Maria helped me find the perfect wig for me today. I am a young woman going through chemotherapy, and Ive lost my hair. It was tough on me. Maria greeted me with many hugs and made me feel welcome. I tried on many different wigs, but the first one she actually picked was the best one! She made me feel special like I was picking out a wedding dress. Customer service was top notch, and another customer came in when I was trying on a wig and she couldnt believe it was actually a wig.

I went to see Maria about a month ago when I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. As the cancer does not respond to hormone therapy, I am receiving chemotherapy, and was practically guaranteed that my hair will fall out. Maria was very patient with us - both of my parents were with me, and both had VERY different ideas of what kind of wig I should get. In the end, Maria helped me find one that looked completely natural and was nearly a perfect match for my normal hair. She sent me home with a blonde one (my natural hair color) that day, and I was able to pick up a red one (my “inner” hair color) the very next day. Excellent service and tons of experience make this shop an amazing choice. I would absolutely recommend Maria and her shop to anyone, especially anyone like me, who is about to embark on a cancer journey. She will make you truly believe that it will be okay, and that you can still look like you.

I flew up from Naples, Florida just to purchase a wig from Maria! I have tried since 2013 to find a place in Florida that has the same quality and expertise but to no avail. I had to come to see Maria. She has the best quality wigs! They hold their shape for many years, feel light on your head (especially important with the heat in Florida) and no one has ever known I was wearing a wig. They are so natural and beautiful. I wore my wig for 8 months and no one even knew (even my good friends); in fact, I received compliments. I highly recommend The Wig Studio in Strongsville, Ohio.This is the best place to find high quality wigs and hairpieces that I have ever been to. It is easy to find cheaper wigs but often they are imperfect or flawed in some way.Maria, the owner is cheerful, compassionate, and will take the time that you need for this important purchase. I left feeling beautiful in my new wig.It is close to I 71 and has convenient hours.

I visited the Wig Studio last week with my Mom who desperately needed a new wig. She has been wearing wigs for over 10 years because of very fine and thin hair. She also just lost her husband of 20 years two months ago and is still rehabbing from a broken hip in November. I wanted to help her feel better about herself because of her recent situations. When we walked into the studio, we were immediately greeted by Maria who was both gracious and welcoming. She looked directly at my Mom and said, I know why you are here! with a great big smile and a hug. We walked out about an hour later with not 1, but 2 beautiful new wigs that look and feel so natural and up-to-date with the latest hair styles. My Mom couldnt be happier - and neither can I. Not really impressed with the owner. Came in with my sister to get a topper and the lady said let me see, looks at her hair and said you need a wig you have no hair for a topper. Very insensitive. Kept pushing a wig. My sister is well aware of her thin hair didnt need someone to tell her over and over. Wont recommend or return. Sorry, Marie triy being sympathetic. My sister was very upset!

The selection and quality are wonderful. I found a wig with blonde highlights and roots, just like my natural (treated) hair. I had it trimmed to my usual style. Maria offers a service to refresh wigs when the ends start to get frizzy (unavoidable with synthetic wigs). I was ripped off elsewhere when in a state of shock. I wish I found Wig Studio first. This is not a store you go in to browse. The owner quickly puts you in a chair and will bring over a wig or topper (I believe starting with the cheapest ill fitting one) I only tried three which I really regret. This is a very emotional time buying my first topper.I ended up with a monofilament $700 human hair mix topper that I cannot change the part...I was specifically told the part could be adjusted once the topper was washed. I had done a lot of research before I went to this store. I should have been patient and purchased online from a place with a fair return policy.It is difficult purchasing a hair piece online. I wish there were more options available in our area.

Maria was very professional, very kind & sweet! (I had visited another local wig shop in N. Olmsted where the owner was abrasive, rude & condescending for some reason?) I did not really need a wig and Maria hesitated to sell to me because she didnt want to take my money for something I didnt need, but I just wanted a little something to add some body & height to my mildly thinning hair. I purchased a beautiful synthetic topper hair piece that matches perfectly with my hair and is completely undetectable. Wig Studio is very clean, current, and displays wigs with current hair styles. Im very happy with my experience there, and excited to put much less effort into my hair each day!

I had breast cancer and had no idea where to go to get a great wig once my hair was lost due to chemotherapy...before I even lost my hair I had a consultation with Maria at Wig Studio. She is a professional with a compassionate side and she helped me find hair that would make me feel normal or maybe a better word is natural before my treatment. Knowing I had hair in my closet waiting for me when I needed it seriously lessened my anxiety about my treatments. Chemotherapy and hair loss is horrible- lets not sugar coat it- but this experience with Maria and the peace of mind she gave me is priceless.

I went to the Wig Studio to help my grandma find a wig. She found one she liked but was rushed to buy it right away. She had only tried on two wigs (about 7 minutes) before the owner asked if she wanted to buy it. She did not take her time with my grandma and didnt seem to want to help her with trying on different wigs. We were only there for about 25 minutes total and we felt rushed, pressured, and practically pushed out the door. If given a little time and attention I know my grandma would have bought the $380 wig she liked.Instead will be taking our business elsewhere.
