The customer service team at this location are as arrogant as can be. Also, Every time I go to this Harbor freight location there is an issue. Today, their credit card machine was down again and the cashier was telling the customers how lucky you they were if they had cash. I figure the store is the lucky one if their customer carries $200 -$300 in cash! It’s worth your time and aggravation to drive to the Jensen Beach location.

Its harbor freight so dont expect quality. But some of their stuff is surprisingly good. The supplies to any harbor freight across the Nation.The staff here seem to be friendly and helpful when youre trying to find something.

I was told a gun safe I wanted was coming in on a truck the next day. I offered to pay for it upfront, they told me they could not do it. So I showed up as they were unloading truck, then they told me they couldn’t find it, took my number down and told me they would call me if they found it, I really wanted this safe so instead I waited in the parking lot, went back in as they finished unloading and they told me that it had already been sold. Very bad business.

Checkout always seems to be a problem, one cashier (who cannot checkout without needing another associates assistance), long lines, delays. Frustrated customers. Great prices on throw away tools.

Such a small place, but literally has everything. Best place to buy tools or equipment that you might not have even known you needed. Of course they dont have big brand named stuff, but youre getting good quality tools. They might not be suited for professionals, but for everyday home use or tools youll rarely use, its perfect.

Come here quite a bit. Always helpful and friendly. Pretty easy shopping center to get in and out of although if you didnt know it was there you wouldnt know it was there. If that makes sense. Anyway, great prices and great staff.

Not very happy with the customer service. I found where they made a mistake and did not take down a price from last week. I spoke to Kevin the manager and he told Danny since it was their mistake to give it to me for the lower price. Danny also suggested the 1 year warranty and I added that on. Danny failed to ring it up at the lower price and rang it up at the higher price. Then proceeds to give me some off because I got the warranty. Thank you but it still would have been lower than that if you had given it to me at the lower shelf price like Kevin said. The other manager, Michael told me no we cant do that. Well Michael, there will be no more sales at this store from my family, and we do frequent Harbor Freight alot. NOT SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS!

Tools at a reasonable price. Over the years bought many tools with not one failure. You can option to buy the insurance if you have doubts.

Love harbour freight. Why spend a boat load of money on things you need to do jobs around the house only to use them now and then. Be smart buy at harbour freight and use your coupons

You can find what you need here but sometimes hard to get staff assistance. Once you do get help, they usually have what you need. Prices very reasonable.

Great place for gadgets and tools.

Great tools for the average home handyman. If you are a professional though you may want to try someplace else to get quality tools that wont break after 3 months of usage. I always get great customer service here though and they are good in a pinch.

Tools are lower quality but the price reflects it. If you arent going to use the item on a regular basis, save some money and buy it here. The staff is really friendly, too.

They pretty much have every tool or accessory you would ever need. Also, in every Sunday Flyer, they have something cool for free, with any purchase.

Love this place. The girls at the counter are always helpful and friendly. They support local car shows and are always a pleasure to work with. Ive only had one item break from HFT, and all I had to do was walk in, show it to them - even without my receipt anymore - and they grabbed another right off the shelf. You cant beat that.

Great prices. Tools arent best quality but excellent extended warranty programs. It activates right at the register (no additional steps when you get home) and if you ever have a problem bring it in and they switch it out with no hassle unlike home depot tools that tell you to call the manufacturer or we have to send it out for repair, like we have time to wait for that!

Have purchased a number of hand tools from here. Good value for the price. When I needed a lost replacement part (my fault) and couldnt find it anywhere, Lil went the extra mile and helped me get it. Exceptional Customer Service at this store.

Cashiers, were obnoxious wouldnt shut up I could hear them through the entire store the entire time I was shopping, and when I went to check out they barely paid attention to me and made me wait.

I have found the most amazing tool around for undercutting doorjambs. My Crain undercut saw burned out after 3 years. I really didnt want to buy a new one for $300. Dale from Floor Xperts let me borrow his. I have to say its too easy. Nicely done clean cuts without all the mess and dust in the airIm letting all my flooring friends know about this tool.Tool and accessories came to $26, out the door. Thanks Dale, Thanks Harbor Freight.

Well I think everyone knows that there are only 2 down sides to HFT... 1. Most or all of there products are made in China, & the quality isnt always the best.BUT, the upside of things far out weigh the negatives. Awesome deals all day/every day! Real attentive service. TIP: if you frequent hardware stores, such as HFT, sign-up to be an Inside Track Member. If you think the deals are good just by walking in there, just wait til your a member. They almost pay you to shop there @ that point.
