Worst experience of my life. Owner wouldn’t own up to his poor work. Blamed me for the bad work? Never finished the job. At the time the flooring was installed he berated and cussed out his helper. Huge waste of time and money and caused a lot of stress. My floors look awful. Wanted to support a small, local business. Huge mistake.
Saw the owner of this business in a public place today. He was NOT kind and was using profanity and threatening the employees. Would NOT recommend this company simply because of what I saw today. He does not know how to treat people and you think he would considering he is in customer service himself. Disgraceful.

Well we bought flooring from this business (luxury vinyl flooring). When we initially got the vinyl flooring put in the kitchen we really weren’t satisfied with the color but decided we could live with it Then the flooring started separating on the seams. So we contacted Red Rose and we were told it would be taken care of. Long story short they decided they weren’t going to stand behind their work. Contacted Mannington in the interim. They told us the flooring we were sold was discontinued. Also told us what steps to take to resolve the issue with the flooring. Tried to get Mr Brand to come over and assess the situation. Set up times to be here so he could look at the flooring but couldn’t seem to connect. Wanted to come over on Good Friday one time, we were out of town. Then set up another time for him, he cancelled at the last minute. Went to the store numerous times to try and get the matter handled. With no success. Went back to the store today (Wednesday 9/11/2019) to get the information we needed for Mannington which consisted of an invoice for the installation and a tracking number for samples he supposedly sent to Mannington. Which he didn’t. He then basically berated us in front of his office girl and told us he wasn’t going to deal with this situation any longer and we couldn’t keep coming in and bothering him when he was busy and then he proceeded to throw us out of his store. So my advice to anyone looking to buy new carpeting or any other type of flooring, avoid buying from this business whatever you do. Unless Mannington comes through and does something about the flooring on their end we’ll end up eating the cost for this nightmare.
