I was excited to order a fun and bright colorful Converse chuck Taylor shoe. I ordered a women’s size 6. I ended up receiving 4 different pairs in a men’s size 6 before I gave up. They have good customer service, but no communication with the warehouse for ensuring that you receive the correct shoe. I was very unhappy and ended up ordering the same shoe from another store.

Staff are always willing to help. Prices are ok. Selection is decent. They tend to run decent sales. Seem to carry a lot of different sizes in the different styles. Store is well maintained and kept clean. They carry everything from Sperry, Vans, Nike, Adidas and Converse. I am always able to find the shoe style I am looking for whether its casual or flip flops or walking/running shoe. My wife likes getting work shoes and dress shoes from here. They dont have high end designer labels like coach or anything but they have things she likes at least.

Shoe Carnival was the best they range from hundreds of shoes that you can choose from and they are so nice I love shopping here every time I go here. Whenever I go here is just like youre greeted with these workers that are so nice and theyre all walking around looking around making sure that youre happy and then some days youll be able to spend the wheel today sadly they were only doing it on Accessory so I couldnt spend the wheel but if I could have that would have been even better cuz then you get to take money off your purchase! Everyone knows how much they want to save so that will can be really handy some days and then the shoes theyre just so nice you can get you can go to the mall more expensive than you think but if you come here then you go look at these shoes do just as nice and cheaper.

When I walked in, their were shoes everywhere! I was looking for Nike shoes and their were so many to choose from. When I was looking, the workers kept coming over to me to ask if I needed help. I loved that they care. I found what I was looking for. When I found the right pair I wanted, I went to the cashier. They were kind and responsible. I loved where you can spin the wheel. I got a Frisbee! The prices were so cheap on too. Thanks for a good selection of shoes and good workers! I recommend this is where to get shoes!

I have to wear slip resistant shoes to work and I usually wear sneakers for day to day wear. This is the only place I shop for shoes now. The variety is huge and the customer service is wonderful. Im hard to fit and have to try on a lot of shoes yet the employees are always patient with me and always very helpful!

I havent been for two years, but Im surprised the prices seem so much higher on that amount of time. The sales are also less sale-y than ever. Any store that overprices merch seems to think that Buy One Get One Half Off is AMAZING! when its just not.

Their but one get one half off specials either in store and online make for great value. They offer some high quality brands and many styles, they have almost everything, especially walking and running shoes...this is our familys go to place.

Mom bought us all two pairs of sneakers the sewer was done decorated for Christmas really boring

They have a great selection of shoes but always has the same sale buy one expansive set and get another pair of equal or lower value for 50% off. The day we were there the spin the discount wheel was broken and she would not even give us the lowest price amount on the wheel.The help is not like it should be, they go there because it is a job, but please do not bother me, or at least one lady was that way. The girl on the registrar was very polite, helpful, and apologetic because she could not give us a discount.

Always take my grandkids there for the buy 1 50% off. Now Im hooked and buy all my sperry needs there as well

Selection & price better than Wal-Mart

I walked in to get shoes, was there for nearly 45 minutes with staff walking around. I get to the register and they say oh were only taking cash.... put a sign on the door then so people dont waste their time.

Friendly service, good sales and coupons. Unfortunately, despite their large variety, I never seem to find what I am looking for and end up having to order from their website.

Didnt seem to get much help from any of the sales people here. I was looking for something with good support while being out of the house and no one there really seemed to understand what I was looking for. I left empty handed and, honestly, kind of disappointed. I went to another store, where I got help right away.

Bought on line to use with coupon. Picked up at store to save shipping. Great bargains and choices.
