Doint understand why they wont fix phone screens that are broke. The business would probably get more work.

Just a honest opinion from one IT professional to the next. The employees here try to make you think what they do here is hard. Like its alien technology. They make any problem seem more serious ($$$) than it really is. On the bright side, it opens the opportunity to show people what a REAL MSP does.
