So we had got a couch from here and everything was good with it but ended up getting another couch set from someone so called to let them know so they could pick up their couch and that we would even move it out for them and have it ready to go. They said that was fine and gave me a time they would pick it up. So as I had said I had it out and was waiting for them to pick it up. I went back in my house for a moment as with a lot of other parents right now my children are doing e-learning so I went in to help them. Within the few minutes I was in my house they had pulled up and ripped apart the couch. Nothing was wrong with it when they showed up so I was so confused. At first I didn’t even know it was them and I had thought someone randomly decided to do this but when I called them the lady on the phone rudely told me that they had done it and they had the right to as it was their property. So I clearly upset told them to come and get it then. Told her I had already called the police and they would be getting in contact with her so she told me they were on their way to get it. I have never had to deal with something like this in my life. Was very upsetting and upset and scared my kids. They did come and get it (the same people that apparently ripped it all up) and the cops also talked with them about how not unprofessional it was and they will clean up everything and take it with them. I would not recommend this place for anyone unless you want to be treated badly for absolutely no reason. I would like to include I was not late on payments and this is the first time getting anything from rent-a-center. Never again.

Worst place to do any kind of business. Out of 4 employees only 1 is a good person. The manager Joyce sits on netflix all day while cracking the whip. Every time i am there she is degrading her co-workers. I feel bad for them. No wonder they have a hard time making sales

Would give a 0 if I could. I have rented from Rent a Center for yrs with no issues. Now renting a 4 things from them. My sons monitor on computer broke the store manager refuses to fix it. Couple days ago the tower to computer broke and manager refuses to fix it again. Told them fine I want to return the gaming system they said I could not return it. Never had a issue in the yrs Ive rented till the newest store manager...earlier today filed a complaint with corporate will see what happens....I shouldnt be paying on broken equipment when I have the insurance they require on it.

Would give zero stars for this store if possible. Worst place to shop. They harass you before payments are even due and then to top it off I decided to give their furniture back to not deal with them and the employees decided to slice it up and leave it on my lawn. Glad to say they took it and gave me credit after I filed a police report. Sadly I will not even use the credit. I contacted corporate with no return.

Ive been a repeat customer for years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If items that Im looking for are not at the location, they find a location that does and delivers that day if not the next day! Fairly priced as well.

Higher prices go to Aarons they got much better prices than Rent-A-Center and they like to screw you and I like to be snotty at the get you to rent things
