THEY SELL FAKE PURSES!Spent $80.00 on a totally fake Coach purse! I used to live this store, sadly I will never return after getting a $10 fake used purse for $80.00! It was close to closing time and I spotted a large gray Coach purse and asked if I could buy it. The employee was obviously annoyed she had to walk over to the purse and unlock it off the rack, this is why I didn’t inspect it like I would have since I felt rushed out the door. She said all sales are final on the purse and feeling like a burden I didn’t take a better look at it as I trusted this store. Buyer beware. I have 15 Coach Purses 6 LV bags 2 Prada 3 Chanel bags as well as numerous MK bags so I do know a real from a fake, I had a false sense of trust with this store that I now regret. I have money but still luv a great deal and is why I liked shopping there. The last few times I was in there it was a bad vibe with negative employees that seemed like customers were just annoying to them. I will never buy anything from them again and would rather donate my clothes for free(which I do) then sell to them. I also spent $40 on a Tommy coat for my kid that was missing two of the three pieces it should have came with. Jokes on me this time. Buyer beware.

Wow I didnt think that businesses treated customers this way. I went into this business with my wife so that she could buy some clothes for work. During the shopping she had to use the restroom. She asked the sales associate if she could use this shops facilities and the sales associate responded back very rudely that she needs to go someplace else. She suggested that we find a bar somewhere to go to the bathroom. I do not recommend anyone going to this business unless you like being treated this way. The sales associate did not use any tact or professionalism. Unfortunately she will probably keep her job and continue to treat customers like this. I would not recommend this business for your patronage.

I give this place 5 stars not because I love everything about it, lol. I left my bag from Plato’s Closet & got almost home only to realize I didn’t have my bag!!!! 😳!!! I called them and the nice woman working, put my bag behind the counter!! Whew 😅, thought my goodies were swiped, lol. On another note this store’s purses are always stocked & store is clean!! I did some shopping for winter clothes. I hit the jackpot. I purchased 10 sweaters and a few t-shirts. I was very impressed with the selection of plus size items. All of the clothes were in great condition; no stains or holes. I also love that they don’t sell items that smell like smoke. The ladies working there were super nice and helpful. I drove about 25 minutes to get to this store and it was definitely worth it.

I drove 40 minutes to get to this store and had to use the rest room. They said they didnt have public restrooms so we left.

Ive sold clothing and accessories to this location several times and will continue to do so. I have always had a good experience. The staff is friendly and I believe that Ive received a fair amount of cash for my items each time Ive gone in. You have to have realistic expectations; at the end of the day, theyre used pieces of clothing and jewelry so Im obviously not going to get top dollar.

Horrible customer service, rude, cheap, etc. Will not go back! I walked around the store while I waited and my items were in way better condition then some of the stuff they had on their shelves.

I took in a NWT winter coat. It was a Calvin Kline wool dress coat with a price tag of $329.00. I was hoping to get $75.00...but was offered $13.40. What an insult...I’ll try to sell it on line.

Love shopping here. I usually find something and a very good price. Lots of name brands if thats what you are looking for. Stop by regularly to see what others have dropped off. Too much stuff ??? Take some items and get money on the spot. Gently worn and within 2 years.

Id would put 0 star if had chance but not a option. Was looking for a particular item and asked sales associate for assistance. She was very helpful. But there were 2 other Spanish speaking associates speaking about our conversation to each other. Lil did they know we understand Spanish and it was not nice what they said. So we are taking our business to the East side just like one associate suggested we do. 05/11/19

This was the one of the worst experience ever. I went in to sell some clothes and they said it was a 10-15 min wait, and that they would text me when they were done inspecting. 25 minutes later I came in, no text, and they didn’t accept any of my clothes. Definitely a waste of my time.

My favorite place!I am a size 6 and have such a hard time finding clothes. At the mall, the stores have one size 6. If I wait for anything to go on sale,its gone!Clothes Mentor has so many things in my size and brands I love- The Limited, Ann Taylor, White House/Black Market and more!Yesterday I bought 9 tops, 3 skirts,and a pair of capris for $84.00. Thats the price of a dress at the mall!The store in N Olmsted is great too. Havent been to Mentor.

I purchased a dress here about 5 days ago, and unfortunately misplaced the receipt. I was extremely caught off guard after first being told I could exchange my item or receive in store credit then after driving 30 minutes to return my item, the store rep told me that there is nothing they can do and I could not return it or receive in store credit. The moral of the story is to keep good track of your receipt if you purchase here since this store does not have the technology to process a return without it.

I LOVE CLOTHES MENTOR! Their prices are extremely reasonable and I always find something that I like or want. They pay you pretty well for your clothes too which is awesome!

Employees have always been helpful and I love the selection of different types if clothes at a fraction of the cost of new clothes! I used to buy maternity clothes here too!

Way overpriced. Staff is rude and extremely unfriendly. They act like they are doing you a favor. Dont waste your time. Oh... and theyll give you next to nothing for your items.

Went in to sell some shirts that are Express and NY Company, also Dr. Scholl’s shoes. Well my items were not accepted because the shirts were 2 years old (mind you they are still new!) never used and the shoes they were to pointy for them. I couldn’t believe what I heard because while looking around everything look 5 years old and there are ladies that love pointy shoes. I will never ever go into the store again.

TheyWere very helpful the manager gave me 20% off even though I havent shopped there since 2016 and the cashiers started me a basket and took to the clothing rooms and assisted me.they were very kind.
