My order was quickly processed with verification notices updating me as they were processed. Thank you ! I was able to receive all the items I ordered without choosing an alternative items. The employees at the pick up desk were friendly, efficient and retrieved my purchases with any issues. Love Target !!!

My wife and I have been sitting outside the store for well over 45 minutes waiting for our online order to be delivered to us. I watched as the employees went to every other car that came after us. We then tried to cancel our order because they took so long and they said they cannot refund our money. We tried to call the store multiple times and nobody answered. Ive never had this problem with any other franchise with store pickup. I understand that it can get busy, but not letting us cancel our order is unacceptable. Never again.

I only rated Target 3 stars because they are too expensive. Heres a perfect example: I went there today to return a gift, in turn receiving a gift card because I didnt have the receipt which was fine. So I decided to use the gift card for household products (paper towels, laundry detergent, and toilet paper). What I found was every single thing I buy at Walmart was $1-$3 more here. Gift card or not I couldnt use that gift card because I would be throwing money away. So Ive decided to use it for Cyber Monday Christmas shopping instead!

This Target store is a gem among lots of other subpar big box stores in the Treasure Coast area.This store is very clean and there are enough friendly employees to assist you when needed.Prices on many of the items we purchased were substantially lower than Walmart. The merchandisein this store doesn’t look all beat up as you’ll find in Walmart. These Target employees respect their job and the merchandise as well.We did have a problem with a purchase and the return/exchange was handled quickly without a hassle.Walmart, on the other hand, tried arguing with me and told me that they didn’t carry that item.But when I found the receipt in my wallet the lady made a scowling face and accepted the return.Who needs that kind of attitude from a store clerk? Seriously? She acted like it was her store.Back to Target. We had a couple of large items and two employees helped with a cart to bringthe items to our car. All in all a good experience. If you’re tired of the big box hassle when you’respending your money, go to Target. In this day and age they’re a refreshing change.

Today when i went to pick up my items through drive up. I had purchased the Ring doorbell 3 from Target because the amazon show 5 was included for free until today. When i picked up the doorbell...the free item wasnt in the bag. I had to go in with my baby(which is why i prefer drive up) just to ask where the free item was. I was told to go to electronics to get it. Electronics said they hadnt had any in stock for 5 days! Went back to customer service to get a refund, which i could only get for the item and not for the protection planned i had purchased through you guys as well!

I never liked Target in New England because the appearance was like a junk store. This Target is well managed and organized. You can find a lot of great products here. It is not the least expensive for some items, but items that are competitive have value. Easy to make returns or exchanges.

I enjoy the store because you can get such a variety of items there from beauty to groceries to clothing. And electronics! I also purchased a TV there.

I don’t appreciate being watched over my shoulder when I’m doing self check out.

Last night we were In Target in Jensen beach Florida. My husband and I were in the stroller isle when Barbie asked if she could help us. Customer service is always good at target but Barbie went over and beyond just by approaching us and then helping us with the stroller and trying to figure out how it worked. My husband and I were so grateful and thankful for her going over and beyond in helping us. She also has a great personality and is very easy to talk with.

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Bill today with resolving my Drive Up order. He kept a wonderfully calm demeanor even though I could feel my RBF showing lol! Thank you Bill. Your customer service was phenomenal.

No mask no problem target doesn’t enforce masks and some staff take them off to talk defeating purpose.

For weeks I have been searching for technical support for two I-phones. Finally Courtney came to my rescue. Courtney was extremely helpful and patient with me as I am not totally literate when it comes to my phone. Courtney is an excellent representative for Target.

Disappointed with how management is handling customers during these times. No security staffed on a Saturday night? Wow. I drive 30 mins out of my way to get to this target over the one closer to me. No more to either locations. The experience here at Target in Stuart has dwindled to the point of not making it worth it to shop at Target in general.

It is super easy and convenient

There were 4 associates behind the counter when I arrived to pick up the item I ordered. None of them made any attempt to acknowledge my presence or assist with the pickup. After a period of time, one of the associates asked if I was there to pick up an order. Was tempted to respond that I was there just to get out of the heat outside.

Easy to use, in and out of quickly. They came right out with my order when I stated I arrived. The girl was very pleasant. Will definitely use again!

I was in the same store couple of days ago and there were no signs of a remodel other than the work trucks taking up quite a bit of parking. I just got home from the same store and I was blown away, how great everything looks, it is starting to look almost like a department store. Normally, I would give Target a 5 star but tonight after what happened I have to say Im absolutely disgusted. I just had a baby and all I wanted was for my husband to come in the fitting room with me and quote on quote family fitting room!!! And the woman who works back there told my husband you cant go in there with her. So my husband sat outside the fitting room (while staring at the big signs on the door depicting a man, a woman, and a child) and then proceeded to ask her why he was not aloud in with his wife (me). She says to him your wife isnt even suppose to be in there she should have been in one of the single rooms. Well I obviously wasnt intending on going in the big room alone. He then said to her no we were going in there as a family to the family changing room and you wouldnt allow that. The lady then told my husband it is designated for families you know, like for moms and kids. Then my husband extremely offended at that point, said So families are now reduced to single mothers and children? As he showed his wedding band.. why is their a sign with a man a woman and a child? The sign did not specify for children and mothers only. It says FAMILY.. LOOK UP THE LEGAL DEFINITION OF FAMILY! She tried to say we werent a family. How dare you! We both felt publicly humiliated and they both even laughed at my husband after he told them he was going to contact an attorney...HA

Easiest shopping experience

Those big white stripes in your parking lot look nice until it rains and you slip and fall. Do what everyone else does please. Put some sand in your paint next time you do your lines.

I went with a friend yesterday who needed help with a phone she ordered off line and was having trouble understanding. She set an appointment, we went and the girl could not have been more kind and knowledgeable. I think her name was Mary but I might be wrong. (I am not perfect).The store was clean.

Nice store but over priced. Dollar section was really nice but is now a $1- $5. Some items are worth buying, some are not. Cafe is over priced. Store is clean, employees seem nice most of the time, cashiers are nice and friendly but floor employees should be friendly and greet you

Friendly employees!!

Well My Husband, my baby and myself were just at Target purchasing a few items and while attempting to use the self checkout an older Woman Employee left her station and proceeded to stand directly behind my Husband and I for our entire checkout. We became very uncomfortable when we noticed her starring directly at my Husband (who is an African American) and watching every single item he put into the bag. Then she proceeded to approach us on the items in the bag after clearly watching us scan them. She paid no attention to any other customers. We didnt address it but both my Husband and myself left feeling very uncomfortable and not wanting to shop at that location again.

The store in Stuart Florida is the ultimate for this service they are so accommodating.

I love target stores

Drove 1 1/2 hours each way to pickup an Apple watch as a birthday gift. After checking online and calling the store. After getting there was told they dont have it even though their computer said they do. They didnt care at all even made jokes about it. Way to do your job.

Clean store. I feel like there are more clearance sections at this target than others (and more things in them as well). Friendly people working there, too. There were more than enough people manning the checkout registers, making the process much quicker than other stores

They had everything I wanted. I highly recommend this Target. I remember thinking Targets were not the best but when I went in this Target, it changed my mind. Also the workers were very kind and made me laugh. I am definitely coming back.

Seems as if there is a cell phone signal blocker on their roof or something. Every time I am in the food market end of the store and try to text home with that Do we need anything from Target question, I always end up having to go all the way back to the other end of the store, damn near to the entrance door like I am about to be accused of trying to steal something, just to get a cell signal. This is most likely bc Target doesnt want you doing Google searches for better pricing at the competitors.

I fell inTarget at Jensen Beach today. There was a veritable pool of water on the floor. AFTER I got myself up, I noticed the “caution wet floor” sign. If someone had time to place the sign, why weren’t they able to mop up the spill as quickly. Two customers came to ask if I was ok. No Target employees came to check on me. I was embarrassed and wet so immediately left the store.I’m not the litigious type. I have no intention of suing the store. I write this in hopes that the powers-that-be acknowledge that the store’s response to an accidental spill was woefully inadequate.

I always enjoyed perusing the aisles at Target its fun and they carry wonderful items!

I went to pick up an online order, three different employees told me they couldnt help me and I had to wait for the one customer service representative to finish doing a return. The employees continued to do drive up orders and further neglected to help me even though I was standing right in front of them and no one was waiting to pick up a drive up order. Reasons like this are why I shop Amazon, three people on the clock and not one could help me get in and out.

As good as it gets for Target. Kept up with updated. There is a Starbucks inside. Also a small food area that didnt have an attendant the one tone I actually wanted to grab something.

I love target. Its a great store. I always love the smell of the place when I walk in, its so clean, and fresh and it even has Starbucks!

Always loved Target......everything in one place

I like the fact that the wait during check out is not excessive. You can either self check out or have someone run the items through for you but compared to other retailers, its really frustrating with lines backed up and self-service stations which arent even being used/activated but available. To add further aggravation to an already unpleasant experience checking out in other stores, they dont even have enough cashiers during the busiest hours.

Target has good products and employees

Targets are all basically the same to me. I find most of the clothes for all members of the family overpriced for skimpy quality, and the home section too is expensive. The grocery department helps save a few dollars, but you should know the basic prices of competitors. The pharmacy is separate, CVS... For the most part, its a very pleasant, relaxing place to shop, but some areas of the store are not for the budget conscious. Watch for sales.
