Came in late at night to try and find some over-the-counter pills. The man at the counter went completely out of his way..totally above and beyond to help me find them. Wish I knew his name, but he was sooooo friendly. Thank you so much

Absolute worst experience tonight with pharmacy, they ordered me a pro-biotic vsl#3 pills for Colitis last Friday, call me back Monday to tell me they are in. I show up today, Wednesday, nobody knows where they went. Pharmacist and staff came across incompetently, they seem extremely slow and disorganized! Will be transferring out all my scripts to another pharmacy immediately. Then I go to purchase some over the counter items using a 20% off Florida Blue coupon. Register staff had no idea what to do, page the manager, 10 minutes later still no manager. Absolute cluster, walked out of the store with nothing I came in for completely disgusted! Never again!

Rude pharmacist. Im not sure if this pharmacy is under staffed or under trained but regardless there is no need to be rude.

Courtney is always right on top of things. If she is working when I pull up to pick up meds or working counter, I know that everything will be quick and easy. It seems like every time I end up having to wait a long time, someone else besides her is working. She’s always super professional and polite. Courtney gets 5 stars!!! The pharmacy itself I’m giving 4 just bc sometimes the wait can be a bit ridiculous

Scheduled my Covid vaccine online and arrived as requested, including wearing a mask out of uncertainty, respect. Upon arriving I went back to the pharmacy and stood in the line that said Covid Vaccines and waited to be served. After about 30 seconds a rude woman greeted me telling me that lane was closed. I asked about the vaccine and she told me, we’re out of it. But then offered a second option and started walking away. I attempted to ask questions and was dismissed. I then went across the street to Publix and found they were also out of the Johnson and Johnson. I asked a couple questions and about 10 minutes later I received my first dose of Moderna. Poor customer service and communication is unacceptable!

I love this store but today, I called into Walgreens to place my medication order which I do on the automated system and I had additional questions that couldnt be answered by the automated system. I spoke with a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL woman, she doesnt work at the store itself as they have NICE people there!! WOW how rude this lady was and I WISH I got her name. She was so rude as I was trying to tell her WHY I didnt use the automated system and she cut me off and rudely started talking above me. I do hate calling into the call center for Walgreens pharmacy and I am not a mean person and this is the 1ST and hopefully ONLY time in my 44 years Ive written a good but bad review. Hmm. I cant leave the store itself a bad review as I love the employees there and I know this lady was not physically in the store. Ive heard of bad days but to be so rude she must be very unhappy. Sad.

Had to drive to Walgreens pharmacy twice in one day to pick up my prescription of Eliquis. They screwed up the call from my doctor’s office, and then they screwed up the check with my Tricare insurance provider. As a senior ex-military Navy pilot, I deserve better treatment...

Pharmacy window techs could smile a bit more and be a bit a more pleasant

This is by far a terrible place to get your prescriptions filled. There has been multiple times in the past 2 -3 yrs, myself along with my neighbor and sister have been stereotyped for the type of medications being filled! I should not have to explain I am receiving treatment for metastatic breast cancer. They have done everything under the sun not only to me but to numerous people have cell it’s an insurance issue, or you’re too early, or came home and the count was off. Eventually you’ll get your RX but guaranteed with being stereotyped and or much inconvenience 🤬

The rudest most unprofessional pharmacy staff I have ever come across with.

I went in to get a passport photo. There was no one attending the service area. I asked a clerk to call someone and when the young lady came out, she informed me that I needed a solid shirt that wasnt white. I went home, changed and was back within an hour. Again no one was at the service desk. After going around the store until I found a gentleman with a Walgreens jacket, I asked if he would call someone to the photo center to which he obliged. By this time someone was ahead of me, and when my turn came, he informed me he couldnt accommodate me because all of their Kiosks were inoperable. I explained that Id just been in the store less than an hour ago and was told I needed another shirt that wasnt white, and that at no time did the clerk say she wouldnt be able to accommodate me anyway because all the Kiosks were down. He responded that he didnt see how she could possibly have told me such because their Kiosks have been down. Walgreens has poor customer relations. Maybe its because they dont adequately train staff, or they just may not care how they treat customers!

The pharmacy technician- I forget her name- was very condescending when I called about my prescriptions. I do not appreciate how rude she was. And I know she was being rude based off the medications I am prescribed. Maybe she should work in another field because health care and customer service is not meant for her. She must have went to school to be a pharmacy tech because it’s a quicker, on the good side of paying degree.

The manager handled my issue courteous and efficiently. Very understanding. She is the best

It seems that part of the pharmacy tries and the other part is trying to get through their shift. Kathy the pharmacist is so incredibly rude and unprofessional. Never let me finish a sentence. Crazy times but even crazier at this Walgreens! I wish these reviews would help to provoke change. EDIT: you can write to Deerfield IL and maybe get our voices heard.

The pharmacist (manager) is patient and she really listens. I’ve heard people yell at her and she handles them perfectly! Great store

Well imagine my surprise when I picked up my photos and got home and had a few of someone elses, I am sure they have mine. I think they need to re train some employees. 😖

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Pharmacy via phone call. Completely UNhelpful and UNcaring :( I then remembered why I stopped refilling prescriptions here years ago & deal now with Publix & CVS. Disappointing!

Today is a sad day. Been going to this Walgreens for years. Today they switched everything up on me. Alls I wanted to know was if there where new rules I needed to follow when getting my scripts filled. I have been coming here for years on the same schedule & it made my life so much easier. Its fine if you want to change the rules but when I confronted them with that same rule & was following it instead of saying oh youre right no Im then threatened & told by the head pharmacist Kim that if she wants she could make me wait so & so amount of days. Yes, Kim, you can, the sad part is alls I wanted to know was the rules so I could follow them & then when I was it still wasnt good enough. I have no problems following rules but now Ive been left with a listen Ill just see you tomorrow. No other answers so I still do not know if I will have this problem every month. What choice have they given me but to go somewhere else? Especially when it seems like they just did what they did because they could. I mean she is the manager, right? Next time when a person is asking you a simple question, Kim, you should just give her an honest answer. Especially since Ive been a loyal customer for more then 5 years or do we not value them anymore??

Walgreens on US-1 and Cove, I went in there and I needed to talk to the pharmacist and she was such a nice patient lady, she take time out to help me with all my question, and she had me to make the decision that would be safe for my family in regards to medication, and I dont even feel my prescription there because of insurance reasons, I do appreciate her..

I had a great experience every time I have used this pharmacy. I drop off and pick up later at my convenience. The staff was very friendly and informative.

At 7:30 pm 4/12 I placed a call to the pharmacy, the pharmacy answered and I asked if the had the HepA vaccine. She put me on hold then came back to say it was in stock. My husband and I are seniors and are concerned for our health. We immediately drove over, went in waited in line then spoke to one of the pharmists. She said, We havent had it in stock for two days and the manufacturer was out. How can one pharmists give us one answer, which is apparently WRONG,. Will be moving my prescriptions elsewhere, hoping that the right hand in the pharmacy will know what the left or rest of the staff Have or have not.

Pharmacy needs more staff to say the least. Costumer service was fine. But 20 min line just to find out that my prescription was never filled due to an rx card not covering the meds. A whole $10, was told that it would be ready in 15 mins now that we figured out payment. I came back 30 mins later just to wait in line for another 15 mins line and find that it still wasnt ready. After being in the ER all night the last thing i want to do is wait in a line. I truly feel bad for all the staff im sure they are doing the best they can but after seeing the 10 people infront of me yelling and being rude to the one and only girl at the register beacause they are upset at how long theyve waited it makes me wonder why a company would put anyone through that instead of being properly staffed. Needless to say i will no longer be filling any perscription at a walgreens again.

This review only pertains to Walgreens on cove road. Each tinge i go to this pharmacy i always have a horrible experience. Their customer service is the worst. I parked at the drive thru for 6 minutes. Then i press the button only to have a young lady scream at me. I moved my pharmacy service full time to the prescription shop in stuart. The prescription shop delivers and they always have polite service so far.

I had the worse experience at this Walgreens. I have been going to the same Walgreens with the same prescription and same doctor for a long time now and all of a sudden Scott L refused all of my prescriptions and threatened to have all other pharmacists fired if they helped me. I did nothing wrong and was treated so badly that I never want to go to another Walgreens for the rest of my life! If you do not want to be humiliated dont go to this one. If corporate reads this, Please Please get rid of this guy, he has no customer service skills and is ruining your business.

Walgreen on Cove Rd. 4-4-2017. Kim is rhe reason the whole team are very incompetent people. Sadly. The head pharmacist Kim would not even place the paper prescription in my hand. Walgreens does not care whether or not you go broke trying to fill your script. So I NEEDED my antibiotics sever infections. Im visiting here from GA and do not have medical insurance or Medicaid, needless to say the prescription was $103.00. I was so depressed by this news! But something inside of me told me to call Publix and check the price of the same prescription. $62!!!! Well by the time I finished paying for my script from Publix I paid $15.46. Well, Walgreens was going to sell me a generic brand as well for 100% more🤔. Shame on you! Never AGAIN will I buy a sticker from Walgreens. IDC IDC IDC. And to the old lady who was to dirty to place my paper in my hand and slammed it on the counter, You seem racist. So you must be low-income and UNEDUCATED. Since most racist are UNEDUCATED and POOR. Rise up lady.

Abe in the pharmacy department is a very unpleasant person to deal with. Rude, short and didn’t update address. Hung up the phone while talking through window. Customer service isn’t his forte.

Been in line for 15 minutes just to pick up a prescription. Came yesterday to pick it up, they didnt tell me it wasnt available until today. Had a rude ass chick tell me this. Came in today to make sure that wasnt going to happen again. This place sucks.

Awful customer service in the pharmacy...they refuse to fill prescriptions for people that have insurance and are suffering and need their medication and the technicians don’t care and are disrespectful.
