IMO, the secret to Total Wine is befriending and trusting the assistants on the floor. They know wine, they know value (quality-price-taste nexus), and they ask questions. Yes, its a bit unusual for big operators, but making good wine is art, and art doesnt come easy. Knowing it is just as hard.Enjoying. Now thats easy.

Really impressed. I was able to find a few brands Ive never seen for sale in this country. The employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And the prices are reasonable. Ill definitely be back!

Shopping here the other day, I was asked to leave because I didnt have a mask on. So, I did. Then, I observed these people leaving the store, with no mask on, and their total wine purchases in their bags. I asked the manager on duty why these people could make a purchase with no mask on, but I couldnt? He replied, we can refuse service to anyone, for any reason. Ok, I agree. But, shouldnt that reason apply to everyone, mr. manager?? The one lady has a shopping list in her right hand, not a mask. I made sure of that before taking the photo. I generally spend $200-$300/month in your store. However, you will never get another dollar from me. I realize its not likely, but I still hope you go out of business. NOTE TO OWNER: Spare me the apologies of your click button responses. How about taking more of a stand, like the Florida restaurant owner who had this sign posted in their window.

Its a great place to buy wine cheaper in some of the other places

I would give 5 stars except there seems to be a major issue with proper reordering of one of my favorite items and its been going on for quite some time. They carry the full sizes but dont ever have the small moonshine sippin creams anymore. We enjoy this size when out back by the fire and no large jar or cup is needed. Also these make the most awesome lil gifts...COME ON TW...PLEASE REORDER AND RESTOCK

Dylen, a wine specialist, helped us find exactly what we wanted. He is knowledgeable and pleasant. And Rich at the register is so very personable. And I appreciate the mask requirement--makes me feel safer especially with variants still around. Its a small price to pay to keep everyone safe.

Alls you have to do is ask and one of the associates will go out of their way to help you find an item.

Price are fantastic. Service is great. In terms of floor staff. However, register staff cant get you out of there fast enough, at times literally rushing the customer... Ive experienced this 2x. So, speed it up when at the register. Lol.

I frequent this location and to be fair, there are a few employees willing to help when I ask. I work for a delivery service that gives them lots of guranteed business and revenue, but this location needs to be given a hospitality and service clinic to help some of the men that work here. There always seems to be three times as many employees to customer ratio so youd think serving and helping people find products to get them on their way would be a quality that would encourage business. Not here.I asked today for help after gazing at the ridiculous number of variations of liquor here, with little to no discerning differences in the packaging, with dark and drab lighting. The tall elderly getleman I asked for help sarcastically told me and obviously annoyed- That should be easy theyre in alphabet order silly, and recited his guess at the location where my product was located. As he walked back, inconvenienced by me, the customer, he was way off to the location and had to look around to find the product hidden away in a different location. We exchanged sarcastic comments and he walked back to lecture the employee he was having stock the shelves. TOXIC environment, terrible attitudes and too much ego and zero service industry experience.I feel bad for the proprietor of this business. You need John Tapper to save this business, geeze. Shop elsewhere..

Friendly staff...very knowledgeable.

I purchased a case of Pacific Peaks boxed wine as I do every month. I use curbside pickup as I am disabled. When I got home it was apperant this was the bottom case on the palate as the bottom was stained and damaged the case was crushed and possibly OLD. I havent tasted it yet but I am concerned it wont be fresh, Ill let you know.Just because it is curbside pickup you should not try and get rid of damaged goods.

Total Wine is always fun to go to. The staff are very knowledgeable and the selection is outstanding.We have taken several wine classes and enjoyed each. Lisa is very knowledgeable and professional. During each class, we gained a considerable amount of knowledge about wines.

We love visiting this store and the staff on the floors are great and always asking if we need anything and very helpful. However, everytime we checkout, the cashiers are not friendly and its as if they judge you. One cashier looked like she didnt want to check us out and she was free waiting on customers to pay. We have a membership here and receive coupons periodically. I told the cashier that I would like to use one of my coupons on my purchase and she asked Is it for this store? Why would I even bring it up if it wasnt valid for use in the store? This isnt the first time weve experienced bad customer service at the cash registers.

Great service and prices; however, I explained how I tried several red wines and did not like that bitter taste; I was looking for sweeter. I bought what was recommended, and after I arrived home, the wine was not sweet and still had a strong bitter taste.

Amazing selection. Look for specials there are lots of deals. Had Dave helping me unbelievably helpful, knowledgeable and honest. It’s a long ride for me but worth the trip.

I havent had any bad experiences here with an exception of Christmas eve. I have a medical condition and cant wear a mask. One of the managers pestering even after I explained I cant wear a mask. Yet the place was packed and no one was social distancing. I just wanted to buy a bottle I knew exactly where it was. I shouldnt have to explain myself further after explaining I have a medical issue to then be told I can do curbside. I dont want curbside.

I got denied on buying anything including soda because I had my nephew with me who is underage. I understand the alcohol situation but soda?! I waited for them to be open. Im not sure if it was a racial issue just because I look hispanic but Im not going back to that total wine & more store.

All I can say is wow. There are more liquors to choose from here than I could easily fathom. Whatever your drink of choice is (personally its beer for me, whiskey for my partner), they have more than enough to choose from and then some. The wine collection was prodigious. I was even able to find a pretty niche beer here that Ive had trouble finding elsewhere. The staff here were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. Well definitely be coming back here next time were in town!

I received assistance right away finding a particular champagne we like and the staff member introduced me to another champagne thats was fantastic. She was so helpful and nice. Check out was quick and the cashier was nice. Well definitely be back!

As big as it is, its easy to find someone to help if you need to find something in particular, or, if you want to ask about a recommendation on a wine. Has everything under the sun alcohol wise

I love shopping at Total Wine, and shopping during COVID has been made even better! Although the only products they offer online for curbside pickup is only beer, wine and spirits (no food or other products you find inside the store) the process is so simple and perfectly safe. I hope they keep up their curbside sales after COVID!Even before I started curbside pickup, TW was one of my favorite places to shop. It’s always easy to find someone when you need help. The selection is better than anywhere else in the area.area. area.

Horrible horrible service. They are breaking the law! They’re refusing to serve our local residents with medical conditions who are exempt from wearing a mask. Not to mention we DO NOT have a State or County mask mandate.

They need to bring back Rubaeus beer from Founders.
