I really like the store, the prices are actually pretty good and they sell quality products. The only thing had an issue with was the manager. He kept pressing about what i was in there for even after I politely declined his assistance literally four different times. He was extremely pushy and it was pretty irritating. I ended up not buying anything because I was so sick of him following me around and badgering, I just wanted to leave. I probably wont be back because of that reason alone.

Ok Clint I just left and my goodness you know how to make a paying customer uncomfortable. I dont know how you are the manager. Your anxiety is through the roof and I will not shop here again due to your poor customer service and inability to give customers a chance to look around. Take a class on customer service and stop being mean to the new lady who is working really hard while your walking around with a pin up your a$%. Please find a new job so the people of strongsville can shop in peace.

The workers scare me. They will not leave you alone. They are constantly breathing down your neck. they will also force you to sign up for their rewards program and turn aggressive, psychotic animals if you don’t want to sign up.

They have protein and creatine and post work out. None of which I use. But they have it.
