Very polite cashier as well everyone that I seem to qualify as an actual employee were very kind n helpful and I was more impressed w an actual employee taking the time to disinfect n sanitize shelving n anything needing a good ole cleaning!! Prices were a bit pricey but overall good experience!

The bakery needs serious management improvements. We love their product because it tastes good, but there is something wrong with literally every order we have ever put in. The colors were all wrong one birthday, the cupcakes weren’t completed the next, they didn’t make the right flavors the next birthday, they lost an order of cupcakes and had to remake them the day of, and today they gave away our whole cupcake order to a person that just happened to have the same theme cake! We ordered toppers and wrappers and gave it to them to put on, so we had to eat that cost as well. Please get this bakery together

Its like walking into a time warp. Kinda get that friendly fifties feel, little old school but I like it. friendly staff that greats you. My favorite part of my visits here are the helpful staff VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. It not like at home Depot or Walmart where they literally run away from you. A staff member, in this case, could see that I was looking for something and couldnt find it. She came to me to see if I needed help finding something, then told me where it was. Good locally owned but not liking their prices

Their bakery is amazing. Fresh cookies donuts and bread! && you cant forget those gorgeous cakes. Their book to choose from has EVERYTHING. You know those hard to find character cakes your kid is dying to have but its not mainstream enough for walmart or giant eagle. Your odds of finding it are much better there also they have a wider variety of flavors and icing. They did my sisters wedding cake and delivered it. A 3 tiered beauty that looked exactly like the photo we found on pintrest. The cake decorators are truly talented beyond measure. The only reason i an reviewing 4 stars and not 5 is because the grocery store itself is limited & I have to go to another store to get those items & the other items that are marked up.

Workers are helpful finding things and the deli department is our favorite part !

I shop for certain items here because a lot of stuff is over priced. Most the workers are nice. Just the store smells like their meat department. They may need to sanitize a little more because you can smell it through the mask.

During the shortage period of the COVID era they kept up stock when larger grocers ran out. Super friendly staff!!! Even the owners pitched in!

Just got fish dinner today oct 16 they changed the fish and you get only one side now. Used to love there fish but not now since they changed it. Will have to find a new place.

I got some good deals. Their deli and meat section was better than I expected.

I was very pleased with EVERYTHING! The produce department, the vegetables was displayed beautifully and was nice and fresh...I dont eat tomatoes, but those tomatoes were delicious. The deli department, again was displayed beautifully and tasted as good as it looked, and the bakery the cake was beautiful..Will definitely be using them in the near future and last but not least...the delivery was on time very professional and waited until I okayed...everything...Thank you IGA
