Darla is a godsend! I took my daughter to 4 different stores, and not one dress was accommodating to her size or bust line. Then I found Darlafoxx! This woman was so accommodating and did everything she could to find not only a dress but THE dress for her....one week before prom. I’m not kidding, then she went out of her way to contact her seamstress for a favor, and quick one at that!! She’s the real deal! Beautiful dresses, great customer service as well and quality! I will go there for all future fancy events!

Found this store completely on a whim while shopping and am so happy I did! Gorgeous dresses for all different preferences and Darla and Jada were wonderful to work with. They had me come back to the store to recheck my measurements just to ensure they ordered the right size. Wow, we had an amazing experience with Darlafoxx. My mom and i have been looking for months for my wedding dress for next year and tried on maybe 50 dresses throughout the experience and 5 different places, but when we went to darlafoxx we loved the dresses she showed us and narrowed it down to 2 we liked. which we thought about...about 2 weeks later we went back knowing she had gotten some more dresses in and she showed us similar dresses to the one we really liked and the 2nd one we tried on on the 2nd visit we knew we had found our dress. She had a lot going on with homecoming customers, but was always able to check on us and brought us about 4 dresses she thought would work for me and what i was looking for...plus all the dresses i liked were under $900. Whoever said you have to spend thousands of dollars for find your perfect wedding dress has never been to darlafoxx. You dont have to break the bank to look amazing. Now to get the dress ordered and then we will have to have it fitted later in 2022. Super excited!

Absolutely incredible!!! Darla helped me find my perfect dress! After trying on what I thought was the style I wanted, she suggested a new style that i was hesitant about. But as soon as I tried it, I bought it! She was so wonderful and sweet!!!!

We cant thank Darlafoxx enough for helping my daughter Allison find her Bridal Dress. We had tried another store; and while they were nice, the experience felt very routine and not special to her. Darlafoxx made Allisons experience very special. They made sure to suggest what would look good for her body type and even helped to match the perfect accessories. More importantly their dresses are so unique, we dont feel like there will be 20 other brides out there in the same dress. Dresses looked beautiful but when I went into the mall after a 50 minute drive I found out you had to make an appointment. I didnt expect this being in a mall. Luckily we found a place across from them to get a dress from for my daughter.

After having a bad experience at David’s bridal I decided to go across the the street to Darlafox! The dresses are so beautiful it’s hard to choose! But Darla knew exactly what would work for me and I found my wedding dress in less than an hour and way under my budget! I am very happy I went here.

There really is something to be said about people who are passionate about what they do. After having a not-so-great experience at other bridal stores (lacking quality, customization and something more vintage), I came here last minute on a Saturday night and the owner took me under her care and gave me a dress that I didnt consider, but is absolutely stunning. Pieces of it will have to be customized, but the time she takes with you lets you know she cares. The price is honestly less than what I thought I would have to pay, and the gown itself is incredibly comfortable and flattering for me (and it has pockets!). A similar dress at Davids Bridal would have been several hundred dollars more, but the fabric there was stiff and scratchy, and wouldnt have included the items that we added without a steeper price tag. Very excited to see what it will look like once its put together!

First of all, the selection here is phenomenal!! I am a very tall person with different needs than the average teenager going to prom.Darla and her staff made me right at home, they made me and my friend feel so welcomed as I am preparing for my first pageant! They went out of their way to make sure I didn’t leave empty handed and was absolutely thrilled with my decision.I tried on about 8 dresses, and found the perfect one! Darla really knows her stuff when it comes to this line of work. I was a little apprehensive about going to a dress shop for fear of being judged, but judgment had zero room in her shop!From the dresses, to the shoes, to the accessories, everything about her shop is exactly what you’d want when looking for something for that special day 💜

I can’t say enough good about Darla and my experience. I had a little bit more of a disadvantage in buying my flower girl’s dress as my niece lives in Ohio and I am in North Carolina. But I reached out to Darla and sent her a picture of something similar to what I was looking for and she said no problem. I then booked a flight out to Cleveland and we were literally in and out of the store within an hour. Darla had two of the similar dresses we were interested in ready for my niece to try on and they were both beautiful. After we picked the perfect one, I purchased it and now it’s shipping to me in North Carolina. You would think it ended there right? But now Darla has reached out to me to confirm my receipt of the dress. I can’t stress enough the appreciation I have for her beautiful store and dresses and the outstanding customer service she provided. The only thing I regret is not buying my wedding gown from her as I found out about her store afterwards. Being an executive assistant, my level of customer service standards is fairly high. It’s a rarity these days when that is met. But Darla hit it spot on. Great job! Great store! Great experience!

We received very GREST service at this location. Darla made our prom shopping experience the easiest ever. She helped pick out gowns for my daughter to try on and she assisted her in picking out shoes and other accessories that she felt would match the dress. We were not stressed out when we left the store. She even offered us alteration services what time we are in town so that we can take our dress home with us back to West Virginia. I will always remember this store and I will be returning in the future even if it is six hours away from home. Thank you for such EXCELLENT SERVICE. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Darla was wonderful and very helpful from the moment we started picking out the dresses! She knew exactly how to accessorize and show off the best parts of each dress! So many varieties I tried on and loved them all! I said YES to the dress! Then she even let my sister try on a bridesmaids dress!

My daughter put down $300 for her prom dress last year (March 2020). Two weeks later we were in the mall and stopped by the store to check on the dress and the store was closed due to covid (apparently). We never received a phone call so we kept calling the number we were provided. We even started sending text and emails. Anyone who wants to hear the entire story I am more than willing to tell you. It was the worse thing a store in this field could do to a little girl in here SR year. But the basis of this story is DO NOT BUY THERE. They would not return my daughters money even though we are quite certain they have received some type of government stimulus. They now have my daughters $300, probably a hefty stimulus check and they still have the dress. Beware, Darla Fox is a Sly Fox of a business.

My best friend is getting married next year and we were on the hunt for the perfect dress. After a horrible experience at Davids Bridal we decided to check out Darlafoxx. It was an amazing experience from top to bottom. Stephanie is wonderful and even with an injured foot was all around the store picking out dresses she thought our bride would love. Stephanie was so knowledgeable about the designers and time frames if we had to order. Our bride must have tried on at least 8 dresses (all stunning by the way) and settled on the dress that made her cry. We were never rushed and felt so at ease. The store even offers layaway which is awesome! I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a wedding, homecoming, prom, ball, etc dress!

DarlaFoxx is hands down the best place to go.I was at the mall one day during the Christmas season and I came across this store. I am engaged and slowly planning the wedding, so I just went in to see what they had.Instantly, I felt AT HOME. I explained about my weight issue with my pcos and I was actually listened & talk to like I was a person and not a dollar sign.Needless to say,I got my wedding dress from them and I have referred some of my friends and even bridesmaids to the store.I absolutely love the sisters and the staff there.

I started my prom shopping at the end of January because Im usually a late planner, but with prom i could not do that so I decided I should get a head start on finding the perfect gown. Darla was very helpful in the beginning with showing me different dress designs based on what I was telling her I liked. Finally, I find my perfect gown, chose the color and make the first payment no problem. My mother and I are told my dress would be in mid April so Id have enough time for it to be altered the way i wanted it. So during this process we are still making payments, having little to no contact with Darla. When it came to my prom date still no dress. I messaged her on May 2nd and had no response until two weeks later when I was told she had a family emergency and i was very understanding. As time went on I was told my dress would be coming in and Darla would be delivering the gowns. While im making payments on my dress nothing was ever said to be about production being shut down in NY. June 5th a WHOLE month after my scheduled prom date is when Im told that my color dress was unavailable but every other color was available so I was told to chose another color. I told Darla that I just wanted a refund and that this was overwhelming with her lack of communication. She said she would do our refund and it would be in my account within 10 days. So June 19th, comes still no refund and we have had to literally BEG this lady for my refund. Only half was refunded to the account and the other half was mailed supposedly on the 17th and we have still not received our other refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! She was very unprofessional during this whole situation dealing with my dress through this pandemic and Im very understanding due to the pandemic, but I AM NOT understanding when she has been very unprofessional. I have all messages and receipts to show for proof.

On january 26th 2020 my daughter and I went to darlas shop to look for her senior prom gown. I wanted a headstart as much as we could because senior year is busy. My daughter found her perfect gown $675. I paid 168.75 down on the dress was told that we could make payments of the same amount every 3 weeks and the next time we went on february 11th 2020 she got sized for her dress and was told they placed the order for the dress size 6. I was told that day I could make my last 2 payments over the phone or online if needed. On march 20th I made the 3rd payment and at this point there was no concern that my daughter wouldnt receive her gown. On March 25th my daughter recieved a text stating that darla had stayed open as long as she could do to the stay at home order she had to close down. According to text message she was still getting weekly shipments in and not to worry she would have her dress. In mid april I made my last payment spoke with darla she asked if my daughter had got a new prom date and i responded with no as far as i know everything is still set as planned May 2and 2020 was supposed to be her prom date. She said ok everything is paid and when dress comes in we will contact you. Fast forward to may 2nd my daughter still didnt receive a call or a dress. She messaged darla in which darla asked for last name and school to look up gown. No response for 2 weeks until I had to message and ask where is the dress. At that point her assistant messages me through texting that darla had a family emergency and she would look into where the dress is. Stephanie her assistant tells me production was shut down due to the pandemic and they are contacting designer and will get back with me. May 14th I get a text message stating the dress will be shipping from production the following week and they will have her dress at the end of may. Again no communication until I message again asking where her dress is. No response so my daughter messages her and gets that they are waiting and they have all these colors available not her color. Darla states she can include us in on emails with designer so we know it isnt her fault for the gown not arriving. At this point darla and her assistant are inconsistent with what they are telling both my daughter and I and I just want my money refunded. So on june 5th 2020 I am told she is issuing a refund. Darla than tells me it will be issued same way it was paid and within 10 days we will have our money back. June 19th I check my bank no refund. I send 4 text messages before i get a response. I literally am begging for my money back and she replies with sorry for delay my accountant handles the refunds and sends me 2 pictures of money refunded on june 19th. She literally had me waiting for 19 business days and never refunded my money until I said I was getting a lawyer because she cant steal peoples money like she is trying to do. I was than informed that my first 2 payments were passed 120 days so she was issuing me a check. I should be receiving any day. Today is june 26th 2020 and as of today have not been refunded my other half of my payments amounting to $337.50. I have even had family from other cities send me mail and have gotten it without a issue. Darla is no longer answering any text messages or phone calls and I am forced to take her to court over my money. This is a shame I have all text messages and communications with darla saved to my phone where she NEVER INFORMS US OF A ISSUE WITH MY DAUGHTERS GOWN. I understand a pandemic and I understand a delay in the gown, what I dont understand is the lies Ive been told the entire time. As long as she gets her money she dont seem to care. As for getting any money back be prepared to go through hell to get what is your back.

I will definitely be back to Darlafoxx my daughter and i had a great experience here although she was a sophomore this year and didnt get to attend the prom that she was invited to she will have an opportunity to wear the dress another year.Thanks Ladies

THIS PLACE WAS HORRIBLE. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. My sister and I were excited to go shopping and find her a prom dress but when we walked in the manager sighed, rolled her eyes, and came up to us and asked us where our parents were? I told her I was 22 years old and my sister would be the one trying dresses on. She then asked “if we planned on buying a dress today? Or we’re just here to look?” We said this is our first store, and she said “well if you’re not planning to buy you’re limited to trying 2 dresses on.” SOOO WE WALKED OUT AND WILL NOT RETURN. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. Turns out the person we talked to was also the OWNER of the store and should not talk to customers like this.
