FLS provides wonderful customer service and the banners I have ordered have all been high-quality and printed perfectly.The only downfall is the cheap bags that they send the banners in, which usually rip within the first use and become unusable within 3 uses. Small hitch and hasnt stopped me from reordering with FLS as their printing and customer support remains top notch.

Im a business owner and know how hard it is to get people to post a positive review when they have had a great experience. So I dont hardly ever post a negative review unless they really have earned it. This company has. I called them last week, spoke to someone, they emailed me their template and then called back a few days later on Friday. The woman I spoke to was not very friendly. The way she made me feel and how she was talking to me, I wanted to say screw you, Ill take my business elsewhere. I wanted a 4 table cover and most printing companies cant do 4, nonetheless, an all over printing. Or they costs twice or 3 times as much. So I bit my lip. I submitted my order and my digital file last Friday. Heard back from someone on Monday, I immediately replied back, also stating that the price they quoted me wasnt the same as the website. They emailed me the proof today, which still had the higher price and not what is quoted on the website. I emailed them back a few times, they finally corrected the price. They would then tell me it wouldnt ship for 8 days, even though their website says received in 3-5 days. My event is next Friday, which wouldnt get here in time. They claimed they currently have a lot of orders in queue and just cant meet that deadline, nor can they do the 2 day rush offer that is mentioned on their website. All of that is fine, you cant control some of that as a business owner. However, all of this time Ive wasted by selecting their company last Friday and now I have to go with someone else, pay for faster shipping, etc. Im in a time crunch and wasnt so much in one last Friday when I had chosen to do business with them. Well, I regret that decision and I should have listened to my gut after talking to that rude lady on Friday. Im going with a 6 table and am using the company I really wanted to in the first place that is doing my other banners & such. They just didnt offer 4. Plus their website looks horrible, from what year 2000?

Very argumentative company made changes to entire design sent to them and they delete original proof ( they send a link to see proofs ) than send the new proof (link) and the original will be gone only showing new design so you cannot compare changes. We agreed on one and only one change and they changed entire artwork. Do yourself a favor and save agrivation and shop elsewhere!

Each year I purchase embroidered duffle bags, hats & tees for the K/D Salmon Tournament. FLS has the product to us as promised on time year after year.

I placed my order and submitted artwork on October 18 with a deadline of November 1st. On October 25th they hadnt even looked at my order. I was thinking Now they are putting me in a position to pay for expedited shipping. I had to cancel our order as it is now only 3 business days before my big event; and too late! Or so I thought. On October 25th they provided my proof which I signed right away. They personally guaranteed delivery before my due date. Cant beat that!In hindsight, I should have followed up with them to make sure that my order was going to ship on time. People get busy... It was my responsibility.
