I have been to this location several times in the past and even recently and I have had no problems whatsoever. The staff is pretty good- they are down to earth more so than ever before. Also- found a rare copy of 2001: A Space Odyssey- the movie soundtrack- that is HARD to find in stores and also the only other type of place that you could get it would be Amazon. Never had any type of problems and have been a long time FYE customer. Kinda wish they had more stock on a lot of items but never had a problem their company.

Nice selection of items that range from CDs, vinyl records, films and toys. The prices however are ridiculous. $35.00 for an item I found elsewhere for $22.00. Again, the selection of many items is nice but the prices..not so much.

Couldnt really get any help from staff. When I did he was walking away as he was talking. The cashier, she was nice tho. I remember when it was a record store and loaded with a bunch of novelty nonsense.

Kind staff, great selection of records and movies, the niche snack options such as Pocky sticks and Ramune are also a nice touch.

There was a line of 6 people. Instead of opening another registrar 2 employees were restocking near the registrar so not like they were unaware there was a line.

Prices are high for even older, used games ( almost priced as much as a new game! ), but some of the prices are just right. It really depends on the title. If you want a good selection of games and accessories, this is the place to!

Tried to violate my health and well-being by forcing my compliance with an unlawful mandate and then discriminated against me when I refused to do, even going so far as to threaten to call security when I refused to kneel and shake in fear. I would avoid this place. There are businesses you can go to that wont try to enforce unlawful government mandates based on fear

Great store to visit with a lot of interesting things to purchase for self, or gifts. They have some cool FYE Exclusive vinyl choices, and a great selection of rock tee-shirts, and other pop culture items. Tightly laid out, and a bit hard to move around when busy, or trying to navigate a stroller around.

Checking out at register and the woman told me she was able to give me a discount. She gave me an envelope with a gift card inside which says after one month you will be charged 11.99 per month. The worker did not mention a payment after the one month free.Please do your job and give full information.

Great place

Always great for my fellow nerds looking for some swag. They have everything from kpop, to country, and even comic books and stuff like that.

I love going here because theres so many things of my liking in FYE that barly any other stores in the mall offer. The downside to it is that they are HELLA EXPENSIVE. For example, I go there for kpop albums. Lets say, BTS: the album here is ruffly $25-120. Online (kpop stores or the actual BTS weverse shop) they are $12-16. See what Im getting here? Its way to expensive, especially for a teen that doesnt have a job or gets an allowance. Also, the premium cards or whatever they are called. They are SUPER expensive, only for when you get 10% off of something that is hella expensive! Its not worth it! Last but not least, price. Lower the prices so its affordable, but if you cant or wont do that, at LEAST have a discount that is generous enough so we can actually buy something! Sorry for the rant, please do lower the prices for what we are buying though, then me as well as others can actually buy more than one thing.

Holy organized Funko Pop section! They have one of the largest selection Ive seen, and it was organized by collection and number. Even the clearance was perfectly organized. It was amazing, my kids loved every section of this store.

They have an interesting variety of items but they can be pricey. Was disappointed that an item I wanted was in a damaged package that had be resealed and was only offered 10% off.

There were plenty of exciting items there and its a great place to go for entertainment hence the name but Im a Naruto fan and I didnt find many products at that specific location but I did buy a really nice long sleeve shirt

The nostalgia for FYE is amazing and the customer service was great as well as the producs.

Selection is not impressive, process are easy too high, customer service is meh. My gf and I were practically being stalked by an employee, they definitely thought we were gonna steal and made us very uncomfortable. Save your money and go to Best Buy

Fount 17 funko pops, great selection. My only complaint is the pushing of the loyalty card. $25 a year.

FYE is becoming a bit of a shab retail alternative to Best buy or Hot Topic. Lacks serious quality in most electronic items and clothing. Vinyl selection is also poor and disorganized.However, prices are cheap and sales staff can be extremely kind and accommodating. I cant say Ive had any interesting finds, but youre bound to pick up a Deadpool backpack for $40 or Friends on VHS.Far from a quality store, but it meets the low standards anticipated from a store of its variety.

(Please skip to the end for some important advice)Amazing stuff from films to music to merchandise. Its a really good place to find gifts for geeks. There are a decent amount of steals. I found a Marvel Legends Enchantress there for $11 dollars. I got all 4 Magnificent Seven movies for about $5 in the discount bin. (It makes sense though because the other 3 movies are lame.) Theres a lot of stuff Ive never seen in many other places. Theres a Japanese collectable section. They have these bizarre cereal collectables. They have a selection of fancy socks.I only have two complaints. One, their vinyls are very pricey. Ive seen the same vinyls at Barnes & Noble for less. Two, the workers and customer service are careless and unwelcoming. The from the times my family and I have bought there, we have had them not ring up prices correctly. They charged me full price for somethings I bought on sale a couple of times. I had to go back and have them correct the price. SO PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS AS SOON AS YOU LEAVE THE STORE!

It astounds me that places like this still exist. Overpriced merchandise and lame loud obnoxious music. You can find some cool items in here, but be ready to pay quite a bit of cash for it.

A non-attention grabber but still solid. Kinda like Hot topic where wouldnt go all in and pay full price pretty much ever. But also similar in often sales.

Great customer services and even better wares

I hate that theyre constantly trying to push their free rewards card that is definitely NOT free, but they usually have that Im looking for and some less main stream collectables

The place is pretty overpriced and plays terrible opera metal music constantly. Also, the balding, chubby gay dude who works there is pretty is rude. I always hear him badmouthing customers behind their backs, like dude, you have zero room to be judgemental.

Friendly staff but never get the backstage pass it will randomly charge you a few months later and continue to charge you $12 on and off for a membership that I was told would be free I happen to just catch it and Im not sure how many times Ive been charged but it is complete and utter BSWhen I called the main corporate line online they basically tell me its in the terms and conditions but when I told him the employee said it was free they said the employees arent trained to tell you it charges you randomly
