They dont take pop bottles slips at the self checkouts anymore. Never have a charged motorized wheelchair. But prices are usually cheaper. I know where things are located. Employees are usually nice and helpful. So the positive out weights the negative

I was given an oil filter by the auto service rep after checking through the auto book from the auto department and the amount of oil specified, which was wrong too.Wish I did know that before I take the used oil out of my vehicle because now I have clean oil with dirty filter and stuck with a new filter because I ditched the receipt.Now I am beginning to wonder about your car if you did take it in for oil change at Walmart in Sturgis.

I love this Walmart. Nice friendly staff and very neatly organized. Easy to shop for what you need and they have everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. Fresh produce and great meat selection.

Waited for over 50mins to pick up my online order. And after calling for the 3rd time they still left me sit out their waiting another 15mins

Very nice store laid out nicely all Walmart stores should follow their layout. Store was clean and very organized cashier was really nice.

Ive heard employees drop the n bomb before. Most I never see work. The store is ok for some quick cheap needs but its not my favorite.

Had to pick up item and didnt know how. The staff were very accommodating and were able to find it and let me get it.

They only work 2 cashiers for check out. They want customers to use the self service lines. Those lines get long so they need to add more cashiers. They dont. It takes customers to complain to managers in order for Walmart to add extra cashiers to speed up the check out process. If you dont mind waiting in long lines to pay for the items you are buying then it wont bother you.

I feel there cleanliness of the store and there quolity is going down

The young men stocking the shelves were very helpful. 1of then knew all about the product I was looking for.

Wanted to buy life jackets that were on sale. Found several that I wanted, but no prices on items/tags. Paged someone to Sporting Goods 5 times over a period of 11 minutes, no one ever answered the page request as myself & 2 others waited. They were there for fishing license(s) & stated they had paged for assistance 2 times prior to me & had been waiting near 20 minutes. We all left together without our desired goods. I had traveled 42 miles to this particular Walmart as sale items were in stocks. The other couple were out of state. My kids couldnt tube & the other couple couldnt fish because Sturgis Walmart could not provide us with simple counter service.

I dont understand why Wal-Mart makes customers use self checkouts. If I have $150 or more in groceries I do not want to scan them myself. They need more staff and better customer relations.

The pharmacy is great as usual. They need more motorized shopping carts. The ones they have are getting old and have issues. There are still many poorly stocked shelves: distilled water, hoagie buns, Gold Peak Diet Iced Tea, etc.

Usually find what Im looking for. Generally clean and helpful. cheaper, cleaner, and less people in line at check out lately than meijers. Wish they supported insta cart and similar shopping delivery.

Meat dep nuthing much stock and prodos depart stunk like often fruts and potatoes

BE CAREFUL There is a young 30 Pakistan Indian descent something year old approaches you by produce show you gold jewelry states she need to feed her family though she is really dressed nicely then grabs your money and rushes to parking lot I have a feeling she stays near produce because it give her a fast exit car waiting for her Took the jewelry to jewelry store and the lady told me she has been preying on older seniors wish I had my son with me but did not catch her disappeared

This Walmart does a good job helping customers out. Their Associates are constantly stocking shelves but still take time to answer questions and direct shoppers to items. I applaud you folks. During this COVID time we all want to be safe. Most shoppers in the store wear masks properly, but I have noticed some chin diapers, noses, and a few NO MASK folks. We need to be safe as possible.

Every time i visit this location it seems like they are out of half of the things on my list or the check out line is forever long.. Even when having to check myself out!! If you have to wait for a cashier to check your I.D. its even longer...

Spoiled produce! I usually do my shopping at Kroger, but I made the mistake of stopping by Walmart earlier this evening. Im a commercial truck driver and needed to do some quick grocery shopping before getting on the road, and I could park my truck and trailer in the Walmart parking lot. When I got home, I immediately began preparing the food I had purchased, and I rinsed off the grape tomatoes that i had literally just purchased. As I inspected them and added them to the dish i was preparing, I found that four of the tomatoes had white mold on them; they had clearly been moldy in the store and I simply hadnt noticed when I glanced at the package. I certainly wont be returning for any grocery shopping, or likely at all.

Very nice store had what we needed while traveling.

Makes me want to leave Alaska where I can barely live. I am a disabled veteran and having to live on $697 a month is very hard. Here is where I could afford to shop and eat!

This Wal-Mart is ok they dont have as much to choose from as far as clothing for women . Didnt look at other departments except the food and produce .. All in all I like threerivers better just more to choose from .

The woman who works upfront named Bernie is very rude. Yes yells at employees and customers while on the sales floor. I have tried to call it in to complain and unfortunately she is in upper management so no one in management either cares or hears about it.

This was the first time doing the pickup and had to wait a little longer than I cared for BUT two Walmart associates stopped and asked us if we were being helped. That was nice. I would do the pickup order again.

Walmart has fell behind in the ratings no clerks long lines and then you have to stay six foot from a person so imagine how long that line is! If I wanted a job as a cashier I would have gotten one! And what I mean by that statement is is you might as well check it out yourself cuz its a whole lot faster! I have stopped going to Walmart now for 6 months

Worst customer service ever from management. No one seems. To answer the customer service phone . Two separate occasions. all day no one answers the other department do but not them. They really dont seem to care much about there customers.
