Took my 2005 F150 crew cab with 150,000 miles on it to get the max offer at the Stuart location. What a waste of time that was. They offered 4,000. I lol and left. So dont believe the commercials. Fyi took the truck to Ford in stuart for a look over before I put it up for sale and they said the engine was perfect. Zero problems. 4000 what a joke. And as far as an attitude there was none till I heard the offer. And then I lol and walked out the door. So in a nutshell your better off trading it in at a dealer than taking it to an Autobuy.

We stopped by, he looked at the car, took a test drive, then made a very good offer, told us if we wanted to come back in the morning he would have the paper work done and we could get out quicker. We came back at 10:00 the next morning and he was ready to go. Total time we spent there was no longer than 45 minutes. He even offered to give us a ride home if we needed it. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because I had to spend a lot more time than there than I should have. This is the second time I sold a car there and the last time was much more efficient. They treat people right. Great service and a fair offer. It has to be a tough place to be in as a company if somebody doesnt like the offer and they think that somehow justifies a bad review. If you come in with clear expectations that youre looking at a trade-in range offer, they usually come in around there or slightly higher depending on the condition of the vehicle. Angel helped us and he was great and a man of integrity. I had another vehicle appraised awhile ago and didnt close the deal with them because of a private offer in the 11th hour. I took my 2009 Pontiac Soltist here to sell for the best price!They scanned the bar code on the dash board through the windshield and told me my car was worth $7,000.00 dollars.They offered $2500.00 and said that was the best price that I would be able to get. In my opinion this place is the biggest RIPOFF Ive ever dealt with & I think they take advantage of everyone who enters this temporary lot!!!

Went to the Stuart location. I was looking to sell my truck quickly and effortlessly. When I went in I spoke with Leo (hardworking nice guy). Leo did my appraisal quickly and had my numbers. After talking with him and the owners we were all able to agree on a reasonable price for my truck. I gotta say once we agreed everything was super fast. They got the pay off on my truck and communicated with the lender. Then they cut me a check on the spot for my profit and I went and deposited it. That’s it. Everybody was very nice and knowledgeable def recommend them.
