I have a new Dodge Ram 1500. I explained that something was wrong with the 4 wheel drive. Was told nothing is wrong had to go in twice to replicate the problem to them in person. They had the truck for 8 days. On the last trip I drove the truck for 30 min and still had issues. I give up and will bring it to Gandrud in Green Bay. Just because you are the only place around in 50 miles doesnt allow for sub par services for a $70k truck.

Joe the Service Manager to the rescue! While in Door County for our anniversary weekend, our minivan started to die on us. We thought it was the battery and got a new one, but that still wasnt the issue. Turns out the alternator was shot. We were staying in Sister Bay, and our options there were slim to none. We gave Joe a call he was able to get us in bright and early the next morning. He got it fixed in no time. We were so relieved to have a working vehicle again while away from home. Thanks Joe for your speedy service in getting it fixed, and your kindness to get us in so quickly! Joe genuinely cared about our predicament! Thanks again!

So amazingly helpful!! Was over 500 miles from home and found a screw in a tire. They were able to squeeze us in, plug it and send us on our way in less than a half hour. I am grateful!

Took my Jeep here to get a new front driveshaft, it was under warranty and they refused to cover it because it has a teraflex lift kit, I bought the Jeep like this from an accredited out of state Chrysler dealership and they assured me that it still had a warranty and is not voided in anyway except for the suspension. Double checked with them and it checked out. Jim Olsen refused to warranty the driveshaft because they stated that the lift kit caused the failure. After pulling my hair out arguing with their 3rd rate service manager I went to Gandrud in Green Bay and they took care of it. Would not recommend this place for anything more than an oil change.

My husband and I were visiting Door County, when we developed engine issues with our Ram diesel, that we use to tow a large RV. Being from out of town, called the dealership for advice and assistance. I spoke with TJ in service on Tuesday. He was AMAZING! He made an appointment to check truck on Thursday pm. We dropped off truck, and within 45 minutes got a call from him with info. on the problem, and that they would be able to fix it within a couple hours. THANKS for the GREAT SERVICE !!!

Friendly sales staff and very nice to work with. While we chose a different dealer - the professionalism and interaction with the staff at Olsen made it hard not to choose a Jeep. I will continue to look at the possibility of giving them business in the future.

Good for an oil change or tires.Service department originally diagnosed a bad universal as a squeaky exhaust hanger. Fixed both myself.Brought in three times for a fairly evident oilleak. It was found to be a leak at the oil cooler behind the filter. I suggested replacing the o-ring seal. They came back with replacing the entire cooler at $680 just for the part, not including labor. I replaced a $6 dollar o-ring myself to fix the leak ion an hour.Also

I have been to a four dodge dealerships over the last two months (traveling for work). I had some warranty issues with my ram 1500 and this was not only my best experience at a dodge dealership thus far but a really great experience overall and they fixed my issues in a minimal amount of time. Very happy with how I was treated here in comparison to other dealerships. Kudos

Went to Jim Olsen after having a bad experience at 3 other dodge dealerships. I was considering trading my 2 month old truck in just cause of the service I was getting at other dealerships. Only 15000 miles and felt like I was being treated terrible after buying a 50000 dollar truck. Went to Jim Olsen and the service manager was great (LaDeana) fixed my truck problems and was nice about it. I guess i need to find a dealership in California like this one that cares about the customer after they sell you the truck. Thank you so much LaDeana and the rest of the srvice Dept.
