Had my old snowmobile dropped off with Jason to have a few issues fixed. Shes an older unit and was experiencing the issues older snowmobiles have. Jason was upfront and honest about what needed to be repaired, and quoted an extremely reasonable price. At the end of the day, he was able to forgo some of the major repairs and get it up and running for less than what was quoted. I live out of state, so Im very appreciative of his communication over the phone, and of course his quality of work. Thank you! Next time my old machine has any issues, Ill feel good about dropping it off with Jason.

The Kymco 50 like purchased many years ago would not start this spring. After a servicing at Door County Motorsports, it starts immediately, runs faster than it should for my wife and is very consistent. We are planning a trip to the Washington Island BBQ this summer, as we have for many years in the past. Scooters are the best way to experience the Island! We just picked our new Ranger 570 today, these guys were AWESOME! They did not have the exact one we wanted in stock, but got one in and it was done to perfection with the accessories that we wanted. I was leaving Door Co yesterday when I had a problem on the road with my bike and bike rack. I was near Door Co Motorsports so I stopped for help. The gentleman there was able to get my bike off and into my car and secure my bike rack so I continue home safely. He was very helpful. Thanks.

I was having issues with my Moped. So i figured give them Door County MotorSports a call. He told me to come in with my Jets for the Carb. So i came in and he gave me the piece i needed for Free! Moped is running better then it ever has! Big Thanks to the guys over their!!!

I was visiting Door County in 2013 and had a valve stem that was rim cut. I went to Door County Motorsports & Bicycles in Sturgeon Bay and asked if they could fix my problem. The gentlemen polishing an ATV says they can get to it early next week; it was clearly obvious that I was on my way to ride the bike and what I needed was a 10 - 20 minute fix. That in of itself was disappointing but what was particularly irritating is that I asked the gentleman who could fix my tire quickly and the gentlemen did not know anyone in Sturgeon Bay who could fix my bicycle. I drove 1 mile back into Sturgeon Bay and got Nor Door Sport of Sturgeon Bay to fix my bike tire in 20 minutes.PS: My original review as in 2013. I see the reviews over the last 4 years have been overwhelmingly positive. Upgraded my response from 1 star to 2 stars, and edited my commented above. I was rubbed the wrong way with the dont have time for it vibe.

I have purchased a lawn mower, ATV, repaired to a snowmobile and had some weatherization done on my boat and have always had prompt service with good communication about the progress. I always feel like I am getting a good value.

I recently purchased a new Cub Cadet XT1/ST 54 mower with a 24hp Kohler, 3-stage blower, cab, weights and chains. I have a 90s Cub that has never been quite big enough for my 700+ ft. of driveway, and is pretty well out of date and tired. Wow! What advances Cub has made in their equipment in 25 years!1. Jason at DC Motorsports knows his product thoroughly and was a pleasure to do business. Straight talk, quick response, accommodating, and sells good products at a fair price. Im not an easy sell; I buy very little brand new equipment and Im looking forward to our next transaction. I priced checked against our local Big Box and it was apples-to-apples plus I had the dealer to educate me and back up the product.2. I did the pre-assembly on the blower and installed it on the tractor. Im in the heavy equipment manufacturing business, and I found the blower to be VERY well designed, heavy duty and well constructed. All parts were complete, and the manual guided me through it with style and grace. If you do not have a basic set of tools and a shop I would suggest that the dealer install, but easy enough if you have the equipment and some tools and basic skills. Weights and chains were straight forward and complete, and DCM took care of one minor manufacturing flaw in the weight bracket quickly and without question.3. The cab is pretty darn nice and reasonably priced. Simple to install and keeps 99% of the snow cloud out of my lap! Im a big guy and the cab is spacious and good ingress/egress.4. The mower itself seems well made and the upgrade from my old 17hp to 24hp is a big step up. Starts immediately and controls are easily accessible and intuitive. Runs smooth and quiet. Hydro is smooth even in the cold, steering is sharp and easy. Traction is very good w/ the (3) 42 lb. weights.5. This thing is a SNOW MONSTER! I dont even know where the snow went. We had about 12 and it operated flawlessly. Given the quality I expect this machine to outlast me.......

Overpriced, higher than other dealers. $300.00 higher than 2 other, $600.00 higher than Abrams! Guess where I bought it and $1549.00 worth of accessories? Wouldnt budge a dollar even after I told him.
