Five stars to MIchael in the Stuart store. A glitch in the computer prevented him from being able to process a gift card I was using to pay for my items. He didnt give up until the problem was resolved.

Joey was very knowledgeable and helpful! The girl they have working there ( I think Sammie) is absolutely obnoxious and dumb as rocks. I asked for interior/ exterior high gloss paint, and she said you can either do semi-gloss for interior or high gloss for exterior... Joey popped up around the corner with exactly what I asked for, interior/exterior high gloss paint. I have a corporate account with Sherwin-Williams and am there probably once every month or so. Overall great service!

After being told No at another location I went to the Stuart store location where I was kindly greeted and helped by Mr. Alan Nitchman! He helped turn my pink paint into a beautiful coral color that I so desired. He went above and beyond in doing so mixing colors until it was just right! Thank you Alan!

Quick service, pleasant, maintained Covid-19 precautions-masking and social distancing. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Barriers between customer lines. And free boxes for my upcoming packing and move.

Product is excellent but the customer service is spotty. Some sales people are very helpful and others are rude and condescending. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Excellent staff. Joes explanations are easy to understand. Customer oriented and professional. Joe and Mari takes their time with each customer, never rushed. Sometimes there is a line, but it’s worth the 10 - 15 minute wait. Thanks again to the staff. Well done.

Sadly, theres no 0 star option. Dont waste your time going to this location as their customer service is a total joke. I have called in 2 orders on 2 separate months to be mixed and picked up during my lunch hour. The first time they didnt mix it and made me stand there for 45 minutes with only 2 other people in the ENTIRE store! Then, today I decided to give them another chance and called in an order with 3.5 hours notice and again, it was not mixed. When I called the store manager, Dean to let him know about his employees total incompetence he was more interested in defending store policy saying that they only mix paint if you have a commercial charge account with them or people dont pick it up and he has to sell it for $1 and thats why prices are going up. This was not communicated to me or I could have easily paid over the phone. I now understand why the employees are so incompetent if this excuse for a manager is leading them. I will NEVER stop foot in this location again but will drive further to avoid being treated this poorly.

Rude employeesEvery time we go to this location (Stuart Fl.) we are always disappointed by the customer service. We always buy Sherwin Williams paint and have been to numerous locations and never have problems. This is the worst location must be bad management 😒

While it was basically a telephone order and curbside pick up, the employees were efficient and very helpful

The woman that posted her review before me is off her rocker. i was in the store when she was throwing her childish tantrum and all i have to say is, grow up. The world doesnt revolve around you lady, these companies have policies in place for a good reason. My paint was made for me in a timely manner and the service was very pleasant, Dean who i dealt with is the most professional and knowledgeable guy in there! Keep up the great work and excellent service!!

I called ahead to explain my project piece and asked if I should make an appointment. Alan told me it was not necessary and also gave me the best times to come in. He also let me know what time he would be available and happy to help. When I got there at 11:15 several associates offered help. When Alan was done with his customer he came over to work with me. He was fantastic! He went above and beyond. So pleasant and so professional. I never would have received that kind of service in another store.

The better quality paint is worth the price, and makes your job and coverage much easier.

Walked in to see if they had Dads paint and varnish remover, none was on the shelf by the other paint removers, but since I was there I walked up to the counter to ask. A man was waiting on another customer so I stood there and waited. Finally after several other employees walked by without acknowledging my existence I asked if they carry it. He said yes he thought he had some in the back. So I waited for another couple of minutes. after finishing up with the other customer he yelled to the back about the remover, someone told him it was up front. So off to the side are 3 Gallons, which are sitting on 4 cases. No price so he looked it up for me which he did...but like I had asked him to paint my house for free. He said $73.84.....I said What???!! No way, Ive always paid around $37 to $40? He was very short and said, well you show me a receipt and I will see what I can do.....wow. Nice way to do business. I got home looked up prices and the most I saw was $47....I will never do business with them again. Not the first time Ive gone in there and been treated rudely or ignored. Never again.

Came in for a small project and the first employee was very rude to me when I asked for help finding colors. The other employee working however did not mind stopping what he was doing to help me. Evan was a big help in my color and product selection, he was very knowledgeable and much more pleasant than the first employee. I was even given a 30% discount on my purchase, even though the sale ended the previous week! Very glad Evan stepped in when he did! Thank you!!

I wanted to redo my bedroom but didnt know much about what kind of paint i should get for my walls plus i needed to touch up a few spots where i had sticky tape on the walls or nail holes. Evan was very patient and took time to help me find just what i needed. Id definitely give him a 10/10!

Zero customer service at this location. Walked in two times and walked out twice in the same day. Had plenty of paint, and plenty of staff. Just no one to talk to about buying paint. Having been a store manager myself I see some coaching opportunities.

Ive been doing business at this store for about 2 years. Walked out with nothing last week never to return. There are 2 other sherwin Williams stores in Martin county to choose from unless you dont mind being treated condescendingly by a moron.

Save yourself a trip! I stood in the store for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged that I was standing at the counter ! There was 3 employees there one girl and a guy. One guy came from the back singing, didnt even look at me and kept walking. Thats upsetting! I walked out very angry. Customer service sucks !

Sold me the most expensive stain they could without telling me there was other brand they sell for half the price.
