I’d give 0 stars if I could. Paid $37.00 to fax something & the other end never received it!!!!No refund offered. Just a rude “it’s not my problem” type of attitude from the manager. Never ever again will I spend money here or recommend this place. Staples was way accommodating.

TERRIBLE COPY CENTER!!! GO TO STAPLES!!! I brought my own paper had my sisters wedding invites printed - 500 pages - I go back a month later to print 175 pages on the SAME paper & after they printed 45 pages they REFUSE to print the rest because they would have to hand feed the paper (its cardstock) - the manager even came over & refused me! And after I was upset he mockingly told me to have a great day with a smile! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! Staples printed the rest of everything perfectly!!!

They secretly changed their return policy, mentioning some categories as non returnable. The headset I bought was defective, I tried returning within a week, with the receipt. They rejected saying it cannot be returned due to covidASK TWICE before purchase, if they will accept returns or not

You ALL did an amazing job on some quick turnaround projects and allowed me the (designer) to work all the way from Texas on some projects for my team in CLE ... you were my eyes and we really appreciate it!

Its an office supply store, and quite a bit more. Ive always found what I was looking for there and have purchased several printers, computers, hard drives, programs, etc there over the years. The staff is always on the lookout to help you with any questions and Debbie in particular has always been there and very helpful.

We were double charged for ink cartridges, they never gave us CREDIT for the return on old ink cartridges. The coupon the manager could not figure it out. Not a good experience at all.

I had an emergency order and they went abo e and beyond to help me get it done and togeather on time! They literally saved the day!

Very helpful clerks. Wish they handled Samsung phone items.

Manager at Strongsville is not to bright, when I called I insulted his intelligence. All I needed is copies. I have sent people up there for years twice a week. Sorry for insulting your 12 grade education Mike

They keep the store really clean and well stocked. Not enough people ever working but its ok.

How can you carry 1099s tax forms but not 1096s, I mean its like running a restayrant with but no drinks. Overpriced as well
