Good experience in 2021. There are two doctors now. ..very up to date information.

First of all I dont know what happened to this office it used to be better, but now there are no front desk assistants anymore. The old doctor was better and nicer. This doctor now, I think her name is Dr. Gal, she was really 👿rude, not the friendliest, and in a hurry. She speaks to you like a b****(i think she needs to get laid honestly)I am not going to that vision center again I wouldnt trust them with my prescriptions after knowing how ill-behaved they are. I dont recommend this place at all unless you like being treated like sh**. Total let down it used to be a delightful vision center. Very disappointed.

This is my first time getting glasses from this location. My experience was a little bumpy. But, at the end everything was resolved, thanks to Rita. Ms. Suki was very helpful finding a pair of glasses that fits best on me. Reason for 4 star is because of bumpy experience.

Good experience with staff, but small selection of frames. Suki was very helpful with some insurance details, but sorted out in the end.

Doctor was not the friendliest and gave the prescription to me hand written in sloppy handwriting. Seems unprofessional for for a patients prescription numbers.

Just spent 2 months working with these people on getting a pair of glasses that worked. Found out today they no longer have a Doctor on site to check your eyes. So, I had to make a full return today before the 60 day warranty was up.
