Its a nice clean store. The checkout lady was very polite. I dont use self serve. And I found everything I was looking for from house filters, food and a new frying pan.

This place is not what is all stacked up to beThe place is expensive for the lack of housekeeping each room has a door that leads outside that has a massive bug problem at night there is pictures.

Well I tried to use the pharmacy there for about a year and I had to switch because you have to go through the store and through the checkouts to get to the pharmacy and then go through all that after, they seldom have any personal checkouts open... Makes it very difficult for me because Im handicapped.I went there to buy plants on June5 at their nursery area, but there is no help to be found, so you had to bring the plants (dirt and all) through the checkouts in the store... Theres NO help working the checkout counter, makes no sense.I see plenty of employees there, but theyre always stocking or walking around... I only go there anymore when its absolutely necessary.The help is very nice, just not allocated in the correct spots.

It s shoppers heaven for campers who need home amenities.

The family restroom was a wonderful surprise. It had a small toilet and a full sized toilet. It had a changing table with the paper towel liners. It was spacious and clean.Overall the Walmart met my expectations-- having the few grocery and miscellaneous items U wanted. Having an exceptional family restroom when I needed it made it a great stop.

I believe this is the only Walmart in Door County. On my visit it was a clean and well staffed store. I went there for three items and they had all of them.

Its a Walmart, so its impossible to get five stars. However, it is a higher class Walmart, so its not trashy. The staff were incredibly helpful, including Mel. I bought adult water shoes for $3! They have a ton of random things in stock and I loved the selection of crafts.

Lazy, rude, employees. Every time Im in there dozens of employees just standing around doing nothing. Today I placed a pickup order at 7:30am. 4 hours later my order was cancelled due to items not in stock I went there myself, found all 5 items I had ordered in the first place and asked the manager to explain to me why my pickup was cancelled when obviously I was able to locate all of the items. She had no answer for me. I left immediately and purchase my needed items at Target.This isnt the first time theyve just cancelled my pick up order. Last time they did this my husband went to the store and found the item they had cancelled. Throw the whole store away.

Its a Walmart. Set up a little different than most. Low availability of some drinks I was looking for.

Stockers had the issues packed with pallets and items. Couldnt even get a cart through. They would move them either.

Jessenia is in my opinion one of the most helpful and hardworking employees there. She was very calm at explaining how to prove my current address. She helped me out to cash out my Bitcoin earnings. I would of rated 5 stars, however before I was helped by Jessenia I was being attended by Jenny who is a very rude and inattentive employee. She wasnt able to help me withdrawal any of my funds because she didnt believe I had the right information to prove my identity. She acted like she was a federal worker and told me that she wasnt going to help me because she wanted to keep her job and to keep Walmarts standards and their reputation. I dont know why I keep doing business with WalMart when there are a handful of employees here like Jenny that dont care to go the extra mile to help you. However Jessenia did and she deserves a raise in my opinion because customer service is about servicing the customer. Jenny simply walked away and raised her voice at me when I asked to speak to a manager because she could help me. Everytime I go into this WalMart I get some sort of profiling. I didnt get that from Jessenia. I was here a couple months back and one of the ladies ( I forgot her name) checked my backpack that I had bought from the clearance isle very deeply. She checked every pocket like if I had put stolen goods in the pockets. And my wife told her why are you searching the pockets ? She said its my job. But I never see them do a deep checking on non-dark skinned people. I late came home and used the backpack to find 2 shirts in a pocket that was not so visible. This led to me to believe that that worker in fact knew those goods where there and was trying to fish them out. Now imagine if she did find them... I would have gotten a ticket for shoplifting when in fact someone else put them there. But how did she know to check the clearance backpacks? It was a large orange top and a medium size orange top (it was around hunting season) so I dont really like shopping here unless I have to. Too many workers that dont really have any common sense. Like if she would of found those shirts I would have gotten a shoplifting ticket. I didnt even put those shirts there and I sure dont hunt. To this day Im appalled on how raunchy some of these workers can be. Im not saying that she did but why did she check all of the pockets in my backpack ? And why dont I see her checking other peoples bags like that? God is really real and he takes care of his herd. I was already in trouble with the law so if I had gotten any other complaints I would of gone to prison. Thanks for showing your true colors WalMart employees its a shame you have to profile and try to steal from Walmart. I went ahead and gave the shirts back and the employees where looking at me like I was an imbecile for trying to return stolen goods. So next time you buy a backpack make sure someone didnt stuff it with any kind of goods they could be looking to set you up. After all you come to Door County to Vacation and you leave on probation. But not on my watch I am a good Samaritan and I will forever promote the good in the world. Jessenia thanks again for being in this so called super center even though its hardly like a neighborhood WalMart. If it werent for your hard work and good ethic out community would really have to put up with mean and sabotaging employees.

Almost always has whatvwe need. We go there for walmart pickup and they are alwats very nice. If they domt habe what we need they give us a substitution, which is the same price, very nice people and place.

Saddest Walmart Ive been in...

Loved the pick-up ordering option but service at the Kiosk was not good. It saud scan bar code but no label as to where to scan. So, typed in name and waited about 15 minutes. Finally someone asked if they could help and I said I was waiting for pick-up. She said to scan the bar code at the bottom. Told her I typed my name in then she looked up and said oh there it is. Not to efficient.

They The workers try there best to keep the place Clean, they are very helpful and attentive... One of the cleanest WALMARTS, by far...

Shelves are very rarely stocked!! Always have to go to different stores to finish my shopping!

They never have what you want in stock! Tired of pallets being on the floor when the store is open, its also a safety hazard along with an inconvenience to customers that maybe be disabled and getting around is difficult!

Kind of a free for all inside, there are COVID guidelines in place, do people follow those guidelines? no. Lots of freight lining aisles. Staff usually more than happy to lead you to the product youre looking for. Walmart pick-up is very easy to use.

Pharmacist was very helpful

This walmart in particular always seems to have no stock for electronics. Specifically computer hardware. Went to get a printer, and found one that works for me and..................out of stock. After about 1/2 hour or reading reviews and checking into printers.

They had what we needed, and we wore our hard hats to protect ourselves from the falling prices.

I take my elderly mother here to shop and most of the time we can not get a shopping scooter for her. Several times I have seen teenagers playing with them and store staff does not prevent this.

Sturgeon Bay location ... Associate at door counting customers to be sure adhering to covid-19 mandate. Masks are required. Many items being stocked while we visited (7ish PM). Shelves definitely not as heavily stocked as normal.

More people should be considerate for others, need to have everyone to wear face protection. The sign says face masks required. Yet not everyone adheres to it.

Just a nother walmart

Went to Walmart because in my truck my cupholder ac/USB charger burnt out so long story longer you guys didnt have one but 2 people in the electronics section were phenomenal Paul and Dorethea (I hope I spelled her name right) they were very knowledgeable and extra courteous also very pleasant and helpful instead of showing or telling me where the chargers were they actually were and helped me look and gave insight to where I might find one because of them Ill definitely come back to that location

Friendly and helpful most of the time . I wish the stocking of items was more organized and completed when the store opens, also realize people do not always return items to their proper spot.

Love this place. Although they make you feel as if one had done something wrong when you are ready to check out. Tried to talk to asst manager about this, but was told that was there job. Love the store. Customer service is not the greatest. As always, never fails, customer service is not the priority at this location. At a lose for words.

This Walmart is located on Hwy 42 in Door County and seems to be on the way to everywhere. They had everything we needed in stock and there was an employee named Kevin who was a Dept. Mgr. of either Sporting Goods or Hardware that literally took us all over the store and located everything we couldnt find. This is one of the nicer and well organized Walmart Stores I have Shopped.
