Had an issue with a purchase and called customer service who promised me my missing part is at the store. I get there and off course its not there. The Assistant Manager realized I was being passed around back and forth by customer service for something they couldnt help me with because the item was a special order. She quickly ordered me a replacement exchange service delivered to my home at no charge! I had no idea they could do that. She was very helpful and made things a little better although I still had to wait a week for the part to come in and I can use my new stove.
The customer service provided by Izzy in the computer department was top notch. She is extremely personable and took the time to explain things exactly the way I need her to. Thank you, Izzy! I recommend that management take extremely good care of you.
They have the very best customer service and educated staff in comparison to any of the electronics stores in the entire state of Florida.We have been shopping there for years and the experience always gets better and the staff provides the red carpet treatment in every area of the store.We are constantly going to the management of the store to compliment them on how well its run and how great an experience we always have!We live several hours away and come to this specific store in Jensen Beach because they always get it right.The Geek Squad is the BEST and a well seasoned team of specialist. We are so happy with them we look forward to coming to this particular Best Buy!
Place is absolutely disgusting, floor is full of trash, dont they sell vacuums? stuff falling off the shelves, employees are too busy talking to each to help customers or to clean anything. Bestbuy has completely gone down hill, what a HUGE disappointment and what a disgusting store.
I love this bestbuy, i wish there would be closer one in the new area of Port Saint Lucie so I would not have to drive 30 minutes one way.
There is one reason why I’m giving this store 5 stars, and his name is Angel De Los Santos. He’s a Geek Squad technician who took his time with us today to figure out what was wrong with my husband’s IPhone and to eventually determine that it had to be sent to Apple for repair or replacement. It was a painstaking process complicated by the fact that the phone was completely dead and we apparently had the wrong password. Resetting the password so we could remove it from Find my Phone was quite a process. He found that there were 13 days left on the warranty, a fact of which our cellphone carrier was apparently oblivious. Thank you, Angel, for going above & beyond to provide terrific customer service. Best Buy is lucky to have you!

The service mindset of this store is deplorable. My wife, on time for her 12 noon appointment, spent over 3 1/2 hours to have her phone fixed. They ended up switching her phone. Turns out they gave her a phone intended to be used as a loaner. So T-Mobile (who sent her there in the first place) could not activate it. After two trips to T-mobile (two different stores) and ME waiting in BestBuy for another 1 1/2 hours, Apple told me about the loaner situation. Since no Manager was on duty, I still could not get a phone. While I was there, several customers returned with iPhone issues. ALL who came through were frustrated with miserable customer service!!! Avoid them if you can. because they DONT CARE!!!
Personally I love the staff members and all of their lingo and I went in there to just check out the phones and all of the people and they were super nice and I really enjoyed my experience

So like so many people I am searching to get a PlayStation 5. I was scrolling on this Best Buy’s website when it said that there were some listed as “in store only.” That’s a huge improvement on the typical “sold out” option I’m used to seeing. So on my lunch break I figured I’d go down to check it out and see if I could end this overwhelming search for what seems to be like a unicorn. I get down there, stroll to the computer department and talk to a guy. I knew it was a long shot but I said hey do you guys have….. and turned my phone to him so he could see that there were some on the website for in store purchase. He decided he knew what I was about to ask and said “good luck.” I started to speak again and he repeated “good luck” but this time it was a little more mocking. I’m in customer service and I understand he probably gets that question a lot but a simple, “I’m sorry sir but that item is not available,” works like a charm.

As an owner of a Samsung Galaxy s10, this Best Buy was very disappointing. I could not find a case for my phone as there was only 1 small area for Samsung phone cases and a couple options for my particular phone. If youre an iPhone user then youll be more fortunate as there are many isles and options to choose from...

Best Buy is a far cry from what it used to be. Nowadays, its little more than a place to buy cell phones and accessories. Everything else is secondary. I went in to buy a new PC and not only was the only salesman useless, the two computers I was interested in, they didnt have in-stock...even though the website said they were. Anymore, you really are better off shopping online.

My dad and I went for a new laptop, waited over 20 minutes after walking around looking around for laptop ourselves. While the sales department with two people did not ask if we needed any kind of help while one salesman was just chatting with a lady customer he paid no attention to my dad even when he walked up to him. Finally the gentalmen who does the stocking not even his dept, asked if he could help us with out with anything? After watching us wander around aimlessly.. my dad shows him the Model and Sku # for the Laptop he went to in the back to grab it, as we could not find it ourselves on the sales floor All in all thank you to the guy in stock but all in all poor customer service.
We paid for the extra warranty when my granddaughter got her laptop and it was well worth it she broke the screen only a couple of months after she had it and Best Buy fixed it for free
I came to Bestbuy to look at tvs, I wanted to do research on the different tvs available as I havent purchased a TV in 10 years. Well I came across this salesman named Patrick Derezil. He said hello and asked if I had any questions and yes I did. I asked about the different tvs and he explained every tv and knew exactly what he was doing and knew his products. I am in sales and to be greeted and explained with detail about the tvs was refreshing. I didnt want to buy a TV today but listening to him explain things that in 1 hour inwouldnt remember and to come back on Sunday and not know if I would get someone like him I decided to buy the TV today. So Bestbuy, this salesman is tops in my opinion. You dont come across many sales people today that know there job and their product. So Thank You Patrick for all your time and assistance Patrick.

This staff was entirely helpful, no matter who we talked to. A Big shout out to Izzy in the computer area. Neither my wife nor myself know anything about computers, Izzy took the time to know our needs. After that she took the time to educate us, and steered us to the right item at the price point we needed to be in. (Best price) she did NOT try to up sell us. We are very happy with this Best buy
The store wasnt busy at all. No one asked if they could help us after waking around in different areas of the store. The womans bathroom was DISGUSTING. Best Buy need to do better.
We drove an hour to this Best Buy for my daughter and to find out the laptop was not there but the Manager said that she understood and will give me the higher price laptop for the sale price that was so nice and completely out of the way for her to do that THANK YOU
Lets start by just mentioning that the store was well kept, clean, organized and agents all around able to assist in each department. I visited throughout the store and witnessed an agent taking their time to explain how mobile phones work pre paid to an elderly customer. However, the most important reason for my review is GEEKSQUAD! I need to give the biggest shout out to Austin, Mr. Torres, Cameron and Jake whom all took their time to assist me when it mattered most. They went above and beyond in assisting me in trying to get my phone replaced through the Apple Care but of course APPLE would make us have to jump through hoops and make it utterly impossible. From Austin answering the phone to assisting me via there without rushing me off to the empathy and kindness given to me by Mr. Torres and then Cameron who consistently followed up with me at the times promised and attempting to see if their system updated with APPLES notes to authorize the replacement was exceptional. I used to be a Best Buy employee many many years ago so I know how difficult working in customer service can be from lack of stock, upset customers to systems crashing you name it. Now having to deal with appointments only at specific times, ensuring covid social distancing while keeping the store exceptional I can only imagine. Having a staff that can truly relate to customers, ensuring the best possible experience with unforeseen circumstances beyond their control is all one can ask for!!! I would absolutely bring myself back to THIS store when I travel that area and continue to shop at this particular store just for my experience alone. Keep up the great work! and thank you to everyone who truly helped me in this process. Some years ago, this Best Buy had atrocious customer service and the customer experience was so bad that I stopped shopping there for years. I recently gave them a try again for my home security camera system. I was helped by two employees....one at the entry desk and another who was called over to explain system differences and discuss needs. They were so friendly and helpful! I bought a nice system and when one of the cameras was defective I went back. The fellow at the front entry was soooo helpful. Then he passed me off to another fellow who said hed be glad to help. I wish I could remember his name (it started with K). He was great and took care of the return and exchange. Kudos to Best Buy for turning their customer service and experience into a pleasure. I will be shopping here again for all my electronic needs and will highly recommend them. Great job to all the employees!! Good job to corporate for changing to Old School service that works.
Geek squad & computer dept staff dont know what theyre doing. None of them even knew what an uninterrupted power supply is. No service just take your money!
Problems I’ve had with with Best Buy delivery:1 they tried to deliver a damaged refrigerator, then the second try the wrong refrigerator was on the truck... then they some how forgot to make sure that my geek squad protection was included when they finally delivered the correct refrigerator. (3rd attempt!!!!) Some how this is my fault according to Best Buy... NEVER AGAIN, WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!! I have bought thousands of dollars of appliances, computers and TVs from them, until now. They’re incompetence and follow through with customer satisfaction SUCKS!!!!

When I arrived this is what I saw first right in front of the store. I watched while someone was trying to balance a empty cup on top so I went in and let the young man right up front about it. His reply was that not or garbage its the buildings responsibly. I strongly disagree its a reflection on Best Buy before you even get into the store. But when I got into the store for what I wanted they were very helpful.

Best Buy is a good place to get electronics and some specialty items and Ive pretty much always been able to find what Im looking for at the store. The only reason I didnt give them five stars was because it took a while for me to get a salesperson to help me out to buy a printer for home. So other than waiting on a Salesman everything went great and my printer works well everything is good
The Stuart Best Buy is the closes location to both Martin and St. Lucie County residence. There the staff is super polite, they provide great customer service with beautiful smiles like Manny one of the cashiers that assisted me with my transaction. The staff is also willing to help finding products even if is not their department, answering questions and assistance in loading your car. Recently I used the curbside pick-up service in which I was extremely satisfied because in matter of minutes someone was out walking towards my car with my purchased items. All in all, no matter how busy they get my shopping experience is always the same... Amazing.

Geeksquad agent J. really knowledgable with computers however, refused to help me make the right selection when it came to updating my ram. im not on the sales floor... Did not even bother to help me look on bestbuy.com after i even suggested if he could help me find a compatible ram stick on the online website. Agent had an attitude from the minute he was interupted from what else he was doing behind the curtains. Thanks but ill take my money somewhere else, no need to have an attitude towards customers just trying to get some good guidance.Have a nice day.

The staff was very friendly and always wanting to work with you. The store was very clean and you can see that the staff kept it up. I saw one of the staff going around with duster and cleaning some of the product on the shelf. That was my first time seeing that. Great job.
Horrible store.This store is a electronic store, yet were limited on video games and other things normal best buys have. The shelfs were not restocked, what was it black Friday and no one told me. No one said hello or how can I help you like best buy normally does. Oh I get it, theyre trying to be the new wal mart. The blue and the yellow with empty shelfs and horrible customer service. Save yourself the trouble and find a different store.

I had a huge issue with delivery of an appliance which spanned over a months period of time. It was a corporate scheduling issue which after many calls to Best Buys 888 customer line, no resolution or delivery of my refrigerator was going to happen. I was living out of 2 coolers for 40 days and could not take it for another minute. I went directly to the Jensen Beach location and demanded a manager. The Manager was Alex. After letting me vent for a few minutes and answering my questions he went into action. Within a few minutes we agreed on an in stock fridge and a nice discount. The greatest part was he had the order escalated and I had my new fridge installed a day later. Thank you Alex you are a true no nonsense, common sense professional. Best Buy is lucky to have you at the helm. Worth mentioning the delivery team was tops. Best Bill

Worst online ordering process ever.When I asked about my computers that were ordered for store pick up I was treated like a thief rather than a business owner who needed computers. I offered my drivers license as well as other forms of identification to prove I was the owner of the card used for purchase. Then was forced to cancel the order and was told it would be 10 business days for it to be released back to my acct. I then had to walk into the store and use my personal debit card to buy the computers needed to do business at my salon. Because trying to order online Best Buy flagged my card as fraudulent. Smh next time I’ll gladly just drive the 34 miles to apple. Because the employees here are rude and condescending.

Great place for all your electronics needs and the employees here are real helpful ! They have great back to school sales as well as holiday promotions throughout the year. Best sales are Valentines Day, Memorial Day, July Summer Sales, Back to school, black Friday, Thanksgiving, Holiday Sales, New Year Sales, 4th of July, Spring Sales, Teachers Day. I love how now you have everything AI and smart home so you can get everything you need to be able to convert you home into a smart home. You can always talk to a manager about an open box itemThere are very knowledgable people here who always offer great solutions to what your looking for when it comes to electronics. Best buy in my opinion beats brandsmart by far in quality products. They always have great promos and sales on brand name products ! You get sufficient discounts here from time to time so you should check you mail newspapers for weekly deals that change every sunday which begins a new week. The do price match and major known retailer or major online retailer. If you are a BBY rewards member you get gift certificates mailed to you email. The do home installations now as well which is pretty cool.
Every time I buy something here and then try to get service they are incredibly rude and not helpful. Wont be going here again. Warranty is a waste if money. Geek squad actually does nothing.
I cannot thank this team at Best Buy enough! I initially went to purchase a TV late September. Exactly 30 days from the purchase date, the LED panel went out. I called Best Buy Customer service and was told to go to the store manager to see if they will exchange it. I showed the manager what happened to the TV. Without hesitation, they authorized an exchange!Two weeks later we received our replacement TV with 3 years of Geek Squad Protection. 13 days later everything has a purple tinge to it (even built in apps) Once again, the LED screen went bad. Not wanting the same TV, Jose explained different TVs that were close to the price we paid for our original one. After an hour of going back and forth, he recommended a new TV for us.Both times there were no objections with them exchanging the TVs. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help. Hopefully this is the last time I have replace it.

Great experience and price purchasing a new desktop PC for my father for Christmas. Much cheaper than expected for a name brand machinen with windows 9 and 8 gigs of RAM. Sales associate was awesome and creative, he sold us a 24 inch televison instead of an expensive computer monitor because of my fathers poor vision. I would highly recommend this store for all electronic needs in the future. Thank You Best Buy!!!!!!
Same friendly staff every time I shop. This location is excellent at customer service, I bet you cant even walk a loop around the store without getting asked if youd like some help. They have many products in stock on the shelf and much more in the overstock and back of house. Ordering or calling for and item to be shipped or picked up there is very fast and easy. The younger staff here are very knowledgeable about the newer tech being release every week, and the staff as a whole always has someone that knows one thing or another about stuff thats more advanced. It seems like staff are placed in the areas that they have the most info about or experiences. Shout out to the Home audio guy, and the PC Parts guys I always see you doing work and are always busy with questions. I always like getting good recommendations from yall!

Waited in line for geek squad to take a look at my apple computer. After about 30 minutes it was my turn and the employee couldnt find my appointment. So his decision was to skip me and ask the other clients that had appointments which he didnt even ask the name of, to cut in front of me... Never coming back here again
