I am a contractor and we retained the services of SealMaster to coat a tennis and basketball court in Chicago. What a difficult and ongoing experience this has been,. The coatings failed almost immediately upon application. I suggested that we would wait until Spring to correct the deficiencies and we agreed by all parties. Two months ago Emerson Potter and the installer Jose visited site to inspect and produce a remediation procedure. Well, not only has Mr. Potter abandoned the franchisee but does not reply to my emails whatsoever. The courts were recoated last week (June 2017) and guess what? it failed already. The seams are cracking everywhere and Mr. Potter is still avoiding me.I suggest anyone interested in this company as a contractor or franchisee to be cautious of SealMaster.
