Essa diagnosed the problem with my laptop in 24 hours free of charge. The laptop was 11 years old with a severe overheating problem. Unfortunately the laptop could not be fixed, but he potentially prevented a fire from occurring. He showed me where the laptop power cord connection melted inside the laptop. I will certainly suggest his Company to others in need of service and/or retail items he offers for purchase. And if I am in need of his services in the future, I wont hesitate to call.

So I took my PC here to fix a blue screen and pull some data about a week ago... he told me my hard drive was dead, not starting up and he couldn’t pull any of my files from the hard drive. He then told me I had to purchase a new drive and pay $299 for installation NOT including the parts. So I took my PC back and took it to a friend. They were able to pull all of my data, my hard drive was NOT dead. It was an operating system error just like I tried telling the gentleman at Ez Tech. Glad I saved $500 and my hard drive and information. He doesn’t know what he’s doing.

This is now my go to store for computer repair. I always wished that I could have access to an honest straight up computer tech person who answers all your questions with out making you feel you are being a pest. My computer was never so fast!!! Needed a new hard drive in an hp notebook and he had one on a holiday weekend. Thank you E Z.

I brought it my Mac Desktop because it wouldnt turn on. Its about 8-10 years old. You told me it was hard drive and would cost $269 to replace. I decided not to have you fix it. After all my research on this issue, I suspected it was NOT the hard drive. I decided to take to another shop for a second opinion. Turns out I was right and it was NOT my hard drive, it just needed a software update and was $60. Always get a second opinion.

I needed to have my computer upgraded to Windows 10 and all the data transferred from the old operating system to the new one. I’m a tax preparer and had several years of tax information stored on my laptop that I need to access periodically. I explained to the owner that transferring all of that data is extremely important to me. He didn’t transfer all of the data. I have asked several people that have formal computer education and work in the field to look into the issue. They checked my computer and told me that the owner of EZ computer didn’t do due diligence and should have backup the data first before doing the upgrade. The owner of the Ez computer blamed me for this mixup. I have never dealt with such unethical business before in my life.

I highly recommend this store. I recently purchased a complete dual screen system from here. The proprietor answered any questions I had, and they were many. He was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I have shopped around and researched on-line before purchasing a new desktop system. Even though the components I purchased from EZ Tech were refurbished (used?), I got greatly higher performance, dual screen capability with 2 beautiful 22 Samsung monitors,and a higher level of Win 10 for a fraction of what any big box store could provide. Because EZ Tech also does repairs and upgrades, I could have had numerous options added to this computer for a very reasonable price. This place is over an hour from my home, but worth every mile of the trip.

I recently called up to the store and a guy answered and told me he had no knowledge on older builds and that he would not look to find a way to help me. Even though I was looking to upgrade it. I tried giving him the motherboard name and number and he refused.

I needed a new display for my 2009 MacBook, as the LCD started cracking and eventually became unusable. As a graphic designer, this was crippling to my business! The Apple Store couldnt help me, and neither could their recommended computer shops saying that, The part wasnt made or available anywhere, anymore. I went to EZ Tech Computers and Essa took one look and said, sure I can order that part and BAM! A few days later, my MacBook is a good as new!
