The new owner continued to accept our orders and promise delivery, but then decided out of the blue to cancel our outstanding order three months after accepting it.There are lots of other CNC screw machine shops around that produce high-quality work. Do yourself a favor - find an alternative that you can trust that will deliver on their promises. Even if (especially if) you buy more than their $200k target, consider whether you can trust a company that wont keep its commitments to other customers. Its one thing to stop accepting orders from smaller customers - its quite another to quote and accept orders and then unilaterally cancel them three months later.

Horrible customer service. If you want to talk to a helpful, knowledgeable person, don’t waste your time calling this company.
