Poor customer service, stopped in here quickly for one item an hour prior to the store closing. I was the only customer in the store. The guy behind the counter pointed at the item I needed when asked. Rather than just showing me. He also was caught on his phone at the front. Showing where his priorities lie. I will be submitting a review at the corporate level. Do better next time.

Looks like Walgreens on the outside and inside.

This Walgreens is struggling, no fault of their own. I understand that employees are in short supply and, this Walgreens becomes everybody’s drug center for the summer. Out of towners inundate and it is hard to keep up with pharmacy orders. We have had to wait a long time and it is frustrating. It makes me long for winter when some of them go home but, many now stick around even then.The solution would be for the store to expand staff for summer season but I know that is difficult. Pharmacists are hard to come by. I hope they can hang in there and fight the good fight because otherwise it’s a great store.

I’m only writing this because of an odd experience I had here last night. The inside if you’re typical organized, clean Walgreens. But the man at the counter threw me off. We stopped for multiple products since we needed things at the hotel we are staying for the weekend. The man at the counter scanned our items, and put them back onto the counter. As he handed us the receipt, I asked if he could bag our items.. as that is typical service, to have the item scanned and then bagged. He responded by saying he could only open the bag, but we had to bag everything ourselves. This baffled me, cause he did have to scan the items anyway.. very unhelpful and unfriendly.

Poor customer service. Pull into the drive through and they will politely tell you I will be with you shortly, and then leave you hanging while there are 3 employees clearly behind the counter with no one else in line. Im sure they are busy filling prescriptions, but this is not how you treat customers at the window. What happened to customers come first. Put down what you are doing and take care of the person that is there to give you money. Im going to be switching to another pharmacy. The only thing Walgreens had going for it was the location is convenient for me on the way home. Not worth it for the aggravation when I can get served better at any other pharmacy in town.

They get the Walgreens exclusive toys, awesome hidden gem if you are a collector.

This is one of the smallest Walgreens I have been in, but they have always had what I need.

Its really hard to find employees to help. We had to wait 10 mins at the photo center till somebody showed up to help.
