We were in the process of purchasing a car as of yesterday; paperwork was getting done with numbers being calculated and they decided to sell it to someone who walked in today instead of giving us a chance to get the money and get out to them. I had been searching for a few weeks for a truck, everyone I was interested in was already “pending purchase” by the time I called. I found one at Jim Stykemain at 6pm on a Monday and called, I got a salesman named Marcos on the phone and he was able to hold it for me until the following morning. I drove over 3 hours to the dealership and it was well worth the trip. Marcos was one of the better salesmen I have encountered making vehicle purchases and the truck is great. If you live close by or are willing to make the drive like I was, definitely give him a call.

Bought a 2017 Chevy Silverado 1500 from this dealership in early June of 2020. At the time of purchasing my truck this would have been a 4 or 5 star review because of how pleasant the purchasing process was. But, at the time of writing this review I’ve had the truck into another dealership for service, twice. Multiple oil leaks, a rough running engine, check engine light, power steering malfunctions, low coolant, found multiple bolts just laying around in the engine bay, loose battery terminal connection that caused my entire truck to shut off on the way to work, and I’ll have to put 4 new tires on it do brakes on the front and rear axles. All of this before I’ve even put 3,000 miles on this truck. To say this is the worst vehicle I’ve ever purchased is an understatement, and for a dealership to have sold a vehicle with these problems and not offer anything other than “you’ll have to take in in for service and see what is covered under the power rain warranty” when I call them to inform them, is a joke. Spend your hard earned money somewhere that deserves it, not with the Jim Stykemain group.

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change then they were upset because I didnt give them the key punch card for a free oil change at time of checking in but when I called and set up appointment I told them it was a free one. Bit I did get a free car wash LOL better of been free awful job!Will find somewhere else next time!

The service advisor is a short tempered idiot who swore at me, told me he should have never served me, and treated me with other condescending language. All this brought on by questions I had about the GM Buy Power Card and the Tire Price Match Guarantee as described on the GM Certified Service website.Mr. Tom Kool made the transaction correct however and fixed some pricing discrepancies on my service ticket.

Honestly cant wait to not ever have a reason to come here. Im selling my car bc its a lemon. An i am so thankful God sent me that lemon so I never have to deal with all the people in that building again. The gossip is out of control and how they handle it, is even worse. I honestly hope to God I dont have to deal with them much longer. Would not recommend, will actively work against sending anyone there.

My mom and dad bought a trax from them and refuse to fix stuff that is wrong with it. Wont call them back. Was really nice to them when they were buying it. Then wont back up what they sell. l.
