I work in retail so i know there are just THOSE coworkers that more or less refuse to help out a costumer, and those that go above and beyond. Bonnie sticks out in my mind for being a WONDERFUL employee. Shes always smiling, greeting and helping out to the best of her ability. She went in the back to look for items not on the sales floor, and gave her opinion when i asked for help. Not overly pushy. The store itself in obviously wonderful. As someone who loves to decorate for the Holidays and cook, its my dream store

My family and I, including extended family- have always been dedicated William Sonoma shoppers. The past couple of times I have been to this location in Southpark mall I have had horrible experiences. The women that work here must be seriously unhappy and depressed. Extremely rude. The only nice person I have dealt with here is a younger man, I believe named Scott. He was fabulous and super nice. There was an older woman who was rude to my husband and I and actually got in my face when I was returning an item. We have always spent a lot of money in this store- and I will NEVER return because of the way that rude old lady spoke to us. My in laws shop here like crazy, and after I told them about this experience they are no longer shoppers here as well. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION unless youre ready to deal with snobby, rude old women. Wish I could give NO stars.

So my wife is boasting to our guests how the 2 best things she makes are meatloaf and apple pie ....I said honey which one are we eating needless to say I have been sleeping on the couch all week.....this store has beautiful items and a nice staff even for people that cant cook :))

Staff is always helpful and kind. Great variety of options and high quality selection to pick from.

Right now Im sorry to see it closing. No one can believe their excuse they are not making money at the Southpark store.
