I have a set of Rupp Top Gun outriggers from 1992 on my old Contender. I thought one of the clamps was finally worn out, so I took it up to Rupp Marine. One of their great fabricators came out to look at my problem, and indicated he thought he could fix it. After about 15 minutes, he emerged form the back and informed me that he had it back in working order with only a minor part replacement. Everyone in the office was great. Honestly, the customer service they provided this afternoon was the best Ive been treated in a long time. Thank you Rupp Marine. After three years my outriggers started to badly peel and corrode. The worst part is that Ive called the company four times and I cannot even get a call back. I can understand a product that cannot survive the harsh conditions of the sea however a company that wont even take a phone call, thats shady.
