This place needs better customer service!!! Mostly the meat deparment. We went and we got our number, as we were waiting, we realized our number was number 1. We later see that our number is picked so we go on. As we did the guy changed the number really fast, he later said number 2. My mom went up to him and he was claiming he waited so long and that he needed to attend the number 2. We didnt fight back or nothing not worth it we took our money to somewhere else. Owners of this location just wanna say im really disappointed with the service and hopefully you guys fix this problem. You never know when someone comes to your business to help you guys. Sad thing you guys are not a good candidate for it.

We love to get their mangos when theyre in season. We literally buy a case because theyre so juicy and delicious. The prices for their fresh food are some of the lowest around and the quality is always fantastic. Weve also scored some great deals at the deli before too.

Since you arrive at parking lot, you find friendly employees, fresh and good products, and prices are very nice specially whe you have kids that they looks for golosinas...

Great selection of food but I don’t know what’s the issue with the cashiers. They’re all extremely rude for no reason they don’t even speak up when you ask them.

So I was surprised at how easy it was to get in and how crowded it was there was no way to do 6 ft distancing there were people everywhere. Very dangerous. Thats how covid is spreading 😤

I understand social distancing, no problem. But I have carpool with my elderly mother who by the way doesnt live with me, we grocery shop together regularly since she unable to care heavy bags. I also have own family that needs grocery and we were not allowed in together social distancing. Again I understand social distancing, but this store has no hear or conscious about an elderly person. I had to wait outside and what happens a couple comes out. And now a mom

Butchers are not too friendly especially if you dont speak Spanish. The cashiers are friendly and the hot food products is very good.

Fiesta Market’s popularity is well deserved, prices are good and their selection is great, the owners are very nice and respectful but sadly they have a few rotten apples specially the lady behind the counter in the meat dept, she provides poor service, bad attitude and gives you whatever she wants so do your self a favor and wait for someone else to help you or open every package she gives you... I stopped going as often because to me is not worth the struggles with parking, only to go inside to get bad service.I reiterate that Fiesta Market is a good value store if you are looking for quality goods and reasonable prices, I personally put a high value on service.

Affordable prices, the meat section crew needs to be more courteous and easy going,most of the time theyre rude. Not to mention they give you rotten meat and if you try to tell the manager they act very unprofessional. I stopped going there!!

This market have very fresh vegetable and fruits the price is also reasonable, I like the fish section also.

The store has more than enough room to fit many shoppers in the well designed floor plan. Prices are reasonable and the shelves never look empty - even tho the store is always busy. The Friendly staff are very helpful. Most of the staff speaks only Spanish - but they will bring you to someone who speaks both Spanish and English when necessary. A very comfortable experience. Ill be back.

Fresh meats and great jot food

Really nice local grocery store with a huge meat market and its own attached bakery. They have a huge selection of fruits, veggies and meats. They offer a wide variety of Hispanic products and have a huge selection of spices and both fresh and dried chilies. Prices are hard to beat and they put up great sales.

Excellent produce, meat, and deli with very good prices. Their dry grocery is not very expansive, but dry grocery is not why you go to Fiesta

On 3/16/2020 there is a putrefy odor. The smells is so bad you can’t last 2 min standing by the meat. I asked an employee what was that smell and stated “I’m not allow to say” and just gagged. I asked the manager who came out of the office with a lady and she pretended she didn’t know what I was taking about and he stayed “ IT’S MEAT!! WHAT DO YOU EXPECT” what a shame. Please go buy elsewhere I checked both Elgin markets are fully stocked and clean as always. Tony’s is good too. I did contacted Cook County Health Department because no one should have to smell a place like that.

Prices on groceries, especially meat good. Quality average. Parking can be an ordeal, any time of day. If you own a clunker for a grocery getter, definitely take it to Fiesta Market.

Don’t always shop here because it’s so far from my home, but love coming every time I do. They have the best carnitas in the area and their barbacoa is to die for. Produce and meat are fresh as always and prices are always low. They also have tons of traditional Mexican candies and lots of other Hispanic products hard to find anywhere else. 5/5 great store.

Drove past the store yesterday, and guess what, people shoulder to shoulder. Dont they watch the news. No one that was shopping had PPE on at all. Seriously, this is why people are getting sick. So with that being said, Ill never go in at all. Where is management and why are they not enforcing the rules of the state.

They treat me as though I am not wanted in their store. I like the products they offer. Fruit, veggies,meat and cheese are fresh and delectable.

I just moved to the Streamwood area and I wanted to find a go-to carnitas spot. So disappointed, these carnitas were so so dry and had no taste at all! Never again will I try that. Their fruits looked good and fresh through, so maybe I’ll shop for that.

They have what I needed as an Asian for my Asian recipes. Great supermarket!
