Taryn (it said she was new on her name tag) went above and beyond and actually put the bags in my cart and did it with a smile on her face I was very happy with her service :)

So many different high quality products sold here. Electronics selection is overall great. Its a great place to shop. Rewards program needs to be upgraded. Also so many products sold here that are more expensive than competitors.

Says its in stock online but its not. People in the store said theyre looking for it never came back. Waited around 15 minutes like an idiot.

Don’t go if you have a medical condition that prevents you from wearing a mask. You won’t get in. Although they allow their employees to walk in without masks. I wasn’t even able to talk to a manager. They were all busy.

Felt really uncomfortable shopping here today (Sunday May 24th around 6:30pm). A beligerant man was yelling at a target security employee (who looked like a college student) saying that he knows his rights as an American and therefore doesnt have to wear a mask. He also boasted that he lawfullyCarries a gun which further intimidated the Target employee who preceded to allow him to shop without a mask on despite how uncomfortable it made me and everyone else following the rules feel. I passed the man in a few isles after that and he continued to shop without a mask. No police were ever called and I will never be shopping there again. I know if I were the one not wearing a mask Id be easily kicked out because Im a short, 52 woman. I dont care how intimating someone is, the rules should be enforced without a question.

What can I say? Its a pretty typical target. Setup is normal for what Im used to. Electronics on left side, grocery on right side. None of that goofy electronics section in back middle of the store. Good deals and clean store as usual. Love Target.

So this morning I had my 3rd interview For my dream teaching job. I woke up nervous and excited until I figured out I forgot my blazer. I ran frantically into Target to try and find one before my interview. Although, I was looking forward and super focused on the mission at hand, I saw a smiling face standing in the isle who greeted me “Good morning!”. I replied back quickly and kept searching for a blazer. Minutes later, I fly to the register wearing the blazer with the tag in my hand. The smiling face told me to follow her shed assist me and said she could tell I was in a rush. I told her I had an interview and to my surprised she asked where it was located. We exchanged some more quick conversation regarding the interview, in which she repeatedly complimented me on how nice I looked. She told me to relax, I would do great, and If they did not choose me they didnt deserve me. Lastly, she came around the register and gave me a hug; her name was Lori. She told me to come back and let her know how it went. Ive never seen customer service at this level in my life it was impeccable! As a hairstylist and educator who deals with customers all the time I really feel like Lori went above expectation to provide excellent customer service not because she was trained well or it was her job but because of her integrity; What you do when no one is looking. Lori calmed me down, made sure I had what I came in the store with, and made sure I left with a genuine smile on my face. I wish it were more Lori’s in the world you never know how something so simple can impact someones life. After Lori’s encouraging words I was able to relax and I blew the interview out the water! Oh, and yes I did get my dream job!

Manager Rafael is one of the rudest managers I have ever met! I don’t understand how the company keeps him around knowing he treats customers like this! I’ll save money & live better by going to Walmart! 👋🏼

Reserved a repackaged PS4 for 24 hours. In less than 24 hours, this a**hole I know told them I cant buy it (which wasnt true, I was gonna buy it), they authorized him to falsely speak on our behalf and he bought it. They said the best they can do is give us 10% off any game. BS.

But I often question who they hire at the location on 59/Sutton road in the Bartlett/ Streamwood area....Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at 2PM.I patiently wait as two men appear to take inventory on the pop displayed on the end of the aisle. They stand in the middle of the aisle and are in the way of any cart passing. After a few moments, I realize that they arent going to move. I politely say, excuse me. one acknowledges me and moves to the side and greets me. the other one continues to stand in the middle of the aisle and ignore me as I tried to maneuver around him. finally, he decides to move out of the way as I almost run into him. I shrug it off and continue shopping.Ready to leave, I debate the self checkout. The only manned register is across the store and much closer to the opposite exit from where I parked. So I opt for the self checkout only a few feet away. I approached as two others were finishing their transactions. Now being the only customer, the toothless Target associate that was lingering stands a foot or two behind me and watched me continuously. Only greeting me as I turned around to tell her how uncomfortable she was making me. she simply said she watched everybody that closely. She didnt even say goodbye as I left. I hate coming to this Target. The customer service at the Randall Road, Elgin location is so much better! And so is their size selection!

Not unlike others reviewing, I have had several problematic encounters with the front end managers at this location. From condesending attitudes, to making me feel bad that I was asking for help in the first place. Not to mention, just being downright mean to my wife when she asked for a price adjustment for in store vs online. The general employees here are wonderful, and have always asked me if I need help.

Nice, clean store. Unfortunately, they cant seem to keep even the most basic merchandise in stock on a regular basis. Went there today; no Tyson chicken nuggets, no Cheezit Grooves, no chocolate poptarts, no Seltzer water, not even generic half gallon 2% milk. Hire more staffing or someone that knows how to order product for your location. I shouldnt have to make a second trip to another store for essentials when this is supposedly a Super Target. Not super.

Its your standard Target. My best experiences have been in the evenings when the store is less busy. It can become a bit of a madhouse during peak hours.

What a difference a day makes.....When I purchased an item marked 11.99 i was charged 16.99. when I returned to get this resolved, the manager, Jackie, said she was off the clock and would get someone to assist. Really? A manager is off the clock but still on the premises? This store has great items and most are good, but that manager blew me off and I cant forget that. When I asked for district manager, all I got was a name of Jeff. When I asked another manager to have the store manager call me. he said he would and she never did. Bad for your brand and store.

You can get lost in this Huge store best one Ive been in so far and found some great clearance sale items that i couldnt pass up.You have to really look for the bargains but they are there and i cant wait to come back when in the area.

Just your average target. i have to hold this against them though, when it comes time to clearance out their holiday candy, they refuse to go down to 90%. they just salvage it and send it all away. they wont let anyone get good deals, so if youre watching for clearance items, dont wait too long

This is a large Super Target in Streamwood. They carry everything you need for home. The fruit looks fresh but generally more expensive. All departments are full of your houaehold items. They have a large self checkout section if other lines are too long.

Every single time I come here I find expired and rotting food. Over a month ago I spoke to a manager, last week I spoke to an associate, today I couldnt find anyone so I just took it off the shelf myself and put it in the housing section in hopes an associate will look and not put it back! Today I found two ripple milks expired in October, and some rotting organic squash. last week the organic tomatoes were covered in green mold. Theres always expired yogurt. They never restock the archer farms chicken pesto pizza and always out of organic valley mozzarella string cheese.
