I’ve never been to a more unprofessional piercing shop. I got a smiley done somewhere else, but the jewelry fell out the next day. Decided to come here because it was closer and the piercer was very disrespectful to me but to other customers. They have a rule that you need to be 15 or something to get a piercing (doesn’t affect me so I don’t care). A 14 yr old with her family came in and stated she was 14 and wanted her septum done. The piercer doesn’t even turn their way before stating she won’t pierce her without any explanation.Then she looks at my piercing, charges me for jewelers and a fee to put it on. We go into the back and before touching me says that they don’t have the right jewelry. Then she hands me the jewelry. She couldn’t even recommend another shop. Then refused to give me a refund even though she looked at the jewelry beforehand.She didn’t even clean the jewelry after touching it with her bare, uncleaned hands.Literally go anywhere else before coming here.That is my conversation with the manager.

My son and I came in for a consultation on Saturday, Josh was all set and ready for us Sunday afternoon. This was my sons first tattoo and Josh did an amazing job. This was not my first, but this is currently my favorite, that is until the next one Josh does for me. Great work!!

Leia pierced my tragus and nose. She did an amazing job!! She explained every step of each piercing as well as the after care. Barely felt the tragus besides the “crunch” of the piercing. Nose was minimally painful and pain dissipated soon after the jewelry was in. Placement was perfect and they look great! Thank you!! Highly recommend and will be back for more!

Tyler was amazing. This location is a lot better than the mentor location. Only gripe was i wasn’t able to have my mom in the room with me whereas mentor location they don’t care at all but overall service was professional, fast and friendly.

Excellent shop Ive gotten 2 tattoos and 3 piercings here. The shop was very clean and organized the artists were very friendly and their work is phenomenal. Upon entering the shop I was immediately greeted and taken care of. The artists were also very thorough when explaining after care. They have great prices for service and prioritize the comfort and well-being of the customer and are happy to answer to any questions and concerns during the healing process. Most of my experience has been with Monaca and I can say she is an amazing artist and super cool person.

We called All Tattoos and Body Piercings early in the day and they said that no appointment was needed so we let them know we would be in later that day. Once we got to the shop, we called a second time and they said it would be about a 40 minute wait for an opening. 40 minutes later we called to get the opening, and they responded they were too busy and booked up. I just wish they would have told me that they were too busy before I got there or have an appointment system.

I’ve been going here for a few years now! first i got my belly button pierced and it was awesome. the process was painless and the workers make you feel very comfortable. after getting my doubles pierced at the mall & they got infected, i came back here to get them redone and they healed so nicely! yesterday i got my very first tattoo and Zack made my friend & I so comfortable! the experience was so good and he made sure i was okay and it was best first tattoo experience! definitely will be returning here for more tattoos :)

I got both nipples and my tongue done here a few weeks ago and Im so pleased. The placement on the tongue is excellent, the nipples look and feel great, and the prices were literally unbeatable! Plus the staff was nice and gave good aftercare. Everything was smooth and the equipment was sterile.

Got my septum done here about 4 weeks ago. The piercer sat of my left side the entire time, never once looking at me straight on or marking where the piercing should be. He used an extremely painful clamp that hurt more than the actually piercing itself. And when it was over, he planned on sending me away without giving me any information on the healing process or how yo clean it. I literally had to ask if I wanted to know anything. I went on vacation about 3 weeks ago, and me and my friends went into a piercing place to look at jewelry and I decided to get a second opinion about my new piercing. The guy told me it was not only EXTREMELY crooked, but it wasnt even in the right spot, and it was pierced in the more thicker cartilage of my nose. The guy then proceeded to take the terrible piercing out for me. 2 weeks have passed, the piercing is still not healed and its still painful when I get bumped in the nose even though the jewelry has been out for a while.Extremely unprofessional and just want my $60 back.

Update: Today is May 8th, my ears are still badly infected to the point where I have to get very strong medication to heal them, all because of the worker name Monica who did my piercings which I paid a $150 and tipped her an extra $10. The infection is so bad that its spreading to my face!!!! I came up here to get my money back and they refuse to give me my money back because I wrote them a bad review but what I wrote was the truth and even if I were to take the review down they still wont give me my money back. All of their employees are extremely rude, unapologetic and they just flat out dont care about their customers because if they did at the very least they would compensate me for everything that Ive been through by giving me my money back! I will be taking them to court so this will be my last update! Like I said, do not ever come here I do not recommend this place. It is not a good place to go and I would give them 0 stars, negative if I could!!!!!!!!!!!!!Short and simple I would never recommend anyone going here they are very unprofessional and they dont train their people correctly!!!!! theyre giving people wrong information and theyre NOT on the same page and because of that I have 2 INFECTED ears that they cant do anything about!!!!! I just got the piercings on April, 24th, 2019 and Ive been coming here a least 4 to 5 times in the same week to make sure that my ears are okay. The girl name Monica who I just visited April 30th, told me that my ears were good they were not infected but just today May 3rd, her boss is telling me my ears are VERY INFECTED and that they cant and wont do anything about it!!! Now I have to go and pay to go to the doctor for them to give me antibiotics and get them removed because they are not going to do anything about it and Im not going to have infected ears!!!! Never never never never never go here I cannot stress this enough worst decision ever! If I could give them 0 stars I would!

My friend and I came up there today on September 21st 2017 for the free piercings. When we walked in 2 other girls where in there before us and then about 5 to 8 minutes later 2 other females walk in. Of course they are skinner and prettier then us. But anyways the lady and the guy walked out to tell the 2 females before us that she was ready for them. So then the guy looked at us and looked at the other girls and took them instead. Didnt even ask who was their first just took them righg away. That was very disrespectful and rude. I always come there for my tattoos but not anymore. Thanks for losing a great customer.

However, the service wasnt the best and the piercer gave me verrrry little information about the healing process and cleaning procedure.Update, I had to take out the piercing a year after getting it pierced because it wasnt done properly. I went in today (8/6/17) to get a in memory tattoo and Zack free handed the most beautiful tattoo and his compassion for my loss was so thoughtful and his passion for his work was amazing!!!

Went in to get my belly button pierced 3 months ago. When I walked in I wasnt greeted I was just stared at. I told one of the guys I wanted to get my navel pierced and another guy took me in the back. The other guy pierced it and told me we were all done and never once told me how to clean it or any other important information I shouldve known. I had to ask him. I was noticing it was a little crooked but some of my friends said it was because it was healing. I had to take it out today because it was starting to reject. When I took the piercing out I noticed he had pierced it crooked. They also sold me soap which did nothing but dry the piercing out. It was just a terrible experience I shouldve just went to Tattoo Cafe. Dont go here lol.

I went in to the store really unsure of what I wanted. I had a general idea, but I wasnt completely sure. The staff was extremely kind and professional. I had mckayla (I think thats how her name is spelled) and she was absolutely wonderful. She took her time drawing up two different tattoos for me and I felt like she really enjoyed working with me. When I picked the design I wanted and we went into the back, she was really helpful. I told her I was really nervous and she talked me through the whole time. She did a great job and I really throughly recommend going here to have your tattoos done. Amazing store and really clean! She was very sanitary, as I watched her unpack the needle from its plastic cover. Thank you so much guys!

I went home took a picture and posted it on my FB my other daughter text me ( mom he spelled it wrong ) I delete it and then next day I when back there and talk to Josh this guy is so awesome and caring he stepped up and said dont worry about anything Im going to take care of you he made me cry I was not expecting that at all.He had to put a cover up on me which is a Elephant face with its trunk up that means good luck and he is going to put the other one back on me. Called the shop, stated what I wanted to be done on my ribs asked an estimate of how much it would cost and if i could come in that day(Thursday) they said around $80-$130 and that I could come in, so I drove out there when I got there some guy said I would have to schedule an appointment because he has to write out the quote and its gunna be around $200 I said fine he asks for a $20 deposit and he schedules me for Saturday at 12:30pm so I get there Saturday he said he forgot my scetch at home and that I would have to come in at 6pm, I come back at 6 and he only has one scetch and it looked like some kid wrote it out, it wasnt straight how I asked it to be, it was sloppy cursive obviously done by hand, the wording was waaay too big it wrapped around half my body so agitated I asked for my deposit back and he says theres no refunds once the scetch is drawn out lol it couldnt have took him more than 5 minutes to write it out... Never go here you will waste time money patience and gas...
